Sandwiches were fresh and made right. The bread is really good unlike another place I went to. We even called in our order about 45 mins before picking it up. The guy behind the counter was awesome! I bought a sandwich from Subway and after I got home I opened my wrapper to find mold on my bread. Glad we decided to try Jimmy John's! 🙂

Bill help me over the phone and made sure to let me know when my large order would be completed ( 18 sandwiches ) . Went above and beyond to make sure I left with a smile. Great Service with awesome food. Will definitely order for our office again.

Very friendly staff. I guess new ownership late 2024. Previous staff was fine, but new owners are on premise and have a deep sense of personal responsibility and more attention to detail. A seasoned crew running the shop.

This is my first time getting a Jimmy John's sub at this place in Brea. The atmosphere is kind of bland, the only person that was really friendly was Carson. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a whole lot of livelihood in the workers and there was one kid eating on the job, out of where they make the sandwiches, in front of a customer which is a HUGE No-No. The sandwich is kind of boring looking I'm not sure it's worth over $10. There is no height to it there's no excitement to it it just looks like I could have done it at home. It kept me full. But I'm not surprised in a way. The workers were really not very fun to talk to, they weren't really very nice, they were just kind of bland teenagers, when you work for a food industry you have to be Lively and greet a customer not just blow them off. They need to hold their standards in hiring. Probably just won't go back just because of a sandwich is ridiculous in price tag & the employees are kind of jerks . But Carson was really nice, Carson deserves a raise because he explained everything, he was really nice. It was like talking to a friend. But the other kids I'm just shocked

Good food. Crabby older gentleman (owner) who had heartburn that I wanted to use my Jimmy John’s rewards. Told me to go to Jersey Mikes down the street. Sandwich maker was very nice and quite helpful. Go to Jersey Mikes

Today I used the gift card my dear friend gave me for my birthday we like Jimmy John’s… however, my friend goes into Jimmy John’s 2 employees of the store was very rude. Our sandwiches was not made right…we ordered 2 combos and I notice the man put jalapeño, which was very hot. I had my 3 yr old grandbaby with me. I wanted to feed her so I asked the man please can you take it off they are very hot. Also. My Sprite soda taste just like carbonated water to my surprise he got very nasty with me and said that’s the way it comes nothings wrong with it. I’m not changing nothing I said, do you mean to tell me I’m a paying customer and you don’t want to fix my sandwich and my drink he said everything’s fine you just have a bad tongue in your mouth. Tastebuds is off. So rude both of them they we men …and I asked to speak for the manager. He said he was the manager so I recorded them they start cursing and said they have recording going on in the store at all I said I hope the people see the recording to see you cursing out a consumer and I’m a Christian and woman God he said well I’m a man of God I don’t care what you’re talking about It was very very disappointing. Never been treated that way doesn’t make sense people for wickedness something is going on with these 2 something is wrong. All we can do is pray for them I won’t go back there. If I see them I will leave.

I went about a week ago and at 7:30 they told me I couldn't order anything hot because they already turned off the stoves. Last night i ordered off of Door Dash at around 7:45 I received a text saying my food was probably ready. I got there at 7:55 and all the lights were off. I could see the employees in the back looking at me. When I knocked on the door the guy in back flipped me off and started laughing. Right after that I got a text saying my order was canceled by the store. The owner really needs to look into this. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!
