Found by chance online, it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable, the staff were kind, professional, and very welcoming. The dishes were well-structured and visually stunning, each serving an explosion of flavor. The wine pairing was excellent. The chef, present, manages to convey his love and respect for the products, the cuisine, and his land through his dishes, words, and gestures. Excellent value. Highly recommended for those seeking innovative cuisine with a respect for tradition, but also for those looking for a pleasant evening in Brescia.

We had dinner last night (for the first time) and had a really good time. The food is indescribable, it's a must-try! The prices are consistent with the quality of the products and the chef's attention to detail. The staff was always helpful, kind, and provided explanations for each dish/product (wine, ingredients).

A wonderful experience in the center of Brescia. It was one of the best dinners ever. Meticulously prepared dishes, perfectly sized portions, and extraordinary flavors. The dining room staff (in an intimate atmosphere) paid utmost attention, while the chef provided a concise explanation of each dish. And as a coconut fan, the panna cotta was out of this world: the crunch of the crumble, the drops of lime gel, and the raspberries all combined... an indescribable flavor!
