Cena per 2 in un locale molto bello e caratteristico. Servizio gentile, primo con casarecce al cinghiale molto buono e abbondante, secondo con Wienerschnitzel molto abbondante e buonissima con contorno di patate molto buone e marmellata in una ciotolina a parte molto gustosa da mangiare insieme. Due calici di Pinot nero molto abbondanti perfetti da abbinare al cibo che abbiamo mangiato. Spero di ritornarci presto.

Locale accogliente nel centro di Bressanone. Si mangia divinamente. Consiglio fusilli con finferli quaglia e ricotta (penso che sia il primo più buono che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia) e il petto d anatra (da ristorante stellato). Prezzi onesti per quanto offerto.

Siamo state a cena, siamo già state sorprese della varietà del menù. Il cameriere di Brescia (purtroppo che abbiamo dimenticato di chiudere il suo nome) è stato molto professionale, accogliente e ci ha aiutato a scegliere i piatti con abbinamenti del vino. Locale è elegante, intimo e accogliente. Rapporto prezzo-qualità molto buono. Insomma non solo il cameriere che ci ha servito ma tutti altri sono molto attenti. Le portate erano veramente buone e i dolci sono molto sofisticati e super squisiti. Una bella esperienza e vivamente consigliata di provare questo locale se passate in zona.

Siamo arrivati con un'ora di ritardo sulla prenotazione ma comunque la cameriera ci trova comunque un tavolo. Grazie! Ci accomodiamo, il locale è elegante e ben curato e i camerieri solerti e attenti. Dal menù scegliamo anche su consiglio e quello che ci portano è oolttimo. Tagliata e tartare preparati meravigliosamente e con ottima presentazione. Estetica e qualità facevano a gara, bravi! Contorno di verdure alla griglia ben servite e due dolci meravigliosi. Suggerisco volentieri la composizione esotica, rende il palato felice all' istante. Doppia razione di acqua e vino per un totale decisamente adeguato a quello che si è mangiato. In sunto, bel locale, buon servizio, ottimo cibo (sia qualità che presentazione), prezzo corretto. Se posso suggerire solo di usare piatti caldi o che mantengano il calore quando si serve carne alla griglia, aiuterebbe a mantenere in temperatura la portata. Ristorante sensazionale, situato in pieno centro storico a Bressanone, immerso in un contesto caldo ed accogliente. Consiglio assolutamente la prenotazione, considerando l'altissima affluenza di persone che scelgono questa location..sia a pranzo che a cena! Possibilità di gustare primi, secondi e pizze..il tutto di estrema qualità e gusto.. cucina davvero raffinata! Porzioni abbondanti! Camerieri altamente qualificati e dotati di gran professionalità! Qualità/prezzo negli standard locali.

E stata una bella cena, le pietanze sono davvero stupende. Personale cortese e disponibile. Servizio una pecca nel servire i oiatti con un po (tanta) di attesa da altri. Siamo stati in questo ristorante cercando un posto dove mangiare tranquilli con nostro figlio di un anno. Luogo molto amichevole con i bambini: il personale è stato molto carino e oltre al seggiolone ci hanno fornito dei giochi con cui intrattenere il bimbo al tavolo. Il cibo non è super economico ma è di una buona qualità (abbiamo preso spaghetti con il tartufo e il risotto di Natale). Sicuramente torneremo perché ci siamo sentiti accolti ed è stato comodo per avere buon cibo in poco tempo (essenziale quando si ha un bimbo piccolo).

Un ottimo pranzo domenicale fuori porta. Ambiente molto gradevole, servizio impeccabile e personale di sala molto cordiale, i piatti davvero deliziosi: Particolare menzione va ai ravioli di tompinabur con burro, tartufo e porro!

Il locale si trova nel centro di Bressanone, sono presenti tavoli sia all’esterno che all’interno. Il locale è curato e accogliente, il menù è variegato e ci sono piatti molto interessanti e accoppiamenti ricercati . Io ho optato per una tagliata di manzo, la qualità della carne era ottima, morbida e saporita deliziosa anche la salsa d’accompagnamento. Anche i dolci ottimi. I prezzi in linea con la qualità delle materie prime e il personale educatissimo e preciso. Veramente impeccabile, complimenti.

Personale gentile e disponibile ad un prezzo…. Giusto!! Abbiamo mangiato gulash e tartare, oltre a questo abbiamo ricevuto antipasti, pane con burro e olio ed un calore impareggiabile. Bravi bravi! Staff + esperienza fantastica!!

Dined here with 14 fellow travelers exploring the Dolomites. Bressanone offers a number of great places to eat. Traubenwirt in my opinion is one of best. Service was attentive and the food prepared with a flair. Sadly it was cold and rainy so we didn't eat outside. The atmosphere inside was warm, inviting, and conducive to friendly conversation.

The food was very delicious and carefully prepared. The price is totally worth it. Many options on what to eat and infos on allergens. Very tasty! The server, Mirko, was a real delight and made the evening even more worth while through being friendly, caring and attentive (he fixed my chair which was broken). The food arrived very quickly und the ambience as well as the athmosphere were brilliant. I can only recommend going there. As the name of the place suggests, order a wine with the food. The servers will recommend the perfect option if you are overwhelmed with the many choices available.

Our mains: spaghetti “all chitarra” with fresh truffle and spaghetti foam, wienerschitzel done to perfection and duck breast . The delicate apricot dumplings are a must Thank you Daniele Initially they started rushing us by clearing plates before everyone at the table had finished eating. On mentioning our displeasure this was quickly rectified.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I had the veal filet and it was genuinely one of the best dishes I have ever had in my life. Though I am younger than most of the customers that probably dine at this restaurant and may not be the usual, my server Mikayla was absolutely awesome and gave me suggestions on what to do while I’m in town. 5 stars with some caveats. It is a great place with very friendly staff trying to make your experience very comfortable. Enjoy the peculiar charm. Its charm comes from a bit dated feeling, which did not change at least for a decade or even longer. The food is great. Try any of the specialties. The extra money is really worth it. Any carnivore will enjoy the menu. Vegans will need to be picky unless they go for pizza. Great pizza, but could feel overpriced. It's not the place to go for pizza, but many take one. Definitely do not miss the deserts or the nice wine list.

We went here for Christmas Dinner and it was so nice that we had to go back a second time. The food was pricey but well worth it. Everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were friendly as well. It has a nice quiet atmosphere. We would certainly return many times.

Locale nel centro storico di Bressanone, molto curato, con un’ambientazione locale ma moderna. Abbiamo mangiato bene, il menù parte da una base tirolese per poi svariare anche su accostamenti non convenzionali. Piccolo appunto sulla tartare, quando la si propone così tanto insaporita da cipolla, pomodoro e altro, sarebbe meglio riportarlo nel menù. Attenzione alle porzioni, specialmente degli antipasti, veramente abbondanti. Personale attento e cordiale, prezzo leggermente più alto della media del luogo. Ben rispettate le normative anticovid.

Traubenwirt: Cena Positiva a Bressanone Esperienza culinaria positiva al Traubenwirt. Abbiamo mangiato bene in un ambiente raffinato, con camerieri molto gentili. Ottimi i piatti provati: le "Polpette di lenticchie e riso", la "Caesar Salad „a la Traube”" e il "Gulasch di manzo". I prezzi sono medio-alti, tipici di Bressanone, ma la qualità complessiva è adeguata. Un buon indirizzo per una serata elegante.

Siamo stati a cena di sabato sera, locale affollatissimo sia all'interno che fuori, dove ci sono tavoli sotto ai portici. Ci hanno proposto un tavolo alto (di quelli solitamente destinati a chi si trattiene solo per bere) al primo piano. Abbiamo accettato ed è stata una vera fortuna, perché l'ambiente era carino e silenzioso, a differenza della sala a piano terra piena di gente. Menù ampio con proposte del luogo e gourmet. Abbiamo atteso 45 minuti prima di essere serviti e purtroppo il mio piatto non era quello che avevo chiesto. Mi è stato subito cambiato ma, per accelerare i tempi, gli asparagi non erano cotti bene. Nonostante questo non mi sento di lasciare una recensione negativa, perché il piatto di mio marito era molto buono, il personale gentile e tutto sommato non ho mangiato male. Prezzi alti.

Siamo tornati dopo un paio di anni che non frequentavamo questo locale, ricordandoci un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Locale chic e curato, pietanze ben presentate e ben eseguite. Servizio da turista, freddo e superficiale. Impensabile trovare nel cestino delle salse una maionese scaduta nel 2020, per fortuna ce ne siamo accorti prima che i bimbi potessero mangiarla!

I had two take away pizzas from Traubenwirt. A Diablo and a Grece. Both were ok but both ng Earth shattering. Both of them were a bit too wet from the filling but the taste was good. There are better placed to get pizza though.

I went with my mum a couple of weeks ago, we bit ordered the ribeye steak with a rocket salad. I asked for a medium rare and mum asked for a medium. Both were not cooked properly. It was a bit dry and too burnt on the outside. For such a well known restaurant I think they should know better. I didn’t return my order because I’m not keen on wasting food, I did tell the waiter though, when he asked me if everything was alright. Staff is alright, a bit slower in the evening, ambience is quite nice and prices are fair. I also went another time, prior to this. La nostra esperienza è stata estremamente spiacevole, al punto da lasciarci umiliati e profondamente offesi. Durante la visita, una cameriera in particolare si è dimostrata incredibilmente maleducata, arrogante e – cosa ancora più grave – apertamente razzista. Appena arrivati, il nostro gruppo è stato trattato con sufficienza, ignorato a lungo nonostante il locale non fosse pieno. Quando finalmente ci ha rivolto la parola, il tono era sprezzante e sarcastico, come se la nostra presenza fosse un fastidio. Durante il servizio ha fatto commenti offensivi, guardandoci dall’alto in basso e rivolgendosi a noi in modo palesemente discriminatorio rispetto ad altri clienti. Nel momento in cui abbiamo fatto notare con garbo il suo comportamento inaccettabile, la cameriera ha alzato la voce davanti a tutto il locale, mettendoci in imbarazzo e provocando l’attenzione generale. Non solo non si è scusata, ma ha rincarato la dose con atteggiamenti ancora più scortesi. Ciò che ferisce di più è l’indifferenza della direzione: nessuno è intervenuto per scusarsi o per correggere la situazione. In un’epoca in cui il rispetto e l’inclusività dovrebbero essere alla base di ogni attività aperta al pubblico, un simile comportamento è intollerabile. Non torneremo mai più e invitiamo chiunque abbia a cuore il rispetto della dignità umana ad evitare questo ristorante.

Il locale presenta una location che dà delle aspettative poi completamente disattese nei piatti. Rapporto qualità prezzo indececente con piatti pasticciati e banali nonché porzioni ridicole nella sostanza salvo guardare i fronzoli di contorno che vengono aggiunti ai piatti. Raccapricciante vedere il camerriere riapparecchire i tavoli portando i bicchieri tenendoli con le dita dentro...ci rimane il dubbio se è un locale acchiappa turisti o questa è la cultura culinaria di questa città....

The food is good, but the service is extremely terrible even the good food and place cant save this experience. This is the worst experience we have been! We walk in the restaurant and there was 4-5 waitress looking at us but completely ignored us like it was nothing even there was a lot of empty seats. When we were seated after waited for a long time, we asked politely to order but the male server arrogantly raised his voice and ask us to WAIT! Please avoid this place at all costs!

I was very excited to try this restaurant however after 15 minutes of being completely ignored by the hostess, I left. Somehow the waiters acknowledged me. The bartender acknowledged but the hostess could not be bothered. As an almost 30 year hospitality professional I’ve never experienced this anywhere ever. What an absolute waste of time.
