Highly Recommended for Business Dining. A Standout Experience! If you're looking for a great location, top-tier steak, and outstanding service for a large business group, this restaurant is a clear winner. We hosted a group of 35+ people and couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The atmosphere was warm and inviting after three hours, people still didn’t want to stop eating or leave! An absolutely awesome experience! The pictures hardly do it justice. A beautiful upscale yet cozy restaurant. The service was impeccable. Beautiful salad bar and perfectly cooked meets. The concept of the eating experience is fresh and enjoyable. Green means go and red means stop, so you can pace yourself while enjoying your meal. Being able to try meat items from lamb to rib eye, to strip, to chicken for just $46 is a great deal. The meat is sizzling and tender, such a great experience. If you get to go dont hesitate! There's a parking garage 2 mins down the street that gives a huge discount if you are eating here(this was a big plus for us!). Very happy campers😁
I loved everything here from the food, service and atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and friendly and we had such a great time here. The meats were so good and the salad bar was stacked with all kinds of things from pasta to cheeses to cleanse the pallet. Drinks and desert were also great and it was nice that the attire was casual. I would definitely come back in the future.
A heaven for meat eaters ‼️All you can eat at one price exclude desserts and drinks. All meats are tender and juicy except pork. My favourite is spare rib. Wide selections on side dishes, desserts & alcoholic beverages. There are 2 colour coasters for you to use during your meal...💚 need serve and ❤️to stop. So remember or else servers will either keep coming to you or keep you alone😂 Great live music too.
Anakha, our server, was such a joy! She was very kind and sweet to our family as well as being extremely efficient and made sure our dining experience was wonderful! Not to mention the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back!
Delicious meats keep coming to the table at this Brazilian rodizio spot. It’s pretty pricey but a really fun night with a group. The place is massive, loud, and fun. There’s a buffet that you shouldn’t mess with too much, not because it’s bad or anything, but to save room for bacon wrapped meats and such.
First time at Churrascaria Plataforma and it was an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience! The meats were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the salad bar fresh and plentiful, and the restaurant spotless. Carlos Delleu and Marcos from the staff made everything feel seamless and welcoming. Truly a top-notch dining experience—we can’t wait to come back soon!
Second time and equally incredible as the first time a year ago. Highest quality offerings at the salad and app bar followed by all the meat you could want as well as the drinks and finally the desserts. Definitely my favorite place for dinner in Times Square area. See you next time again.
Fantastic Brazilian style steak house in the theater district. The service was fantastic and the meal was just as impressive. Even my Brazilian wife was impressed with all the meats and authentic Brazilian sides. Sure spoke more Portuguese during the meal with the servers and staff than English. They topped the meal off with a gratis slice of birthday cake which was accompanied by dinner very delicious dark and rich coffee. Bring your appetite.. and maybe fast for a few days before you visit..
Highly recommend this place if nicely cooked meat is your jam. Salad bar is also good, and the cocktails were great (we had a Manhattan and an Old Fashioned, and I'm factoring these in to the price per person). Yes, it's somewhat pricey, but I thought the value for what you get was actually quite good. They were constantly coming around with freshly cooked items of good variety. Will definitely go back.
Each cut of meat was one of the best I’ve ever had, but their signature “La Plataforma” steak is simply the best. Period. I’ve never had anything so marbled and flavorful in my life. It’s silly to even say anything else in this review. Their cheesecake was bomb too, though - great place for a classy birthday. I’ll be back as soon as I can afford it again. Without a doubt the best Rodizio I’ve experienced. Best salad bar and succulent, tender meats of all varieties. Fast and efficient service and very friendly staff all round. if you have never been to a steakhouse before and an all you can eat one at that, this is THE place to go. They serve you endless steak from several parts of the cow, such as filet migon, ribeye, prime rib, and much more. It is quite literally the best place you can get steak at, and the amount of 4 steaks for the price of 1. The environment is amazing, and it’s a great dining experience. Go here!
From the moment I entered the place, I’ve seen the beautiful hostess greeting me with a smile, I believe her name on the tag was Cristina, she sat us in a nice and cozy table. The buffet is gorgeous and full of flavor with a lot of choices, the meat cut table side is great, nicely cooked, and the service was top notch honestly 5*. Wow, we absolutely adored! The delicious food and impeccable service left me with a huge smile on my face. It was such a delightful experience, and I can't wait to go back and indulge in their mouthwatering meats again. Great first time experience. Delicious food options. Great atmosphere, friendly table side hospitality with the meat cutting. Don't fill up too much on the salad bar otherwise you won't be able to eat the meat. Take your time to fully enjoy, they do not rush you out. Drinks were strong. Overall great first impression. Go during restaurant week as it's more affordable for the same experience. It was totally worth it.
One of the best buffets I've had. The selection of meats that come around are delicious. The interior is very nice. Prices is expensive, but if you come during restaurant week it's worth every penny. My jaw started to hurt from eating so much. Staff are very nice and there's a lot of them working there too.
**Long review** We came for restaurant week 2025 and wow, OMG yum! The concept is cool, not overwhelming you can enjoy yourself with the green and red circle card for when you are ready for more meat to be served to you! I was surprise when the doneness of the meat can be selected on the stick. I was very much happyabout that! The bathroom is downstairs and its chill to be alone down there w lots of mirror in the womens side. I like the vegetable buffet bar it also has shrimp fried rice, chicken and fish. The appetizers of fried banana, fries potato, fried cheese, and mashed potatoes were interesting. But i like how the garlic bread man comes around offering hot and fresh garlic bread w garlic butter oozing as u bite into it. The cheese bread was nice and warm but it wasnt crispy like I had hoped but i'm glad I came to eat here, bc the star of the show for me was my favorite dessert, Flan. Yay. Nice and thick texture did not disappointttt.
Had a great Sunday lunch here! Food at buffet area was great, and of course all the meats we had were delicious. Top sirloin was our favorite, very juicy and tender! Servers were very nice as well. About half of the tables were free, so it didn’t feel too busy, which was nice. There were many family with kids too. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to go back again sometimes.
Our motorcycle club has luncheon reservations every December and we all look forward to it every year. The salad bar is amazing and the never-ending flow of meats are outstanding. If you still have room for dessert, the variety of treats are excellent also. Alcoholic drinks are pricey but a good pour. Worth the price and the trip to the midtown Manhattan.
Amazing Brazilian steakhouse! The salad bar (which I think is an understatement of a title) was so delicious I almost just wanted it until I tasted the meats. The meats were so tender, cooked to perfection. And the staff served it with flawless service. A must stop in NYC!
We've come here for two birthdays this year because not only is the meat DELICIOUS, the salad bar is off the hook, and the service is fantastic. The $63 Churrasco Experience is an excellent value and the minute you turn your coaster green, you are getting a firehose of delicious perfectly cooked cuts of meat. Last night, Anakha was our server and she took great care of us. She made us feel right at home and especially made the birthday, boy my nephew, feel very special on his big day.
This Brazilian-style grill all-you-can-eat restaurant was a marvelous experience. When my boss and her associates, including myself, went in, we were awed by the splendor of the restaurant. Carpeted floors, well-engineered lighting, flat screen TV’s, a performance studio, a bar section for winery and beers, and a buffet kitchen for visitors to dine. It is best to make reservations via the hostess and the receptionists who warmly greeted us in. The first procedure is to go to the buffet section and fill your porcelain plate with veggies, pastas, rice, and seafood. As you sit, there is a red symbol given to all customers. Flipping it red will notify the waiters to continue circulating. Flipping it green will give waiters the signal to service you. You can also signal with your hand. Certain waiters deliver prominently grilled meats of all kinds, from chicken, beef, lamb and pork in varying preparations, from medium rare to well-done. The whole restaurant is elegantly decorated, and the staff are well-represented and dressed in class. They are friendly and will supply the type of meats you desire for your lunch or dinner in due time.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The ambiance was beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. During Restaurant Week, they offered a $60 dinner with an Unlimited Salad bar featuring delicious options. The variety of meats cooked to your preference kept coming as long as your card was green. The choice between Tiramisu and Keylime Pie for dessert was a delightful ending. While drinks weren't included, they were excellent and reasonably priced. The only downside was that they only allowed the dessert to go, which felt wasteful. Overall, I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

Churrascaria Plataforma Steakhouse is nestled comfortably, conveniently & deliciously in the heart of NYC! This authentic & traditional Brazilian Rodizio restaurant has withstood the true test of time. Opening in 1996 & still going strong... tableside- serving high end and perfectly prepared meats & full salads to me, my family & millions for over 20 years! We are true fans of this restaurant because we enjoy good food, good atmosphere & quality staff like Carlos who has been with this restaurant for as long as I can remember! We were in town to see the magic show Amaze and had a great evening out. We do recommend Churrascaria Plataforma Steakhouse!
Plataforma has been around forever, and the Quality is still Top Notch. I went this time for NY Restaurant Week and the "salad bar" alone is worth the price. Sushi, coctail shrimp, 4 hot dishes (they change, the Chinese fried rice was extra yummy) The meats are well seasoned, the warm Garlic bread and grilled cheese were nice additions to the table-side carved meats
This is my second time to this great little venue, delicious. I ate until I couldn't eat anymore. Everything was great! The price is okay. It's all about the venue which is excellent and the camaraderie of being with good friends. Well recommended for large groups. If you've never had a Churrascaria experience, this is a good place to start
The food was amazing! Come hungry. The different cuts of meet were incredible and varied, and the options at the salad/appetizer/sides bar were delicious (ribs, rice and beans, shrimp cocktail, sushi, and more). Though you don't want to fill up on sides, the yucca is worth it! Finally, when the dessert cart rolls by, you'll have to decide from at least a dozen incredible options. I enjoyed the chocolate mousse cake, but it was a difficult decision. We had a great time with our group of 6, and I look forward to being back again.
The manager could not have been nicer and the food is always scrumptilicious...okay maybe that is not a real word but the only one that describes this place! They have a huge salad bar that even has sushi. Novices often eat way too much from the salad bar so don't make that mistake lol. The meats will not disappoint. Also, the atmosphere is very casual and it never gets too packed, so it is a great spot for families (and dates if you actually want to have a conversation). Been here twice and will keep coming back!
We had a birthday party/ Christmas party at Platforma and it did not disappoint Annaka our waitress was fantastic and the service all around was 5 stars. Non stop food that was truly cooked to perfection! Highly recommend this for small parties. We did the Rio package #4 with unlimited beer and wine for2 hours and it was great. Worth every penny. Value quality and service all matched 5 stars. Thank you for everything

Stopped in here this evening after watching a musical. The food and atmosphere were amazing. However, the evening was made extra special by the professionalism of Carlos Delalio (sp?). He treated us extra special for no apparent reason then watching him, he treated everyone like they were special.
As a Brazilian, I was so incredibly happy with the experience we had at Churrascaria Plataforma. My family and I had previously gone to the Fogo de Chao in NYC and we were utterly disappointed in all aspects. For my birthday, we decided to give this a try having heard good things online, and boy were they right! The food is fantastic. Good quality, comes out fast, well seasoned. The salad bar, the meat, and the deserts! It met the expectations we had of an authentic Churrascaria. The Passion Fruit Mousse and Fried Polenta in particular was to die for. Maybe even more impressive than the food was the service. Everyone was very warm and attentive, and with a pace in their step. You can tell that they have the Brazilian work ethic of BEING A TEAM, everyone helps each other with everything. You never feel like you need to find "your waiter". Again, it was my birthday, and they made it special with a cheesecake and everything. A special thank you to Angel, Marcondes, and Portoncello for taking care of us and providing us with warm service. We finally found a good Churrascaria in NYC! Will be back!!
This is my favorite Brazilian steakhouse. Though to honest I’ve only been to three so I’m not exactly an authority on the subject. However the food is great. They have a huge salad bar (I only took a picture displaying about a quarter of their offerings since I didn’t want to get any customers in the photo. You can pick up to four sides in addition to the salad bar offerings to accompany your meal. The servers bring around various cuts of steaks cooked to different preferences, rare, medium etc… as well as some lamb, pork & chicken all for one flat price. Dinks & dessert’s (if you have any room for dessert) are extra. Located on W49th off of 7th makes this an excellent choice if you’re catching a show on broadway, going to one of the cinemas in Times Square or simply having lunch or dinner. The restaurant was clean & the staff was very courteous & professional.

Out of this world. Every cut of meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked to perfection. I’ve been to Brazil, and this is the closest food experience to the real thing! But the real highlight? The desserts. Oh my god… each one was divine — rich, flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable. We were blown away by the variety and quality. And we can’t say enough good things about Esmeralda, our server. She was absolutely incredible so fun, full of energy, and made us laugh with her stories. It felt like we were being hosted by a friend who genuinely wanted us to have the best time. She truly made the evening special. Thank you for an amazing night 💞we’ll definitely be coming back
Old faithful. Can't believe the place is a staple. Remember many occasions... Brazil Worldcup... Great resilience. Lunch crowd trickled in. July the 4th was regular lunch, not brunch. As crowd built up, more frequent trips. Serving garlic bread addition. Selection shorten little bit for island buffett and sides but quality still better. Prefer over Fogo although interior not as modern. Most important meat still nicely done. Delicious. Not as much fan of lamb and parmesan pork. Rodizio still the best
Stopped here yesterday after a Mets game. It's a beautiful place. It's Brazilian style meat with a good salad bar. We had all kinds of steak ,pork and lamb then hit the salad bar. I had a bunch of different stuff from the salad bar my favorite being the potato salad. My gf loved the sushi and other fish from the salad bar. We got back to the table and record our appetizers which just keep coming I choose cheese balls and she picked fries. The whole experience was very good. They also brought us out a piece of cake after for our anniversary. We left very happy and very full. Just be ready to pay, it is not cheap but definitely worth a try 🙂
This is honestly the best place to be. If you’re a meat lover, I went in and was seated virtually immediately and great bite to nice ladies. Once I sat down, I got a seat right next to the piano, which unfortunately wasn’t playing at the time, but if that was, it would’ve been even more cool. I saw the salad bar and it wasn’t out of this world with options, but sometimes less options makes it easier And more enjoyable. The salad bar is OK I would give it a solid eight out of 10 if I could make it any better, I would include more seafood like clams or muscles. Apart from that, the meat came in after one after another, very very fast. I would get one meat and then three more guys will be waiting in line next to my table ready to give me a piece of meat, which was actually really enjoyable. I spent an hour and a half there For just a one table top. And everything seemed to be very clean, I did notice and taken to detail how there was no smudges on the plates nor leftovers on the forks which usually happens a lot but at this place everything seem very clean. I took out the bathroom to see how that was and I was thankfully Blessed by God because the bathroom floor was spotless. I would eat off of it, this is what usually don’t see. I’m just glad to take into account their presentation and making sure that it looks on par. The total I paid was $115 for one person which was the Ultimate prime unlimited steak package. I got a dessert which was the crème brûlée which was fantastic. I would definitely come back just for the crème brûlée and then with the tip which was $20. It came out to 135 in total for one person. This will be an excellent date spot. They have a great sports bar area too if you come by yourself as well and don’t want to do the steaks. I would definitely come back on a second time to bring over on a date.
Had a reservation for 6 on a Tuesday night. It was easy to reserve and when we got there, there were plenty of open tables so it shouldn’t be hard to just walk in and get one. The service was top notch and the place was very clean. The salad bar was okay and had various cold and hot items. Sides also come out to the table like the cheese bread, french fries, fried polenta, mashed potatoes, and the plantains (we barely touched it tbh). The meat came in fast at the beginning so it was a bit hard to enjoy the pieces but partially my fault for not flipping the card to ‘no’. However, it seemed like all the good pieces were coming in from the beginning. We also ordered two pitchers of sangria (white and red) which paired well with the meal (quite refreshing). We opted out of the dessert since we were really full at the end. I do wish they offered the ‘meat lovers’ delight’ option ($24 less) offered on the website but we they only provided the regular menu. Other than that, it was pretty solid.
This was such an amazing experience! My family was visiting from Florida this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The salad bar was packed with yummy selections, the black beans were super delicious and paired well with the meats. The meat selections were all yummy and juicy from Parmesan crusted chicken, to lamb, to brisket and of course different steaks. The drinks also pack a punch and the dessert selections had something for everyone to enjoy. Our waiter Carlos was the best and I cant wait to go back.

I visited Churrascaria Plataforma on Valentine’s Day with my partner, and while it was a solid experience, I think the holiday rush made it a little different from their usual service. There was a 30-minute wait, and they only offered a Valentine’s menu, which meant a slightly limited selection of meats compared to what I remember from a previous visit for a birthday. That said, the food was good, and the drinks were really tasty. What stood out most was the service—one waitress in particular really made the night special. When I mentioned wanting something wrapped in bacon, she went out of her way to bring me filet mignon wrapped in bacon, which ended up being the highlight of my meal. That level of attention made a big difference! The dessert was incredible. I got the pistachio cake, which was soft, airy, and delicious, while my partner had the coconut cake, which was so damn good. Honestly, it was one of the best parts of the meal. While I personally might prefer Fogo de Chão in terms of overall variety, Churrascaria Plataforma still delivered a great experience. I’d rate it a 4 out of 5 and would love to go back on a non-holiday to enjoy their full selection.
The buffet definitely needs an upgrade. I felt like for the size of the place, the buffet can have twice the variety. The meat was decent and the service was really fast. Did not need to wait for food at all. Overall it was decent experience. The price is a bit too much for the overall experience. I would have preferred improved food over lower prices
The steaks were awesome and the salad bar provided a good alternative to the steaks. I liked their risotto as that provided some reprieve to the meat fest. The only minor quip I have is that their sushi was not that great... But I get it; their a steak shop butt then they shouldn't have made sushi at all though.

Fantastic Brazilian food with the rodizio system, which is very cool. Make sure you reserve in advance as the place is super crowded! The quality of the food is great and there is a good variety of meats, cuts, desserts and salads. Their personnel was attentive and cool. The buffet is pricey though at $75 per person.
Good quality for a decent price. Nothing mind-blowing and sometimes you can’t have a conversation as waiters are coming every seconds. But overall, it is a good experience.
Went for Thanksgiving. Turkey was a bit dry and dressing (stuffing) pretty much inedible, big bread cubes not really cooked. Other meats were plentiful as was the extensive salad bar. Don't feel that I can really eat enough to justify the price, although it was tasty (except for the turkey).
A solid Brazilian steakhouse to say the least. They were closing early for the holiday so we caught them with about a hr left of service to go. Some of the cuts were better than others. The picanha was really good and so was the lamb. The brisket was very dry and not so good. The drinks were solid and the dessert was really good. I gave 4 stars for food just because of the deserts. The Meath part was awesome. Great and tasty cuts kept flowing to our tables. We didn’t have to ask for something and it just came. There are parts we just tried to stop the waiters from keep coming with meat. It’s was very tasty and plenty of it. The salad bar was ok. Seen better but we didn’t come for the salad bar. It has plenty of option but it just didn’t talk to us. We ordered deserts. You can leave without deserts. It was ok but not great. I would stick with the meat. Unless you just have to finish with something sweet. Overall it was a good experience. A bit pricey but compared to what you get and compared to NY prices it was reasonable
Yes, I got the meat sweats. No, I wasn’t mad about it. We went for restaurant week and man, this place is WILD. There’s a full on buffet in the middle with everything from salad to tortellini to sushi. I thought that part was crazy until the PARADE OF ALL YOU CAN MEAT STARTED. I’ve never had so much meat in one sitting. It was all quite tasty but included chicken, sausage, steak, steak, lamb, parm crusted pork, garlic steak. And we had sides as well. My server was an older man who was actually quite hilarious. He took great care of us.
Excellent service. We made reservations just in case. We had a great time and the food meat just kept coming. We should have stopped that times and then kept going. The food was really good as well as the service. Three stars because there were zero transparency in regards to what they charge for food. The fact that no one advised us that the $8 Coke wasn't free refills is silly. Every restaurant we've eaten at in New York has had free refills until this one. We paid $16 for a roughly 12 oz of Coca-Cola. Absolutely ridiculous! In addition they tried to throw some alcoholic drinks on our bill too. We were told that this was part of food week, 3 course meal for $60 and our bill with no alcohol was $300 for three people. To be clear we would have paid that much no problem if we had known as what the price was going to be. The food was worth it.
More like a 3.5 🌟 We dined here 16 Sept’22 It was not bad, but I was slightly disappointed in the overall experience. The meal itself had both hits and misses. I tried to taste each of the meats (except the lamb) and all had good flavour, except the chicken, to me something tasted off and the bacon wrapped filet was just too rare. The short rib was all one temperature, well done. It was all pre sliced, very tender, and had nice flavour. The ribeye kind of lacked. The picanha was very tasty. The appetisers we wanted to try all so if we came back we would know what we liked and did not. It was also a 50/50 split. We read a lot of people were disappointed in the salad bar. If you compare it to Fogo yes, you might be dissatisfied. But you are not dining at Fogo. The salad bar here has quite a few tasty items on it as well. I was disappointed the most in service. Our main waiter seemed good (at first - he kind of forgot about us afterwards until the check came) but everyone else just did not smile from the moment we arrived and left. I also accidentally spilt my pomegranate martini and we called for the closest available waiter to bring additional napkins. He brought one, yes, just one extra napkin over. I was wearing a white dress. No little bit of club soda or extra water or extra napkins to help with getting the stain out. Or changing the table cloth (since our appetisers etc had not arrived yet) We just took napkins from another tables and covered the wet tablecloth ourself. I think staff members were more focused on the 3 birthday parties going on Friday night than our table. Would we come back here? If we were craving Brazilian and in the neighbourhood yes. But we would not go out of our way after an overall unfriendly experience, and a hit/miss meal. The hits were really good though! I forgot to take pictures of the meat :)
The scene of meat and low quality buffet for not so reasonable price. This is definitely not my kind of restaurant. It’s a place to experience meat cut in front of you and don’t expect much. The food is decent. I feel they can really upgrade their buffet bar. The quality is something you buy from a low grade supermarket. Tomato is white and barely organic. I think they can do better. I shouldn’t expect much from a buffet. Its quantity over quality. The meat can be burned or hard. Not really good steak. Lower your expectations or go to an actual steak house. Inside is nice. With cloth napkin and decent silverware, you will feel like eating off a slightly better restaurant than your local mom and pop. Nothing to write home about. The ambiance is for celebration of a birthday and definitely not for a date. Nothing impressive. Service is great. In the beginning. Then I goes down hill from there. Water is barely filled and so many up sales. $12 for a dessert btw and there is no sign on that. Over all, meal isn’t worth the price.
Great service, mid dining experience. It used to be better. My guests don't eat pork, but I do, sadly the waiters didn't bring me any. The meat seemed very limited. The sirloin was excellent tho. It's a cool place, but for the high expense it wasn't worth it. I've come here for the last 20 years, so this was disappointing.
I have been a customer since Plataforma was at the old location. The service staff is still first rate but the salad bar is a shadow of what it was. It used to be glorious, now it's very meh. Maybe it was incrementally a little bit at a time over the course of years but at this point the salad bar looks cheap. The meats were still well cooked and tasty but the selection is more limited compared to other Brazilian competitors. As a long time fan, I would suggest the management visit some of the others in town and think back to what Plataforma used to be.
I’ve been to a bunch of brazilian steakhouses and this is one I would not recommend. This place felt half empty too. Lots of meat was very well done even when you ask for medium. The meat selection wasn’t good because so much meat was overcooked. You have to ask for chicken hearts and sometimes they have pineapple. Pineapple wasn’t available the night I went. The chicken hearts tasted a lot like capers. The server gave us a lot. There is no fruit offering at the salad bar and only 4 hot options. The staff and service is nice, everyone is friendly and tries to be helpful. This place is way too expensive for what you get in quality and options. I will not come back before trying at least 3 other places and I’d have to be disappointed by them too. If you have another option of a restaurant then go to that one. I tried this place hoping it’d be better than a chain like fogo but this was disappointing.

Overall, the food was good. I’d recommend the brisket, sirloin, and chicken. The salad bar had some good items as well, such as the potato salads. The reason for the two stars rating is because of the horrible service received by our server, Christina. At first, she seemed to be nice, but as the dinner went on, she began to give us attitude, rolled her eyes, and never checked on us the entire night. Anytime we needed anything, we had to try to wave her down and when we did, she would look at us like if she were annoyed with us. She would even start whispering things to another server and she really made us feel like we were burdening her. We simply needed another round of drinks or had a simple request for certain meats. When it was time for dessert, we were left waiting for 15 minutes to even get a look at the dessert cart. Besides Christina, everyone else’s services was amazing. Honestly, top notch service from all the men servers and meat cutters. I’m really not sure why Christina was being so rude to us, but because of the other servers, we put up with her attitude. We all had the 89.99 dinner package and ordered alcohol. We still tipped $100. We want to go back, but something must be done about this server with one bad attitude. One more thing, the caramelized bananas were not caramelized at all. They just tasted like deep fried bananas. We are willing to give this place another chance because the other servers were so kind and the food was not bad.

I'm from Texas and my partner is Brazilian, I have had many different Brazilian restaurants. This was one of the worst I've had. Completely lacked flavor, and absurd pricing. When you're paying 90 dollars for rodizio you expect it to be the best one you've ever had and this was truly one of the worst I've had in every price range. The atmosphere is beautiful but does not make up for the food!
We made a reservation for 7:15pm, yet we were not seated until just after 8pm! Completely unacceptable. The hostess did not give us menus or any sort of instruction when we were seated, just left us there confused until someone else eventually came over when we flagged them down. We were seated in a weird back room that had a completely different vibe from the rest of the restaurant (they were playing 2010s pop music, the front had classical jazz). It was also mostly empty btw so the huge crowd waiting way after their reservation times was unnecessary. Don't over book if you can't honor reservation times. It's incredibly disrespectful to your customers and their time. The food was delicious though. No complaints there.
This was my second visit to the restaurant, but unfortunately, this time the food was disappointing. At the salad bar, I tried some sushi, and as soon as I ate one piece, I noticed a gummy texture and an unusual flavor. I continued with the meats and side dishes, but soon after, I began to feel stomach pain and nausea. I told my server, Danielle, that I suspected the sushi was the cause because my son ate everything I did except for the sushi, and he was perfectly fine. I became so unwell that I couldn’t go to work the next day. Danielle was truly the one who saved the day—she was kind, attentive, and even offered me a herbal tea, which I really appreciated. The manager also came to my table and offered me tea; however, I did not feel he was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. There was no offer of compensation, discount, or any real follow-up regarding the issue. The servers are very attentive, but the quality of the food compared to the price is not balanced.

Umm had to rerank this place cuz I just went back today. this place has gotten insanely expensive $110pp after tax and tip. They are also insanely cheap on the meats, they only brought out the ribeye after I requested it (and it took them 20 mins because they didn't prepared to cook any), they would bring hella cheap meats to fill u up (flank, "prime rib" (which is some leg meat), pork). They would ask u if u want the flank steak 10 times before they bring out the expensive meats. The best thing was the plataforma steak(which is short ribs). They also charged me 4 dollars for hot water??? Disgrace.
Went here for a pre theatre dinner. Went as we expected an amazing salad bar as we’ve experienced at other Brazilian steakhouses. The salad bar was in my opinion very limited and a very poor selection, there was no sushi or seafood at all! A lot of the dishes were full of olives (ok if you like olives, not so much if you don’t). The brisket was the best meat we tried, everything else that we tried was pretty underwhelming. Overall the cost for what was around a plate of food each at the end was far too much for the amount eaten. I would not recommend eating here and would not visit again.
I'm so disappointed by this place. I had high expectations going in hearing it's like Fogo de Chao but better. But it honestly feels like a scam. Limited meat choices, totally unexpected charges, plus slow services. First, very limited meat choices, on xmas day! We got like 7 meat types in total. And they don't have grilled pineapples which honestly is a must in Brazilian steakhouses. Second, unexpected charges. I was not informed at all that picking still water over sparkling/tap would charge me $9. Maybe this one is on me not knowing the assumptions. Then what about hot water? They CHARGE ME $8 on a pot of hot water. WTH? When I paid the bills via Apple PAY, the server SKIPPED THE TIP SCREEN FOR ME. The default was 20%. What a joke. Lastly, the service. It's extremely slow. It feels like they don't have enough waiters going around giving out meat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Chicken meat was tough and dry. Banana fritters was nice, but food quality here is just normal for the high price to pay. For the service, most times waiter was nowhere to be found, we saw him just chatting at the bar counter with his colleague. So how dare you mistreat us Was it our casual attire or the color of our skin!!!!!! My cousin was visiting the US for the first time, and I wanted to offer a memorable dining experience. What we received instead was shockingly poor service. From the moment we sat down, it was obvious the server had no interest in serving us. His attitude was cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. He appeared once to ask which side we wanted, delivered with irritation, and then vanished. When we tried to interact or ask questions, he acted as if our presence was an inconvenience. The behavior felt less like hospitality and more like we were asking for a favor ! as if he were paying for our meal rather than being paid to serve it. A reminder may be needed: servers are not doing charity work, and customers paying premium prices deserve basic respect. The entire mood of the evening was ruined. For a restaurant that charges what it does, this level of service is unacceptable and embarrassing. High prices do not excuse low standards. For comparison, Fogo de Chão consistently delivers professionalism, warmth, and respect ! everything this restaurant failed to provide. If management is comfortable allowing staff to treat guests differently based on who they are, that speaks volumes. Disappointing, overpriced, and poorly managed. I will not be returning.
