I have cane here twice and can honestly say I've been treated very nice so far. I have tried the rice bowl twice with different veggies and meat it taste great well cooked grilled chicken and a choice of 5 different veggies it sounds good to me. I will be trying the pasta bowl as well soon.

Nice little market/sandwich spot. The place is super clean and bright. They also gave a hot food bar in the back and upstairs seating area. Food is really good and reasonably priced. Overall it's like a much cleaner and nicer Sunac/Smilers.

Tteobboki here is authentic. This is the taste that I had when I grew up. It would be perfect with scallions, boiled egg, and fish sauce!

I got a too good to go order and it was sooooo good with literally all my favorite things such as rice bean wings, shrimp , meat & bacon I will order again and even get food there on the regular ! Also they have Fanta grape which can be a bit hard to find sometimes

Definitely will be back. Ordered a turkey hero. The sandwich was prepared with great care. The front clerk was very friendly and they even had a bathroom. The sandwich was perfectly delicious.

The tables in the store are kept clean so I had no problem eating; usually I take foods from delis to go home because of how unsanitary some places can be. Gym goers, especially nearby like Blink, should definitely check this place out - they even have variety of protein bars and Quest protein chips which can be hard to find. Besides the steak cantina bowl, they also have other options like salmon sashimi and hot food bar with grilled chicken breast for protein intake. Must visit and try!!!!!

Best place for coffee & tea on the block and they have multiple nondairy milk options. Try the matcha green tea latte with oat milk! There’s a small eating area on the second floor.

Excellent choice if you're hungry near Times Sq but really wish you weren't. People are very nice especially the lady by the cashier. Thank you

Lots of different options. Salad bar, hot buffet, sandwiches, tacos, burritos, juices etc. my favorite has been the chicken cheese Philly, so tasty!

Great place to grab juices n beverages n foods like rolls n sandwiches ( ok quality my turkey n cheddar was a little dryish - they also have a hot buffet with plentiful options, salads only etc, Sit in the lovely space just outside.

Everything tastes great in the buffet except the salmon. The salmon was horrible. If I didn’t take too much salmon, this would be an awesome meal. I really like the beef, I have tried all three options of their beef and I like all of them. Very solid for this price point in mid town. For13.95 per lb, it’s a great options for office workers who works around the area and goes to the gym

It was my first time, I went there to “Cook Eatery - the newly opened” one that has Korean Foods and Hot Foods section. I will say its super expensive because I got some white rice and sesame chicken from hot grill section. And the lady charged me $19.32. Even though price is based on weight like seriously rice and few chicken is almost $20. The interesting part is the Korean lady in the counter said she gave me 10 percent off which makes my chicken and rice more expensive. The only good thing about this new place is many options with different food choices, but the price is way more expensive than fine dining restaurant.

I got charged $4.37 for scrambled eggs on toast and $5.00 for a small coffee. What a rip off.

Expensive for a small portion. $8.00 for a scrambled egg, 1/2 French Toast, 1 Small Pancake. This store won't be my go to everyday, not even quarterly.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl and towards the end of the meal I realized there was a hair in the rice. Very disgusted considering I was 3/4 done with the food too. Won’t be returning.

I have to question whether the guys on the sandwich counter have ever seen a sandwich before in their life, let alone eat one. Ordered a pastrami reuben on a hero - simple enough, normal size hero bread. For some reason - as if we were in, say, middle of nowhere Mississippi - instead of placing the grilled pastram/cheese/sauerkraut on the bottom part of the bread so you get all of the ingredients with every bite, they placed is sauerkraut side first in the middle of a half cut hero, resulting in in the sauerkraut to be on the one side of the sandwich and the meat/cheese on the other side. Hate places that do this - especially in New York, where pretty much every corner deli knows how to put together a hero. Never going back.

Terrible service. They got my order wrong and was so rude about it. When I went they were very ableist towards me. If you're disabled then they look down on you. I use to come here a bunch of times a while ago and it was better. It's now downhill. Please do better.

It’s a shame I have been coming here for years as my office is next door. I always enjoyed their salads. Sadly, the last time I ordered a salad and soda, my credit card was charged $117. I was overcharged $100 due to the cashier typing in the wrong amount on the register. Shame on me for not noticing, but they rush people in and out of there and don’t offer receipts unless requested. I went to Cook to dispute and they said they would have to review footage to confirm. Called my credit card company to dispute and was rejected as cook never gave me a receipt. I’m out $100, but a lesson learned that I will ensure all office workers nearby know - do not go here! Took advantage of a loyal customer. If cook was an honest establishment, they would have refunded knowing no lunch orders for one person are anywhere near $117.

This place is the WORST. Each time I ordered from here my order was wrong. The last time I ordered from here was a few days ago and a few bites into my bagel with Cream Cheese I bit into a huge piece of plastic wrapping or something and the restaurant didn't do a DAMN THING about it. But the BBB will as well as the health department. Save your money people you can get a way better breakfast at a 7eleven. I wish I could figure out how to upload a photo 🤬🤬

I have been here multiple times for lunch and it has been pretty good. I usually just get the salmon quinoa bowl which is really good for the price. But I got breakfast here last Friday and it was so terrible. I got a lox spread bagel and they put cooked old salmon (not lox!!) in the cream cheese. It made me so sick. I called them to complain about it and they said they would refund me my money but they never did. They asked me how many times I called in to report this before. Sounds like this wasn’t the first time...I am so disgusted by what they did that I won’t be going back.

Worst cafeteria lunch spot in the area. You would expect a place that has a "B" rating to at least be kind to their customers. They're already failing at cleanliness, you would expect them to do everything they can to bring in more people.. WRONG. I've been here twice before knowing from co-workers that the employees aren't very nice, but I decided to give it a try anyways. Both times I felt like I was pulling tooth and nail by asking for a simple egg sandwich, that was poorly made with absolutely no love, but more like hatred. This time around, since I decided to dismiss my judgment from the horrible experience I've had to give it ONE MORE SHOT... I didn't even order because the guy in front of me was in so much shock on how the employee answered him when he asked for a sandwich that I turned right around and left. Guy asked for a chicken sandwich and the employee told him we don't have that here, were also not ready..IT'S 11:30 and they couldn't help out one bit. They all just stood behind the counter and watched as we both walked away since we couldn't even order. What kind of place doesn't serve their customers at all and responds to them in such a negative and nasty tone. If you're looking for an actual place to eat where you will be welcomed and never denied an order go to BRYANT MARKET at 1017 6th Ave, New York, NY 10018.

Be very cautious ⚠️ when ordering from the juice bar they don't properly clean the juicer, and when she did he halfway rinsed it out with plain running water iand a dirty looking sponge. 🤔 IMy heart told me not to drink it but it was good the first few times, but this time made me physically sick with flu like symptoms. First my throat was sore after drinking the juice 😩 then I got a fever and chills the next day and had to call out of work. DRINK FROM THEIR JUICE BAR AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
