We ordered a hamburger and it came out with the cheese wrapper still on it; they replaced it and the same thing happened.
The pizza I tried was very salty, the waitress served us whenever she felt like it and with a really unpleasant attitude, a very bad experience.
I placed a delivery order in writing, with the portion sizes and flavors clearly detailed, and what arrived was exactly what they wanted to send. When I wrote to them to let them know I hadn't received what I ordered, instead of apologizing, they told me that's what I had ordered, even though EVERYTHING WAS IN WRITING. If it had been delicious, one could overlook the mistake, but the pizza is incredibly greasy and the meats are of terrible quality.
I ordered a salchipapa and it was awful—just fries with two slices of cheese on top. A really bad experience. If you have the chance to come, don't bother.
I ordered a ladagña that cost me $18,000 pesos, and when I ate it, the mixture was completely viscous. It wasn't fresh, and the food was spoiled. Who knows how many days it had been frozen? I contacted them to tell them about the situation, and they said it was my fault for not eating it right away. "I should clarify that I opened it half an hour later," they said. They didn't care and just ignored me. 🤮🤮
Terrible service at this place, the worst in Bogotá. I waited an hour and a half for an order that never arrived. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
