Dropped in to pass a couple of hours before the Knicks game and I'm sure glad we did. The place is real nice, great drinks with plenty to choose from. Best of all is the atmosphere and staff. I was served, entertained by a chap from Kerry in Ireland who told us stories and gave advice about local attractions. I would have stayed for hours if not for the game. Though we didn't eat a few did around us at the bar and it looked and smelled fantastic. What a place.

Food and service was absolutely exceptional! I had the lettuce cups and bang bang shrimp, they were absolutely delicious!

The atmosphere was rustic. The bartenders were friendly. The food was great. We sat with friends and grazed for a while. Pretzel was yummy, calamari was tender, hanger steak was cooked perfect, fish and chips were crisp, and cocktails were smooth. We can't wait to go again!

This place was packed for a hockey game when we walked inside but, luckily, they had a table in the back for our party of two! The atmosphere is definitely sports bar pub, but the food is much better than basic pub food! I had the French Onion Soup and it was heavenly!! We also had the crispy calamari and it was D-Lish! Service was great and prices were comparable to the location near Madison Square Gardens.

Im used to no bun as im celiac, but guess what? They had a glutenfree bun😍 I had the Harry’s Burger, not the mustang burger (but mustang was the only one I could tag in the suggestions) and it was the BEST burger I’ve ever had! The meat was so juicy so flavorful, it was simply amazing! After my first bite I knew why they say on the menu (special mix of meat, it is absolutely heavenly!!!) … later the owner told me they’re using the same speciality butcher for 30 years!!! Great atmosphere and great food. Went on a Saturday night and it wasn't too packed in the back where the tables are but the bar area was packed. Service was timely for the most part. I recommend the LAMB 3 WAYS!!!! It was plated much nicer, but I couldn't wait to dive in so I messed it up a little bit. It was a " wow this is soo good" then " oops forgot the picture" lol

Surprisingly reasonable prices a block south of MSG for familiar sports bar fare. Friendly and efficient service all in a deceitfully cavernous spot. Typical wings, cheeseburger and fries. Good value!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve tried many things in the menu but my favorite has been the chopped Cobb salad. However, everything I’ve tried is delicious. The food comes out at a decent time and the servers are very polite and friendly.

I visited Mustang Harry's for the first time today for lunch. The Mustang Burger (with cheese and bacon) I ordered was perfectly cooked and juicy...and the fries...I couldn't stop eating them, they were so addicting. My Bloody Mary was banging as well. This is such a great spot near Madison Square Garden for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant is immaculately clean and spacious. My waiter Cian was extremely friendly, polite and attentive. I will most definitely be back again! 😋

Mustang Harry’s the brother of the former Mustang Sally’s is a wonderful spot to grab dinner prior to a Rangers Game!! The disco fries and the pretzel with beer cheese were outstanding appetizers. The Ham and Brie sandwich is the most upscale ham and cheese melt one can really have and their burgers was extremely well made!! Highly recommend!!

Mustang Harry's is a phenomenal spot for a few drinks and a bite to eat. Great atmosphere and lovely wait staff. The food is top class and the cocktails are brilliant. What more would you want. I took my family down to the city for the PBR in Madison Square Garden. My daughter made the reservations and we had a great time. Such a fun night out. Four girlfriends exploring NYC, found this to be the perfect evening dinner. Cozy, Christmasy, dark wood and Irish/Scottish pub feel. The food was delicious. And the beer on tap I had from the deals menu was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Me and some friends randomly stopped at this restaurant to eat dinner on a Sunday night. There was alot of seating and the atmosphere was calm which i liked. The drinks were yummy and the food even yummier. I had the Grill Ribeye sandwich, which included fries. And I had the Cocktail called the Prickly Pear drink, which i enjoyed. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Nice pub to get away from the hustle & bustle, reasonably priced for Manhattan. Good quality food, huge portions, fast service. Attentive staff, clean restrooms, no riff-raff.

Had the calamari and cheeseburger. Service was fast, food was amazing and prepared with fresh ingredients. Wife had the hanger steak at the recommendation of the server and it was an absolute masterpiece. The manager/owner came to visit us and was so polite. This experience was perfect and will definitely be going back.

We were looking for a place to take our lunch break so we ended up here. As you enter there is a long full bar on your right side. I was impressed of all the different brands that this place carries. The vibe is cool and energetic. We sat all the way to the back and we ordered three of the Harry’s burger and a chicken burger. I couldn’t wait to try their signature burger (Harry’s). The portion was great, blue cheese was a little overpowering, the burger tasted good but I think there a lot of different flavors mixed up in there. It came with fries. I paired it with beer like everyone else. The service was really good and our waiter and the busser were on top for their game. Good job guys

I love Mustang Harry's. I met up with some friends at Mustang Harry's on Thursday November 13th. I had never been there before. Was politely greeted by a hostess and seated right away. I asked for a booth close to the door and she gladly accommodated. FOOD AND DRINKS: We ordered nearly every item on the appetizer menu along with cocktails and other drinks. The food and service was excellent. All of the dishes were made in house by a bona fide chef and they truly exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the calamari and steak nachos. The server was on top of our orders and we never had to wait long to get a refill, another appetizer or another drink. Our server was a real pro. ATMOSPHERE: The atmosphere is fun, festive and clean. They have a great bar with lots of TVs if you like to watch sports. The music was audible but not overpowering. The nicest, cleanest bathrooms. PRICE: The prices are VERY fair for the amount of food we had. A very good value. BOTTOM LINE: I loved it there so much we went back the next day for lunch with some other friends. This is now my new favorite place in New York. I will be back again!

Mustang Harry’s is my go-to spot before and after New York Rangers games. The Harry’s Burger with blue cheese is amazing. Drinks are always great, service is solid, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want before heading to the Garden. A little pricey, but that’s NYC. Totally worth it every time.

What a treat. Nile, his son (drawing a name blank), and Julia were absolutely fantastic hosts for me and my father's stay here in NYC. A short jaunt from where we were roosted, Mustang Harry's was the pub we continually made an excuse to hop back into. The only food I had while visiting was a Manhattan clam chowder special which was phenomenal. Saying that as a staunch New England style advocate still leaves me mildly perplexed. Needless to say, the next time I visit NY--no matter how far away I'm staying--Mustang Harry's will be a necessary stop.

I held a private event here (birthday party) and it went wonderfully! 2nd floor bar is a perfect space for a group of 30-50. Food was tasty, bartenders were fast and friendly, vibe was great, and Shante and Niall were fantastic to work with. Thanks!

Mustang Harry's has been my go to place for well over a decade and I'm never disappointed. Stopped in for a snack and drink while waiting for family to come into town and was once again wowed by the yummy drinks and amazingly delicious truffle fries. The staff here are the kindest people you'll meet in all of New York City!

Ribeye steak sandwich was a bit one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. Lobster pot pie was very good. Service was good only in New York for a couple days but will probably go back.

I arrived hoping to watch a Liverpool Football match, they put it on a TV for me. Sat at the bar, ordered a beer and American Breakfast. Watched the game, watched more sports, had more beers, ate a Fish n Chips. The stagf were amazing! And after 5 hours of enjoying the place, I went home.

This place is great! I can't say enough good things about it. Last weekend, there were 18 of us celebrating a birthday and the manager, Niles was so accommodating! The bar was already full so he made room for us upstairs. It was a great time!

Came to watch the ice hockey, when we arrived they were showing the basket ball on all screens but were more than happy to change one of the screens over to the ice hockey for us to enjoy. Service was fantastic. And the smash burger from the chefs specials was delicious. Would highly recommend this bar for somewhere with atmosphere to watch the hockey close to MSG. Drinks and food were reasonably priced.

After a long day of exploring the city my friend and I decided to stop in to Mustang Harry's and I'm so glad we did! The service was great and they also had vegetarian and gluten free options which is always nice to see. Their desserts all sounded amazing, we got to try the bread pudding and it was divine. We also met one of the owners, Niall, while we were there and he was so wonderful and very personable! Had me wishing I lived in the area so we could drop in more often! If you're in the city and go to see a show at MSG, definitely check out this restaurant and say hi to our new friend Niall! :)

My husband and I enjoyed a late afternoon lunch/dinner pre-tennis exhibition at Madison Square Garden, 12/8/25. Start to finish - everything was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the burgers were delicious (and massive!) and the drinks were perfect! We were seated in a cozy corner as my husband has a hearing deficit and the open areas would make it difficult to hear. The whole restaurant was decorated beautifully for the Christmas season so we lingered for a while, enjoying our drinks. No one rushed us out. Thanks to all for making out experience extra special.

Personally I've eaten the best burger of my life (and probably the biggest one too 😂). Particularly recommended for NBA fans on a game night, if you can't get in the stadium than that's the place to be 😉

I was told they weren’t showing the ufc fight, but after asking my waitress to see what she could do, she made it happen for us. Really good food , drinks and atmosphere. Went to Mustang Harry today with my family. We were greeted warmly and was seated right away. I had the grlled ribeyed sandwich, which was made to perfection and tasted great. My wife who is very finicky had the caesar BLT. She raved about it. My daughter had the lettuce wrap, and her hanger steak was also made to perfection. For dessert we had the creme brulee, which was devoured in minutes. We will definitely we be coming back again. Can't wait to try other items on the menu.

This bar is right next to MSG and when I visited it was right before a Knicks game. Atmosphere was just like a sports bar but the food was better than expected. Only negative was that the service was pretty slow. Maybe it was too crowded but I waited quite a long time for everything to come out.

We had some drinks and watched the Ravens! A taste of Baltimore right in midtown Absolutely love a bar completely full of Ravens fans. We had a lovely Ukrainian bartender, I cannot remember her name, but she was attentive and friendly. Despite the Ravens poor first half was really positive, and Ravens pulled out a win. Anyway, if you’re from Baltimore and homesick or a big Ravens fan this is a good spot for you. We only had drinks so can’t judge food.

We came to see The Who at MSG. We were seated promptly and served promptly as well. The restaurant was very busy but they still got the food out in a timely manner. My daughter had Steak Frites and I had the Mustang burger. The food was cooked perfectly. My daughter said that it was the best steak that she ever ate. I thought the burger was excellent and very flavorful. They use a variety of cuts of beef to make the patty and they hit it out of the park!! Great food, highly recommended!!!

Great bar restaurant in the Penn Station area and Madison Square Garden. Dining room principally in the rear section. Some booths also line a long, but narrow bar area. Can be congested at times. Especially if bar patrons are 3 deep in alignment. Good food and excellent quick service from all staff. Good atmosphere as long as you aren't too claustrophobic. Otherwise a nice homey establishment.

We made a reservation at Mustang Harry’s for a quick dinner prior to our concert at MSG. We were so happy with how quick the service was - we had no issues getting in and out in about an hour or less! The food was good- my fiancé enjoyed his lettuce wraps, my dad liked his corned beef sandwich, and my mom liked her steak sandwich too. I had the Mac and cheese appetizer for my meal, which wasn’t bad but was definitely average. The best thing we had were the garlic parm fries for an appetizer, and even the fries that came on the side with my parents’ sandwiches were salted perfectly. I would consider coming back here again before an event I go to at MSG.

Whilst the menu does lack some healthy options, the food is very tasty and the serving team very friendly. Enjoyed a very nice dinner on my stay from the UK. Good vibes. The corned beef sandwich was served on soft, tasty bread and the fries crispy.

This place is great for a happy hour after work. Lots of shareable food dishes and everything I’ve had has been great. I highly recommend the calamari and the lamb lollipops. Also top your nachos with streak. I also came for lunch once and my dining partner had a burger. He said it was juicy and well seasoned.

Close to MSG, delicious cocktails. Food is pretty good. People seemed to like the Shephard’s pie, but burger was a little over cooked. ADA accessibility: 3/5 One in our party was in a wheelchair, the staff did a good job guiding us through the restaurant to the lower tables in the back. But to get to them you have to go up a slight ridge, had to turn the wheelchair around. They have an accessible bathroom but the door has a lip that we had to get help from others to get her in and out of. Not flat, so I guess not accessible? Doesn’t seem like a wheelchair user could use on their own.

The food was really good. Loved the lamb lollipops. We usually love salty food, but felt like the onion soup was way too salty. On the flip salt, the short rib tasted like there was no salt in it at all. Both still very good and not a big deal. The steak was very chewy though. I don’t think I ever had a steak in a restaurant before that was that chewy. They did send out an email the next day checking in, which was a nice touch.

A friend and I were looking for a happy hour spot near Penn Station since he had to head out that way. Mustang Harry's is a typical large bar in midtown. We stuck to beer because the cocktail prices, at least the ones on the menu were way over priced for sports bar in midtown. Basic bar food, I enjoyed the Mac and cheese but the rest was forgettable. On the plus side table service was good.

On December 5th, 2024, I enjoyed a delightful lunch at Mustang Harry's with a dear friend who visited from Washington, D.C. We celebrated with a girls' day out, attending the Sherri Show and having a lovely brunch afterward. The service was exceptional, particularly from our greeter, Carlos, who provided wonderful recommendations. I ordered their signature Mustang wings, and my friend had the Mustang burger with fries. We enjoyed a pleasant meal and conversation. I paid the bill, and my friend left a cash tip. However, on December 7th, 2024, at 5:58 AM, I received notifications indicating an unauthorized $5.00 tip had been added to my Cashapp card, resulting in a negative balance. I typically only load funds onto this card as needed for immediate withdrawals. I am quite perplexed and disappointed by this unexpected and unwelcome addition to my bill, especially given the otherwise wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was festive. I am very disappointed. HOWEVER BEWARE.

Went to Ravens game and enjoyed being with other fans and the overall atmosphere. Food and service however could be improved. Had a reservation, but young woman at the front was wholly uninterested in helping us change tables or move to the bar. The ladies behind the bar were ok, but could smile and interact more with customers and could also do a better job of listening to and taking orders. They also move up and down the bar but don’t seem to be responsible for certain customers or areas, so they don’t get to know your drink or food orders as you would expect over the three hours of the game. Lastly the food was ok. I give them credit for having a specials menu, but drunken eggplant parm sandwich I ordered was undercooked - you can always tell because the eggplant was chewy and had that noticeable green taste. Short rib sandwich was better, meat was well cooked/tender, but needed more seasoning/salt. Cauliflower pizza needed more tomato sauce and fresh cheese. We appreciated the free drinks to make up for us having to send back the eggplant parm sandwich.

Nicely decorated bar/pub. I ordered the Harry's Burger. Unfortunately the bun it came on was old and stale. I had to remove the bun and just eat the meat and condiments. For $25 I expected a better burger.

Service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress stayed at the bar chatting with her friends for most of the night. Constantly empty drinks and she would walk by the table and never ask if we wanted a refill. We had to ask, multiple times to get a refill. Asked for ranch three times and she never brought it. Food was great. Service is a huge part of the dining experience… Management needs to evaluate the service end. Paying close to $100 for a meal- you expect good service. Restaurant failed tonight.

Charging $21 for a chicken sandwich, or $18 for eight wings isn’t the problem. Its premier location near MSG for a pre-concert sit down meal made up for its real problem: my food was terrible. They rushed it out. I appreciated that at first. But clearly they pre-make stuff. The cutlet was a cold, flavorless thigh made soggy by slaw, mushy fixings, and an off-putting smelling “Nashville hot” sauce. The kind bar tender comped my replacement wings. I very much appreciated the gesture. The wings were crispy, but weren’t fresh. I didn’t finish them either. I’d come for another beer, but I’ll probably eat before I get here. And you probably should too!

Was incorrectly charged- paid first round of drinks and closed out the tab. Ordered another round and when went to close out had been charged for the initial round again - said it to the bar man who then took the card and processed payment again for two individual rounds. These charges have now been processed and the incorrect charge was not refunded. In summary we had 4 bottles but have been charged for 8. The 38.22 charge attached is incorrect and needs to be refunded 04/02 - have mailed email on website and still no response- please provide contact info

My brother and I want to Mustang Harry s on October 17th to meet our cousin. We met there because it was close to Penn Station. The bouncer took my brother’s luggage. It had some expensive drawings and his clothes. When he asked Ian Conroy, the owner, for the luggage, it was gone. Now he’s out $1800 and they said they’d help compensate him but nobody got back to him after repeated attempts. Don’t trust your bags being secure if coming in from out of town.

Terrible service. The second we arrived at the bar, we didn’t feel welcome and the bar staff were very rude and blunt. I was made to feel stupid for asking what seltzers were on offer and was given the response of “we have no seltzer”, even though this is a menu item and there was no apology/sympathy whatsoever. We were really excited to visit this place and were really disappointed. After this, we headed to Wooga just down the road and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Restored our faith in NYC!

Hi Mustang Harry’s Team, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. My fiancée and I came in with a reservation, and while we were excited to enjoy the game and the atmosphere, our experience unfortunately wasn’t what we hoped for. When we arrived, we kindly asked our waitress if one of the TVs could be changed to the Knicks game. We asked with a friendly tone, but it seemed like the request might have been taken the wrong way because from that point on, we received very little service. We didn’t get any refills on our drinks, and our original waitress ended up passing us off to someone else who never really checked on us. It got to the point where we felt unwelcome and decided not to even stay for the rest of the game. No one brought us a check, so I had to get up and find the original waitress just to close out. Outside of the service, the food and drinks were great — we just wish the overall experience matched the quality of what was served. We really thought Mustang Harry’s would be a great place to watch the game, so this was disappointing. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
