Tip: Enjoy unlimited toppings, but be aware that protein powder may not be mixed in properly. Consider skipping honey as the bowls can be quite sweet already.

Delicious and fresh smoothie "bowl". Not sure why they put their bowls in a cup....it does make them a bit hard to eat. I got the Crunchy bowl which was delicious , but I dropped a few berries in the process! Also no tables inside, just a bench to wait for your order. Clearly marked vegan items and toppings.
I just had the most incredible açai smoothie—hands down the best I’ve ever tasted! From the first sip, the flavor was rich, refreshing, and perfectly balanced between sweet and healthy. The texture was smooth and creamy, with all the fresh toppings adding the perfect finishing touch. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the amazing service from Kiki. Kiki was warm, attentive, and truly cared about making sure I enjoyed every moment. Their friendly attitude and expert recommendations took this smoothie experience to a whole new level. If you’re looking for a delicious açai smoothie with top-notch service, this place is a must-visit—and especially ask for Kiki! 🥤💜
short: delicious dessert &/or snack long: This is one of the many places I've been a customer of for years and somehow haven't posted a review yet. I have been a customer of this location for nearly five years. There are many acai places in the neighborhood, and they all claim to be fresh, but they all, including this franchise, receive them in frozen containers. Despite that, this is my favorite one. I especially love it paired with peanut butter. I highly recommend this for anyone having an acai craving.
As big fans of acai bowls, we were excited to try Oakberry before starting our day. Here you can basically create your own acai bowls with several different combinations of toppings. They also have smoothies and other menu items to try. We had their acai "bowl" (actually a cup, seems better for portability) with strawberry, blueberry, banana, honey, and cocoa nibs. It was pleasantly delightful! For those who are new to acai, imagine a berry with no tartness but the sweetness dialed up, that's what it tastes like. Here it has a creamy texture, similar to melting custard ice cream which we actually like a lot. Service was great, the store is a little tight with only a couple chairs and tables for dine in. We're big fans, and hope to visit again soon!
Sweet cozy place to get Acai bowl (in a cup) with unlimited toppings (finally a place that does that). The Acai tasted almost as good as in brazil. I liked that they have gluten free granola and also vegan granola. The two pointers I’d have is that I wish it was less sweet or an option to get unsweetened acai (no guarana/ agave) because it was too sweet for me and also I wish they served it in bowl and not in a cup because it would have been easier to mix everything and enjoy the Acai better.
Loved it here! Cute, clean and delicious smoothies or bowls. The server was lovely, accommodating and patient enough to explain how it works. It’s not hard but I asked just to make sure I’d get it right. I got a peanut butter and Nutella bowl with nuts, cacao and strawberries. So yummy and perfect for a hot day! Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the city! 🧡 and the peanut butter bites are awesome!
I love acia bowls and this one was a little different from the ones I'm used to eating. And it was delicious! This one is served differently, not in a bowl, but rather in tall glasses. I found it to be practical to eat this way while walking around the city. I love how fresh the fruits were on top and loved the layers of granola and acia.
Visited this morning to try their acai bowls. The idea of serving acai bowls in a cup seemed interesting, but it was impossible to enjoy it without spilling some of the toppings on top. However, I liked the alternating topping layers which gave each layer a different taste and texture. I made the mistake of adding honey which unfortunately resulted in the bottom third being drenched in honey. They were mostly sticky solids due to the cold temperature, but it still made the bowl overly sweet. Definitely worth a try, but wouldn’t recommend adding honey.
Reallyyy wanted to give 5 stars because my smoothie was nearly perfect, but they goofed up my order. I asked and was charged for almond butter, but was given peanut butter. I should've paid attention or tried it before leaving but seemed like a waste if they'd have to make me a whole new smoothie. It was still very satisfying, and I could see myself returning. All good, mistakes happen.
Hate this Cup Version of an Acai Bowl! That said... Know my goto is a nuttela bowl from Playa Bowls. That's my standard of excellence! We recreated as best we could a Cup version. On my scale it gets a JS7.6 Follow me on Instagram @AbiteOUTwithJACKfor for more great food finds!
Amazing tasting Acai Bowl (served in a cup). It is a little sweeter than other places so don’t suggest adding honey. Unlimited toppings is a fantastic idea. Not a fan of the short wooden spoons or the fact in comes in a cup and not a bowl. A bit messy to eat. Will be back if can enjoy in a bowl.
I’m writing this review to remind myself that they don’t mix the protein powder into the açaí bowl, they have it as a layer. So you have to mix it yourself with a spoon and then it’s super gritty because of it. My friend got a he collagen powder and it was the same - not mixed in. So weird. Everything else tasted good but this really should be fixed.
Besides spending 18$ for a CUP of açaí (2 toppings) although I asked for a bowl. I got protein added for an additional $3. The protein powder was not mixed in at all. It was just a layer of powder. I also saw 2 roaches walking a small and big one.
Service was extremely bad. I ordered a drink and the cashier told me he didn't have change so I asked him how long he's been open today he said all day and I asked him if he called his boss to ask him to bring him change so he can serve the store he said he don't care about all that that he don't need to call his boss to ask him for change to run the store. Now the store is losing money because the cashier don't want to work! He's just in his cell phone. I walked 3 miles just to get something to walk back with nothing on this very hot day. Never again
I really want to give this place more than a star but I genuinely can’t. I came sunday morning and was served by a girl wearing glasses, she seems like she hates her job and hate that I came in right when they opened (they opened at 10 and I came at 10:10 but seems like she wasn’t ready to open). She did not greet me, did not ask if I have oakberry rewards… but it’s fine because i greeted her and proceeded to order and she told me there will be a wait for my order. I replied saying okay that’s fine but in my head I was wondering why there’s a wait since i’m the only customer. After she took my order she proceeded to do other opening stuff like putting out signs and cleaning up trash…I used to work in the food industry too and from my experience, all this should’ve been done prior to opening. What really got me pissed off if how awful my acai bowl was. I usually go to the soho location and it’s 100x better so I’m not sure what went wrong here but my acai bowl was all liquid… as you can see from the picture, all the toppings sunk down into the acai. I asked for honey and she put a whole lot of honey at the bottom instead of drizzling it. this made it awful and unable to enjoy. I’m so disappointed in this location, wont be back
