Man really glad I stumbled on to this sandwich shop. Extremely friendly staff and the sandwiches where top notch. Prices are reasonable for a darn good sub. I recommend the pizza sub myself. I would most certainly recommend this place and can't wait to eat there again.

I thought this place was going to be like another Subway sandwich shop but nope this place is awesome! I got the skinny chicken club with the farmhouse salad and it was great. Looks like I found a new spot to grab a bite to eat. Would highly recommend coming here.

Wow I'm very impressed with this sandwich. I got the Wreck sandwich and gotta say this is exactly what I was craving for tonight! So darn good and filling with fresh ingredients! We will definitely be returning to try more and would recommend this over any place here in San Antonio for delicious sandwich's! Thank you for this awesome experience this evening! <3

First timer and I'm definitely coming back. After a nice hike, I was craving a sandwich and ended up ordering the Turkey Club with a Chicken Salad Salad. It was so good and fulfilling. I saw that they have lots on their menu, both healthy and unhealthy options for everyone.

Potbelly to the rescue!! Got online & ordered the clubby with a pickle, chips, & a drink. They had free delivery so I decided to go for it. Delivered it as promised also hot! Love it when a plan comes to together. I am currently a sandwich superstar on their perks program, cool. I still tipped the driver, can`t not appreciate that service right now. Nap time now..

Great sandwich shop! Lots of variety when it comes to your sandwich, and the soups are very good. Service is quick and friendly, and the place is clean. I like the new short shakes and the cookie on top is always a treat! Try the Mac and cheese with bacon, you won’t regret it!

I'm a big Potbelly fan and I like this location. It's always clean and the service friendly and efficient. They have a tip option now which is the only reason for the one star deduction. For a fast food counter service restaurant I find the notion of tipping a bit distasteful. The tippification of our society has gone insane and it makes me wonder if the owners have it to allow them to offset pay to their staff.

Stopped by Potbelly's for a quick lunch, marking my return after about 8 years, and it was quite enjoyable. They offer skinny, original, and big subs, though unfortunately, there wasn't a display showing all three options. It got a bit confusing when I asked to see what a skinny sub looks like, and the sandwich maker mentioned they didn't have one on display. As he described it, it seemed like the original sub was cut vertically, but in reality, it's made to be 5 inches long. We ended up ordering a skinny Italian sub, a meatball sub, soup and drinks, and chips—all of which tasted great. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and both the restaurant and bathroom were clean. There are plenty of windows letting in natural light and offering an amazing view of Broadway Street.

I love Potbelly but today my salad was not so fresh. It looked amazing and I was so craving this salad, but soon as I started eating the lettuce at the bottom wasn't appealing. I was picking out the parts as I was eating.

I ordered a sandwich and added bacon. To add bacon was $4…and they put one strip! Then, I asked for the garlic aioli…I don’t taste it at all. My daughters sandwich, she asked for spicy ranch…she doesn’t taste it either. Its just like, for a $14 sandwich, i should taste everything I ordered. And both sandwiches were very bland. We couldn’t stop shaking salt.

Their food quality has serious issue, be careful eating there or you might get diarrhea the next day or even worse. It was my first time eating there and will be the last.

Very disappointed. They forgot my drink. And the sandwich was over cooked on one side. Looked very rushed or they just didn’t care. I also emailed the customer service email as they requested but have not received any response. Again Very disappointed. I would not go back if you paid me.
