Very nice place to go and relax and have fun.
Old school Vibe music is always on point atmosphere is it's always fantastic
They have different events there like line dancing lessons, karaoke nite, game nights etc. They have good strong alcoholic drinks. The food is regular sports bar fare. They have different djs spin the ones & twos which keeps you shaking your shoulders or taping you feet.
Don't sleep on the hot spot in the Bx. Sunday's old school Rnb and Hip-hop takes u back . DJ's don't play and 🍷 r good.
Dj chubby chub had us dancing and singing in there, as long as he plays I will keep coming
Stumbled upon this place on a Wednesday afternoon, just as they were opening, when we were running an errand in this neighborhood. We ordered the smash Burger and brisket sandwich. The food was delicious and exceeded all expectations. Probably one of the best brisket sandwiches I've had in my life. Perfectly cooked meat. The server/bartender treated us very nicely. Highly recommended. We'll definitely go out of our way to return.
Good little tavern. Food was perfectly fine - good burger. Prices were as you would expect for a non-fancy bar in a non-fancy borough. Staff was friendly and chatty. The only thing that didn't go smoothly was that they take cards but only cash tips, and I had very little cash on me so I under-tipped. I wish they had told me when I ordered. Good place.
Omg. I have never eaten brisket this tender and flavorful. Huge sandwich. Pam was our server and she was totally delightful. When she said the brisket was good we decided to try it. But… never expected a dining experience this amazing. We were looking for a place convenient to where we both were and found Roy’s by total luck. I can’t wait to return. The onion rings were super crunchy and not greasy. Can’t wait to try other food there. STUPENDOUS. I’ve never given a review like this but words can’t do it justice. And super inexpensive.
We have had a few retirement parties there, and I can tell you that I don't know of a better place to plan this. Everyone's treated with the utmost respect, prices are extremely competitive, and you're not rushed out the door. The food is excellent.
We reserved the back area for a few hours to host a get-together with some long-time friends and had a good time. The bartender was really nice and she made a mean tequila & pineapple juice 😁
I always love the family feeling it gives me. I bring my family and friends when they come in town. Drinks are good, music is also. Service is great 👍
Great but very hot atmosphere! Drinks and music were on point, but they are in desperate need of a cooling system! If you are scared to be close to others, your paranoia will be through the roof initially. But as you relax and slip into the vibe, there's a great time to be had!
This is the second time I used TooGoodToGo to order food from here. Both times the hood was freshly made. The first time gave more of a variety but I enjoyed this meal as well. Overall, this is a place that I’d return to. I also noticed some top shelf liquors in their little bar.

8/15/21, Stopped in on a Sunday night. They had a old school DJ, drinks $9. Cool, mature crowd. Had a good time.
Great place, great food, good drinks and good prices.
The food was good and the vibe as well but the bartender made the vibes bad we had a group of us and we tipped but as soon as one of us tipped a $1 she made a seen and starting yelling at her just because she didn’t get her desired tip. She seems tired of working there. That attitude of hers is nasty like seriously it almost resulted in a fight all over a tip. Very unprofessional.
Here at this place they dont serve the liqour thats shown on the bottle. I ordered a Hennessy neat and I am 100% sure that it was not Hennessy. Other than the that its a decent place to throw a party. Just bring your own liquor or drink something that they refill the bottles with. Look at the bottles in the back, the seal for the them are mostly off.
A group of us went in for happy hour and the draft beers were terrible. Then a mouse was running Around the the entire bar trying to go up chairs. We had to pick up our bags and legs!
It's 10:30 pm I just ordered on my phone. I ordered through the restaurant menu. I was given a confirmation. My card was charged $19 almost $20 with a 10% tip for glenroys bar and grill to pick up time at 12:00 midnight. I live next door. I just walked over there. They tell me the place is closed. Yeah they charged my card. This place sucks. The first and last experience I will have with Glenn Roy's bar and grill never again
I went there several times.It used to be a cool nice spot.But the drinks got worse and worse.I literally saw a lady bartender pour water in my drink,and I ordered a patron margarita.She pour half glass of water smh they’re horrible with the drinks.When you go to a bar you expect the drinks to be good.Nice vibe cool music.I got up and left.They need to revamp that place.
