We were originally going to use the drive thru but it was backed up so we opted to go inside and get our food togo. We did have to wait a little longer than we would have liked to, but it was lunch rush and they were slammed. Even so, our orders were correct and the staff was friendly.

Honestly, alot of people seem to hate BK but it's pretty good. Obviously it's not a 5 star restaurant but it does get a 5 review from me. It tastes, nothing great but not nasty and if you wanna grab a bite to eat and not spend alot, this is the place to go. They have coupons and mobile deals and they're all really good. $5 for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries? $12.99 for 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers and 3 fries? $1.49 for 10 nuggets? You can stuff yourself without breaking $10.

2 Junior Woppers for $5 and other good deals. Dependable quality and favors. A great go-to for decent fast food. Usually plenty of parking at their locations.

Dine in food is wonderful, maybe it's just so awesome in the day time, I've ordered drive thru at evening time - everytime the food quality is low. But When I eat in during the day, Wow- the food is amazing! Very simple and easy going place for delicious dine in! Five stars cuz the food quality. Hope your experience is good!

Usually after Sunday service I hang out with an old pastor friend whose got kids now and likes to tire them out by letting em go to the play place. Every single McDonald's we went in the area were closed for whatever reason, "under staffed" "shorthanded" "ran out of food" since when has McDonald's ever ran outa food?? Anyways this location was open, had a play place and icecream so we stayed here. The staff kind and friendly. And the ice cream was delicious.

The quality of the food and service is consistently good whenever I dine here - efficient and attentive. I also commend the shift manager who patiently and professionally dealt with a loud, obnoxious non-customer as I dined here today. I’ll gladly keep coming here.

Basically I go every morning get coffee.. apple pie or which ever is the season item..and a sausage briske.. morning crew always friendly.. food is hot.. service is good... Bathrooms clean even with the homeless...And it's fast food restaurant..Remember we all have bad days..But give respect / Get respect..

Super clean! Not a single dirty table, floors, etc! Very friendly staff, fast service and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!! NOTHING BEATS THE KING!! The Whopper is delicious and enormous compared to the tiny cheeseburger from the arched competitor.

Been coming to this Burger King since I was wee bit in elementary, never fails for my junkie happiness. Drive through is always full but walk in is usually empty.

Good is good and fresh. The staff is nice and the facility is clean. Just takes forever to get your food at night.

I don't eat a lot here, but the food is pretty decent, plus fast service, just needs to be cleaned more often.

Great job on my whopper, I love my burger dry with extra pickles, they always makes it right. I mean it sounds easy right? Trust me most other place will mess it up half of the time, but this crew is decent, so far so good with them.

I've always loved Burger King as a kid. But as a grown up I hope all fast food restaurants start being more responsible and start adding more nutritious food to their menus. Start adding sugar free drinks and basically or eventually replace their existing menus with food that does not kill us in the long run.

The manager was working so hard. Seemed like everyone else wasn't doing much tho. We saw 2 different female employees lock themselves in the bathroom for over 10 minutes even tho the bathroom had two stalls with privacy doors that locked inside. Wanted to give it 5 stars since the kids had a blast in the playground but it seems like the manager is running the whole store by herself while others sit in the restroom with the door locked.

The best chocolate shakes in the burger game. Don't care if they are scooped or real ice cream or what have you, these shakes taste great. But as Vincent Vega said, "that's $5 for a milk shake? That's milk and ice cream? They don't put no booze in it? " sorry daddy-o don't be a square and yes, no booze.

I was there a couple of time to get breakfast meal. Their hash brown was the worst I ever had. Oily and hard dried. I would not recommend this restaurant. My regular one in Chapman was lot better than this.

My whopper had stale bread. This is common with all the BKs I have eaten at. I always hope this is the one that doesn't have stale bread. I really like their Whopper and Original chicken sandwich (not so original, smaller sandwich).

It took over a minute for someone to come and take my order, ladies were very busy talking in the back. Fry's where Fried way too hard, and I had to chase off a fly the whole time I was eating.

I recently tried the Impossible Whopper at Burger King and while I enjoyed the Impossible meat, I was disappointed by the soggy buns and the increase in price. Overall, I would give the Impossible Whopper a three-star rating. The Impossible meat was a standout feature of the burger. The patty had a meaty texture and a great flavor, and I appreciated the fact that it was a vegetarian option. The toppings, including lettuce, tomato, pickles,Im were all fresh and added to the overall taste of the burger. However, the buns were a letdown. They were soggy and did not hold up well, detracting from the overall quality of the burger. In addition to the soggy buns, I was also disappointed by the price increase of the Impossible Whopper. The cost went up from $6.50 to $8.50, which I felt was a significant increase for a fast food burger. While I appreciate the use of premium ingredients, the price increase made it less accessible for those on a budget. Despite the drawbacks, the Impossible Whopper is still a tasty option for vegetarians and those looking to reduce their meat consumption. The Impossible meat is a standout feature, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.

Food was good. Staff friendly. Not quite sure why they don't do protein wraps - doesn't seem like its that hard to wrap lettuce around meat in place of buns for low carbers. I would've given 4 stars if staff had come out to dining area to check on customers (ask how things are), clean tables, etc

I never had a problem before at this Burger King but the other night we drove in and their lights were on and there hours sign said that they were still open and there was an employee in there yet the doors were locked, the drive-through was blocked and employees saw my daughter walk up to the door and the employee just sat there and watched her. There was no explanation as to why they were closed. That was very strange and I thought very badd service and a rude. They should have had a sign saying that they were closed or a sorry we are temporary closing early tonight

This is the most challenging Burger Kings I've ever visited. There's usually a bit of a language barrier unless you speak fluent Spanish I've gotten my somewhat of a special order correct 50% at best The drive thru time is too long - too slow

I chose Burger King since I had coupons to stretch my budget. When I went thru drive-thru, I stated that I had a coupon & wanted meal on on coupon. I gave the cashier my card & coupon at the window. My order was given with my receipt & card . I drove off. When I was home enjoying my meal, I checked receipt & realized the coupon was NOT applied. I considered loading up my disabled seniors & return, but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Dissappointed.

We were rush to go on the field trip. Order 2 combo and 2 sandwich. Got 2 combo 1 sand witch. Have to go back. The server lady didn't really care or acknowledge about the wrong order.

Ordered the soda off the $1 menu which says 16oz. Got the kid junior size which 8-10oz (smaller than the small coffee which is 12oz). They insist that is what size is on the menu. Rip off.

I hate to be “that guy” giving a Burger King a low rating, but cmon, you had one shot; I go to the window and I ask for the Addams Family Favorites meal, and you give it. Wellll the churro fries were missing the chocolate dipping sauce and we got fries instead of the special onion rings, I didn’t see that’s what the receipt showed but like I asked for the whole Addams Family meal. I love a good marketing spin, but I got fries in Thing’s Rings container which reminds me that I’m not eating onion rings. And it was just such a bummer missing the sauce to this gimmick meal. Anyway shake was fine and burger was great, fries were good, but I would have loved to have eating those dang onion rings.

I love me some burger king so happy the tacos are back. The drive thru took forever and we had to pull up to the window to order cuz the girl wasn't getting our order correct. They even made us park and wait. We didn't order that much but hey it happens.

burger tasted nasty, like it day there for awhile, no salt or fries, cashier walked to back And never came back to win dope so that I may get salt.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and gave the cashier the coupon. I heard her tell another employee a double cheeseburger. Well when I got my order that's what I got. I was so hungry and mad I just ate the hamburger then to top it off the cashier failed to give me my receipt.

This is the second time I have been through this drive thru in close to a week. Both times the service was poor at best. All I really want is a hot meal and reasonably quick service. A smile at the window would be a bonus. I recieved none of this on both occasions. I will not be returning.

Since this location doesn't have a working phone line and I didn't get a receipt to complete a survey, I have no choice but to share my bad experience here and hope the management gets the message...The drive thru was slow, I spent $40 on two burgers for me and my son and both didn't taste right, I asked for extra onions and got no onions, fries had a bad taste like they hit the floor at some point and we tried their nuggets which tasted more bland than hot cardboard. We agreed that eating here was a huge disappointment for us both and just a total waste of money.

The lady menagerie big lady, very aggressive, none welcome, rude, not explain as should be to customers, later big issues also she blame customers not her self👎👎👎very bad service, arguing with my husband for napkins, she don't let customers go into bathroom! Horrible

So we went to Burger King on Orangethorpe n Magnolia just off the 91 fwy tonight...we ordered 1 number 4 med bacon king combo...which stated when ordering 12.69 then we ordered the number 5 med whopper jr combo which stated 8.99...so why was it all of a sudden up to 13.99 for the bacon king combo...and for the whopper jr it was up to 11.19 per the reciept...how much was a pc of cheese....then to top it off the hamburger techs said the price was right....the reciept and the board u order off of in the drive thru say 2 different things. Extremely bad experience, the entire restaurant was dusty, death flies, duty tables and the restroom smell terrible and duty. To make it worse my hashbrowns were cold, when I told the cashier about it, she broke her eyes at me , after that I was going to eat my biscuit and it was hard as a rock, at this time I didn't want to have to deal with the bad actitude of the lady at front, so I took my family and left. All my experience at this location was disgusting.

8/19/2021 around 10:50 pm my Sons just finished their game it was late an we figured this Burger King is usually a great choice.. Well that wasn't the case I order 4 20 piece nuggets and 5 value fries nuggets were perfectly hot the fries on the other had to have been sitting because they had a chill like she sat the on top of something cold an when I asked her she said well we had to make your nuggets well wouldn't comman sense say make them both at the same time or close..

I ordered a big whopper meal and was told by the employee with the nastiest attitude that it was 25¢ Per sauce of ranch and barbecue sauce. This was after spending 14$. Just sucks because my fries were cold too

I work early some days and tried to stop by for breakfast. The hours said open 6am even the open sign was lit but no one took my order at the drive thru. I drove to the window, noticed they were deep frying something, tapped on the window, even shined a flashlight and they seemed to hide. I tapped on the window and some older guy waved me off to go away.

1st visit - their system is down, so they're not selling 2nd visit - credit card machine is broken, so cash only 3rd visit - no more beef patty. only chicken. what kind of burger place has no beef patty?!

This place should not even get a star. The lady employee Aurora was rude and had something stuck up her @##. The manager was rude and not helpful at all he was not reasonable. We told him that the fountain drink was all carbonated and just kept saying it wasn't. Never coming back and im telling all my friends and family not to go anymore.

Regularly get no condiments from this burger King. You can ask four or five times and they still won't put any in the bag. Starting to think management tells them not to.

This location had fell! In the last two months it has lost it's touch! No lights at night to light up the menu and restaurant in general! The lobby door had a sign that said, "closed for 30 mins!" And the drive thru employee with blue hair was hard to understand on the speaker and most importantly the food was cold as SNOW!!!! When I got home! I live 4 mins away! They say the third time I a charm, but now we have to add a fourth.I have tried giving the benefit of the doubt, but what has been demonstrated to me is, no matter how many times y repeat ur order and tell them everything u want, they still mess up or leave something out u requested. Having worked fastfood as a teen, burger King being one of my jobs, it was part of protocol and great customer service that u read a customers order back to them over the pa and again at the window.. well, they failed again. The first time they had egg in my breakfast sandwich that I specifically stated no egg. I also requested condiments that I didn't receive. I had to inconvenience myself by having to drive back through the drive thru. Another time I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, add cheese. Well they forgot my cheese.this time the order was read back and I paid and checked before driving off, no cheese. Another inconvenience, last week, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches again, same way, with onion rings, requested onion ring sauce and ketchup at the window, did not put them in the bag. Today I just ordered, the 2cheese burgers with fries the number 5 making it clear to that I wanted no pickles add onion, cc along with nuggets. Well, I see the bag wasn't checked after spending basically 12 bucks. My sandwiches had pickles on it, no onion,as requested, given ketchup and onion ring sauce, but no sauces for my nuggets. Well I must say, as much as I spend everytime I come, I won't be going to this location anymore. Long gone are the days of where customer service was very important and where orders were checked to make sure u head a CT returning customer. It's bad enough how, as one who is new to Cali, I find it difficult to find fast food establishments with fresh food and quality service ( Del Taco I have frequented, meet the customer service standard I'm accustomed to. All I will say is, I will find another BK that lives up to what they stand for. Until that happens I wish u all the best and I will relay the iss info to all of those I know. Will never stop at this Burger King again. It is located next to a Harley Davidson store. There were biker gang members everywhere. Blocking the drive thru, packed inside the restaurant. When my husband backed into a parking space he was approached by one of the bikers and asked if he was there to pick up. Not understanding what the guy was asking, he just looked at him and said yes. I'm here to pick up dinner for me and my wife. The guy got a little upset with my husband and told him to get his signals straight. Evidently he thought my husband was there to buy drugs. There were only young women working in this store. What are they to do? My husband quickly got our food and left asap. The food is fine and the service was good. But, those poor girls are scared to death. Management needs to step up and make sure the place is safe for their workers and customers. Before you comment on my comment about the bikers, be aware... my husband owns a bike and we love to ride. We would never behave the way those guys did.

The manager who looks like super Mario, tells the cooks to do mess up peoples food. I asked and payed for cheese on my whopper and I think he tells the cooks to leave out the cheese in Spanish and then laughs. I don’t think this guy appreciates his job. IMO, he should be fired!

Do NOT eat at this location, they do not care about COVID protocol or protecting your health. I had an argument with the manager over getting ranch instead of marinara sauce. I simply wanted ranch instead because I dislike marinara sauce, when I gave it to him he took it and refused to give me a ranch. The female employee was nice and put a ranch in and the manager with his bare hand reached in my bag (most assuredly) to grab it back out. I then told him I never would never go to that location again. The location on Brookhurst near the 5/91 freeway junction is so much better with friendly and generous employees that would never do that. They always give a sufficient amount of dipping sauces and never argue or cause a fuss. The manager at this terrible location deserves to be fired for neglecting COVID guidelines over a sauce argument. I didn’t eat my food because he reached in with his bare hand and grabbed the sauce back that the nice employee put in. Which was deserved because I gave back the marinara sauce. His excuse was I ordered chicken fries separate and got barbecue and ranch with it so I already had a ranch. Anybody that has eaten both mozzarella and chicken require 3 sauces overall (2 ranch and 1 barbecue). But ya I’m trying to find a way to report him to a higher authority so he can be fired for potentially spreading COVID by a touching my food with his bare hands to take back something I was deserved. I don’t understand why I didn’t deserve anything in exchange of the marinara and just took it without any type of exchanged sauce. Thanks for letting me waste my money! Not only did I have terrible service but I had to throw my food away because he was so cheap about sauces and overrode his employee...then decided to take it back and touch my food in the process. Fire this manager and also visit the Brookhurst location instead!!!

I went there to eat lunch with my kids and baby we were in the playground and i asked the old man cashier to please open the restroom he says is for costumers only i said we are costumers we already ordered and he keeps ignoring me. I said please open the restroom my son is going to pee in his pants, he keeps ignoring me and he says if you want talk to the manager.I did talk to her. she knew we were costumers because she gave us our order. She was kind and she did open the restroom for us. But it was late my son did pee in his pants thanks to the old man. He should be more kind.
