After watching a basketball game I was on my way home and popped into Homeslice. This place was the perfect way to end the evening. Damian was very kind and really sold on me on the chicken roll. The charred grilled chicken was delicious. I would also recommend the Vodka slice!! The pizza has a good thickness and the right amount of char on the bottom.

I came here randomly on a late week night and was pleasantly surprised by great the pizza here was. Each slice had the perfect bite to it, and the bottom was perfectly crisp and without being overcooked. The staff was also fun and speedy

The staff was incredibly friendly and the pizza was probably the best I’ve ever had. The cheese is stretchy and chewy in the best way and the sauce is perfect. There’s a great balance of sauce, cheese, dough. I highly recommend going here

While in the area of Brooklyn USA I wasn’t even hungry but couldn’t resist the view of the yumminess on display. Stopped in and grabbed me a quick plain slice which didn’t disappoint. Cute spot and lots of options. I was pleasantly surprised! I’m all about the light, slight crunch to the crust and a well seasoned sauce with just a dusting of cheese, ever so slight. This beauty hit all the boxes ! ! The price was spot on of under $5 bucks. You can’t beat it! They get 5 stars from me!!! Cheers to the next adventure 🥂

Got my 2 slices and a bottle of water for $10., which is the going price in the area. The folks running the business were very nice!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs to grab a bite in the area.

Fantastic slice! This is our fifth visit to NYC but our first time staying in Brooklyn. We were walking back from the Atlantic station to our hotel and thought we'd duck in for a late night snack. The guy at the counter was super friendly and served us super fast. The pizza was almost too hot to touch when it came out of the oven! It had a great light, crispy crust that had been baked on cornmeal so it had just that light crack when you folded it. I had regular cheese and my husband had pepperoni and both were perfectly topped with sauce and cheese, the pepperoni forming those cups that just don't seem to happen anywhere but this city. I wish we had been hungrier because we would have stayed for another slice. Tomorrow on our way back from the train we'll stop in again, for sure. Thanks, Homeslice! Never change!

I had an amazing experience at Brooklyn’s Home Slice 2! Damien and Sisi were absolutely excellent—so friendly and welcoming, which made the environment feel great right from the start. The pizza? Hands down, the best in New York. It’s absolutely delicious and a total hidden gem. Everyone should come here; this is the place to go for great pizza and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend it—don’t miss out!

My new favorite pizza spot in Brooklyn! My husband and I were walking by and decided to finally try their pizza. We tried a few different slices and they were all AMAZING. The prices weren't bad either for the area. The atmosphere is comfortable and beautiful, and all of the employees were polite, helpful and smiling. Will definitely be returning.

I got a slice of veggie and spinach pizzas. Tasted great, well baked, and they have a large variety of toppings. The undercarriage is pretty well done. No frills, fuss free, great place for a quick bite while in the area.

I came here before when they first opened and had 2 slices for $5. Good service the first time. Not today. The cashier was super nice but the guy making our pizza had a bad attitude. My mom asked for light crust 4 times because hard crust cuts up her gums. Just a regular cheese pizza. We get a pizza with dark brown crust and me asks if thats ours because she said light crust. He proceeds to say you should've told me. Gives it to the own who gives us some angry side eye. He starts slamming around the utensils saying it’s fine he’ll remake it . My mom asked for a refund. Who wants a new pizza made by some that angry. No accountability taken by that guy. The cashier was nice enough to give my mom cash refund otherwise I would've given this place a one. I was here when it was a Turkish shop. Maybe today was a bad day but that was awful service and the manager never came out to rectify anything.

Brooklyn Love

My family and I visited this Homeslice location because we’re regular customers at the Vanderbilt spot, which we’ve always loved. Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. The employee at the register, Ross, was polite at first, but as soon as the manager left, his attitude completely changed. My 4-year-old son — who has sensory and special needs — was simply excited about his pizza. I had already reminded him to use a quiet voice, but Ross suddenly “shh’d” him harshly. At first, I honestly thought Ross was being playful, but then he started yelling, saying, “This is not a galley!” — directly at my child. I calmly reminded him that my son is only four and just excited, but Ross didn’t apologize or show any understanding. It wasn’t until I asked for his name and requested to speak to a manager that he quickly said, “sorry,” then immediately repeated, “Yes, this is not a galley,” as if to justify his behavior. I stayed respectful throughout, but he was defensive, and another employee — who had already been rude to other customers — tried to excuse his actions by saying my son’s excitement was “disrupting them from hearing orders.” Meanwhile, groups of high school students were talking and laughing nearby without issue. This experience showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism, especially toward a young child with special needs. As loyal customers, we expected kindness and understanding — not hostility. I hope management at this location takes this seriously and provides better training on how to treat all families with patience, respect, and compassion.
