Went there with my whole family. They were patient while we figured out what to order. The food was fresh and delicious. I actually didn't like what I ordered (not the restaurants fault, just didn't like parve cheese) and he made me a new one without cheese happily. The new one was perfect and fresh.

They have amazing food! Whatever I bought there was delicious. They have an abundance of sauces and they are so good!! Would definitely recommend this place to others, it maybe a tad expensive but worth it!!

I ordered for pickup. When I got home the one of the things I ordered was incorrect. I called them and they redid it immediately. The staff is friendly, professional, polite and efficient. Orders are ready quickly. And most important, the food was absolutely delicious!!!

Delicious burgers the canteen does burgers right. I got the pastrami burger which you can never go wrong with and I was not disappointed. The Cholent is very different so if your into that then give it a try.

Good kosher hamburger joint. Kids had hotdog kids meal (included fries and a drink). Adults had chili dog, philly cheese steak, and chicken poppers. Very cute decor.

Ordered Ubereats from here a few days ago. Had their hot dogs, beef spring rolls and the jerky candy. Everything was super delicious! The beef spring rolls were very unique and flavorful. The jerky candy is a great treat if you’re having a movie night etc. For 4 oz. of the jerk candy thought it could be priced a little better but nothing that would deter me from returning.

This is a decent burgers/fast food some items are really tasty like burger patties and buns. ChickenPoppers are very good. However, their "beef jerky" doesn't deserve the name. it's poor quality meat, sinews and it's wet! Also, "facon" usually not crispy and bad inside the burgers because you can't easily bite it off again bc it's not crispy and sinews/filament yuk.

Canteen has some lovely decor. Really modern and trendy. Serving up some awesome hot dogs and sandwiches. You can even create your own hot dog however you like it. Lovely owners and employees, willing and ready to serve the community. Can't wait to try everything they have on their menu especially since it's so close to work.

Decent food, but they don’t seem to follow Instructions when you describe what you want. Told them I wanted pickles on the side, and they just skipped that part of the order. Also, they messed up on the sauces.

I've only heard great things about Canteen but I wwnt when they were short staffed and waited literally a half hour for my food to be under cooked and it was 3 small items. Food was very tasty and the guys at the counter were apologetic even though they didn't seem to care top make it right!

Food is great, service is solid. I understand if a restaurant feels a need to charge for extra sauces, but if someone spends $50+ I think it’s pathetic to charge them $1 for a sauce, saying that it’s made in house, blah blah blah.

Smallest portions I've ever seen. Terrible value for your money. Food was pretty good though. But it's ridiculous how tiny some of the portions were.

Used to be one of my favorite spots to grab lunch at work, but that’s over. Not sure if management changed, but the food is consistently cold, and not the same as it used to be. I just ordered an order of my usual honey garlic poppers. Came out cold, even tho I’m here waiting on the food. Like how do you manage to do that? I went back and They gave me a new hot order. But it’s soggy now. Not the crispy poppers that I’m used to having here. Needless to say, a consistent customer of 2 years is not coming back here anymore. Not to mention, the prices went up. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is bcs the gentleman in front was being polite and understanding. The cook in the back however, has to go. Laughing as if it makes him happy when people complain. Cmon man.

Ate here a few times, great food and good fast food place but horrible service. Guy behind the counter is on his phone all the time, attitude when placing the order, preoccupied with his headphones in his ears to give proper service, and not friendly vibes. i asked for some sauce on the side and he answers that there isn't any, when i asked what are those, pointing at the sauces he says its extra so i asked how much and he told me $1. I asked if its even a dollar after i just order $70 worth of food, he says yup. i hand him a dollar and still made me stand while searching for his "expensive sauce". food can be good but treat your customers like that and theyll be leaving with a bad taste in their mouth.

Ordered food from here and waited for 2hrs when I called to find out where it was they stated the delivery guy left it in the doorstep... can you believe it... food was cold and my kids were waiting hours for the food. Called to demand my money back and have them pick up back the food and they started to get an attitude with me and stated that I shouldnt be talking/acting like that. Un-believable. Steer clear of this place.

Worst service I have ever received don't order from this place! The delivery guy calls me tell me to come down from my building and when i get there he gives me attitude for him not having change for my bills after the fact him and the girl working in the store make no sense they were nasty and rude made me wait in the cold for 15 min while I try to pay with my card and still not taken I left the food and went home don't order from this place horrible service
