The food is ok. I really order the homemade drinks. I’m noticing more and more they have a bait and switch tactic that they’re doing and I have to speak on it. They offer HOMEMADE drinks that cost $8 for a large through uber and then send you Tropical rhythm when that’s a separate option that I never select. The disrespect to take my $8 and give me nasty watered down factory made tropical rhythm that cost no more than $2. If I’m ordering 2 HOMEMADE carrot & 2 HOMEMADE Pineapple ginger, why are you shortening what I am owed? That’s robbery and it’s purposely done when you can simply call the customer or cancel the item. Better yet, DONT HAVE IT LISTED. It be your own people. Disgusting now. It been done to me way too many times. I definitely requested my money back. Go play with someone else.

Hi yall. Don’t get this damn food. It may look good but it don’t taste good. The saltfish was chewy like it wasn’t boiled right or maybe was left over from yesterday. The cornmeal taste watered down. Plus the dumpling is cornmeal boiled dumpling, not just flour. So it don’t taste right and it’s thick, hard, and have a grittey texture. Not good. Also the dinner I ordered last week wasn’t good at all so I had to throw it out completely. The potato salad was nasty, the baked chicken was basically barbecue chicken and it was hard. Nothing from here taste good and they advertising on TikTok as the best in Brooklyn. Stop it.

The food isn’t bad. But the portioning has to change. I went there this morning for salt fish, left wit a plate full of onions and oil. Wouldn’t recommend it to no one, unless u like a bunch of onions. All THAT OIL AND FISH STILL DRY IS INSANE!!

I went to this restaurant on 2/12/26 and had to leave without a purchase because I was so disgusted watching the cashier dig all in the socket of her eyes to pull out eye gunk! She never even thought to wash her hands, before handling money or serving food. I greeted her before placing my order, and she just gave me a very unfriendly look, and did not even respond. Oh my goodness...what did I do? Has being cordial gone out of style? Anyways, her whole vibe was off. General Tip: When handling customer's money or food, and you suddenly feel the need to clean your eyes, nose, butt, poom poom, etc, please do so privately in the bathroom, hidden from customer view. It is a turn off, unprofessional, and very unhygienic. Needless to say, I left the store without purchasing anything.

Today I ordered 3 oxtail plates. 2 with rice and peas and oxtail and the other with macaroni pie with oxtail. I’ve been eating oxtail all my life and when I tell you what I had today wasn’t oxtail. I don’t know what animal that was but it wasn’t oxtail. It was very chewy, strawy and tough. The meat didn’t taste like oxtail. And in all honesty I started to feel nauseous after eating it. I don’t know if they’re doing this to save money but you guys need to stop. If customers are paying $18-$25 on a oxtail plate please make sure that your actually selling oxtail.

It’s so frustrating this is the 3rd time I ordered delivery and they didn’t follow the notes (I requested gravy) and I was missing my drink the food is good but honestly not worth having your order continuously getting messed up .

Let me start by saying the food here is mediocre at best, but since it’s the closest restaurant within walking distance, I’ve settled for it out of convenience. Unfortunately, today’s experience was so unpleasant that I felt the need to finally leave a review. This afternoon, I encountered the same rude woman who has prepared my food before. Her attitude is unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I ordered two meals with the young lady at the register, but the order wasn’t communicated correctly. The woman making the food began preparing something completely different. When I politely corrected her — and even showed her the ticket — she acted irritated and dismissive. When I mentioned she forgot an item, she mumbled under her breath and then slammed my platter down on the counter. Completely unprofessional behavior. The food might be close by, but the experience is consistently unpleasant. I shouldn’t have to brace myself for attitude every time I just want to eat. Hopefully management addresses this, because customers deserve better, especially spending $20-$30 on a meal.

Sorry but if i could give half of star I would..I ordered the king fish...rice was good..macaroni pie good..the stew gravy was ok too .for the star of the plate in the Fish being the major let down.i am a certified chef.. the fish was either over fried or it was fish from yesterday..but I put this establishment in my black book n will never order again..if y0u all carrying a name like Caribbean vibes....should fully respect the Caribbean and carry the flag not drag it.

The rice was not tasty the scraped the bottom of the pot. Rice was hard. The macaroni salad was very very sweet whoever made it used the entire bag of sugar. The jerk pork tasted a week old. Very dry and tough. I'll NEVER eat from this restaurant again!

Me and my husband went in for stew chicken with rice and peas with cabbage around 10:45. No cabbage and then someone had cabbage but okk ... We started eating our food and the food was old and burned . The rice tasted like it was scraped from the bottom and the stew chicken was definitely old . It's hard saying this when I been coming here for years. I won't be coming back because that's a waste for meals over $30 and I tipped the server well smh. Gotta do better

Came in on 6/17/2024 to order food waited for 10 mins keep in mind that the restaurant was completed empty only myself and one other person. After waiting I asked the gentleman in front if anyone was taking orders and his response was After staring me down for 2 mins straight “ you can’t wait”? COMPLETELY out of order for a BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND EVER
