Simple the best, really good bagels, made the old fashioned way, where a bagel is not just a roll with a whole in the middle, if you want to taste a real bagel this is the place, service is with a pleasure, very very respectful ,they have a extended menu, super fresh, this morning I was surprised there was a new server being trained, so the fast service will be faster, enjoy

I went here late in the day recently and (not surprisingly given the hour) the bagels were not hot. But for non-hot hours-old bagels they were pretty good so I have no complaints.

The workers kept asking for peoples orders when there were three customers still waiting to pay. Could totally see that leading to people not paying on accident or something. Otherwise pretty content. Lox bagel comes with shmear and three toppings for $8.50 ~ pretty fair price in my opinion, just wish I’d gotten more than a teaspoon of cream cheese😅

Closes early, slow service, cc machine doesn't accept Samsung or Google pay.

Thought going into the Jewish part of Williamsburg would be a surefire way to get a great bagel but I really felt out of place and unwelcome here and the bagel wasn't worth that experience

Came here for a bagel after seeing the high rating and had possibly one of the worst bagels I’ve ever had… it were semi-stale, flat and had no crunch. I just had tomato with cream cheese, it should at least be decent. Not sure where these overwhelmingly positive reviews are coming from, but there are much better bagels in the area!

Came here at 8.30am this morning hoping for fresh hot bagels, but the bagels I got were STALE. This early in the morning?? How?! I ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese and lox, and they were also stingy with the ingredients. Probably the worst bagel I’ve ever had. Do not come here.
