Recensioni di Kami Brooklyn
We stumbled upon Kami Asian by chance after a visit to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! The service was excellent—very friendly and accommodating, even offering happy hour despite our late arrival. The food was top-notch: the shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the salmon roll with extra cream cheese was deliciously fresh. You can tell they put love into their food. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and everything, including the restroom, was super clean. To top it off, the beer selection was solid. Overall, a great spot for a casual, high-quality meal.

Great for take out; have not dined in. Super friendly staff, quick service, easy to call and order. Sushi rolls and appetizers are very well priced!
This is a great place I visit often Awesome lunch menu. Check out the bento box section on the last page. Great service and a large amount of food for the price. The hostesses are awesome.
This place had an amazing and cheap lunch special. The pad Thai was one of the best I’ve had for the price point. The server Kitty was attentive. We never got thirst!
Kitty, our server was marvelous! She was so helpful and patient. She even found a way to deliver a birthday desert with a candle! It was SO nice! The food is delicious and the service is superb.
Amazing service. Food is well done and warm when served. Service excelled above all Asian restaurants I’ve visited in Brooklyn. Their Thai fried Rice is one of their top dishes. I also enjoyed their sea food soup and salad with ginger dressing. This has been my favorite restaurant for 7 years.
Great place to go for Thai and Japanese food. The portions are more than generous, I usually have enough leftovers for a second meal. Sushi is always fresh and tasty and the employees are nice. Bathroom and tables are always very clean as well.
The food here is always consistent and very good. I’m so happy that they added crispy rice to their menu. I can only find that in the city and Kami Asian does a great job!
Spectacular. This spot makes comfort a priority. This place knows how to prepare a meal. Workers here showed authentic friendliness. I'll revisit during my next local trip.
Really solid quality for price. We order from here all the time and they deliver so fast
love this place for takeout, it’s usually pretty quick & good every time. generous noodle portions as well.
The food was well cooked and tasty, and came out quickly, too. The gyoza were fried perfectly and the noodles were cooked just right. The ambience of the restaurant is also quite pleasant. The service was responsive and excellent.
I ordered the pork katsu when I came here on a quiet Sunday night. I was one of the only patrons and so had plenty of time to sit and eat. The pork was plentiful and went well with the sauce. The waitress was eager to refill my cup of water. Overall it was a good place for a meal.

My seaweed salad came with a marachino cherry in it? Quality otherwise seems okay, but this was kind of off putting. I don't know what else to say. Not sure how that ended up there but makes me not want to order again.

I stopped by to pick up a chicken teriyaki bento box for lunch. The chicken was barely edible, very rubbery and devoid of any flavor. I went in mid afternoon around 3-4 pm so I'm guessing I just got leftovers from lunch which had been sitting around for a couple hours but it was not a pleasant experience. Fwiw, the pickup was easy and the staff were very pleasant as I picked up the food. The salad did taste good and seemed fresh.

Their food is delicious but their customer service sucks. I’ve ordered from them 3 times now and each time, I’ve had issues with my order. Today (12/15/2023) I placed an order it took over an hour for delivery so I called the store only for them to tell me they haven’t even made my food yet. I prefer JPAN. Don’t even waste your time!
My husband and I always ordered from them. They delivered to us when we used to live on church av. Food was always hot upon arrival and always tasted so good especially for my pregnant self at the time. The only thing though is if you order multiple items they are guaranteed to mess up your order. They always messed up my husband's order when we did two orders. 😩 I guess you will need to take the extra step to call them after 5 minutes and ask if they got the order right or whatever.

On our first visit, my family and I truly enjoyed the food and service. On our second visit my wife and I got food poisoning from the Chicken fried rice and Pad Thai noodles with chicken! It had us throwing up and in bed the following day. Foodies and Thai lovers beware!!!!
I took food out for my friends and myself after reading the great reviews. It was the worst food we had in a while. Not fresh at all. It tasted like bad quality ingredients hidden with super sweet or super salty dressing. Sadly I threw away most of it :(
honestly, I am highly disappointed, I came here twice after the Labor Day Parade, Once last year, and once this year. Last year was an amazing experience. Everyone had a generous and comforting Service. But this year was unacceptable. I had to really use the bathroom after the parade and the hostesses who’s also a server told me I had to pay before I can use the restroom. I told her that was completely fine. She sat me down and I waited but unfortunately she took about five minutes before she could take my order and at that time and I had to really go. I told her when can she take my order so I can use the bathroom and she told me you have to order first to use the bathroom, I’ve then repeated I understand may I take my order now, and she replied, with what would you like to order, I told her I would like the tuna roll. She told me I have to pay first! I have never been in a restaurant where they tell me I have to pay before my food and honestly I feel like she thought I was going to use the bathroom and get up and not buy anything, and I feel very disrespected. I don’t feel like she had good customer service and I feel like that lady specifically has no hospitality, and honestly I wish I would’ve got her name but I was highly upset and highly offended that I didn’t even care anymore. And then there was another guy who wanted to use the bathroom and he wanted to buy a soda and she also made him wait an additional time, when he complained she went on a rant talking about how we have to pay before we can use the bathroom and she was so rude to my best friend. My best friend confronted her, and she replied with you know whatever. I used to love coming here after the Labor Day parade but now I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I don’t recommend coming here. I honestly don’t mind the policy but it’s how you talk to the guest! On top of that the lady didn’t give me anything to drink! We were also sitting at a table and she put mine and my best friends food to go!
