Honestly, it's a lovely place. The staff are friendly, it's a pleasant place to eat, and the food is good (which is the most important thing). Don't let the reviews of the place put you off.

On two occasions they didn't have a promotion active that was already being promoted at their location and on the last occasion the girl in charge was taking pictures of each item on the bar and between photos she left her personal phone very dirty on the cutting boards. It disgusted me and I ended up not buying.

The owner needs attention. At 2:30 pm they only had two types of bread, no salami, and didn't accept cash. The place was clean and the food tasted good.

For the second time I visited Subway but I changed to this branch thinking that the bad experience with Subway malecón and its staff was a unique case. But the staff's attention was like this: bad, like they were doing you a great favor. Subway: give them a better salary so that your people have a better service attitude or at least so that they appear to be in good shape. (In this location today, February 5, 24, a young woman who was alone and in a bad mood attended to)

La chica que nos atendió tenía muyyyy mala cara, lo que te hace sentir muy incómodo, , y pagamos y no nos dio ticket aún que lo pedimos solo nos dio el recibo del voucher como que hizo algo raro, no nos gusto

Dicen que abren a las 8 y no es cierto son 8:20 y esta cerrado

I went on Monday, May 6 (2024) at around 2:30 pm. A guy served me in a very rude manner. I asked him for a sub of the day, he asked me what bread? I replied, "Oregano-Parmesan," and he told me they didn't have that... I proceeded to ask him what they had? And he answered the ones mentioned above... LOL, I already asked him for the rest of the order anyway, since he had no service attitude. And when it came time to charge me, I asked for it as a Combo, he charged me and didn't give me my ticket. So, apart from the fact that they aren't serving well, they might even be stealing the money charged for the orders. The food is great, everything is good, except for the staff. A shame. And they don't have antibacterial gel in the establishment either.

8:30 ya no quieren atender

Solo había de dos panes, no había variedad de Sabritas, y el refresco lo tuve que sacar de la bolsa, el refrigerador estaba vacío, además al sentarme a comer me mencionan que no podía comer ahí que solo para llevar.

No cuentan con todo lo que se ofrece en el menú, los vegetales están algo pasados, es decir ya cuentan con bastante tiempo refrigerados y la higiene no es lo suficientemente buena, Si requieres más factura no responden el correo mucho menos el teléfono

No hay panes, no hay carnes, no hay refrescos, no hay amabilidad, no hay aire, para que abren?

Pesimo servicio,los vegetales no son frescos,no tenian horno para tostar el pan y me lo calentaron en el microondas por lo que el pan se sentia chicloso y para finalizar te dan tu baguet en la mano porque no tienen bolsitas de papel

El lugar esta dentro de la plaza y es pequeño , la atención de los empleados grosera , hicimos nuestro pedido y le pedimos un poquito de mayonesa y nos dio una escurrida de su dispensador y de mala gana, torciendo la boca, y el menú no es el q ponen en sus propaganda, el lugar vacío y ahora sabemos porque .... no lo recomiendo.

I went to the branch and ordered the #5 Oh My Boneless!! The ingredients listed on the banner were no longer the same. I politely pointed out that as a customer, I was looking at the banner, the ingredients, and the price listed for each item. They told me that the menu in their preparation area said something different and that the menu behind them wasn't up to date. I then told them that I wasn't going to go to their area to look at their menu and that the fair thing to do was to order according to what was shown on their banner. Their only response was that the owner charged them for everything and that they couldn't do it according to the banner we customers see, but only according to what was displayed in their area.

Terrible service from the ladies!!! The music is too loud, they are rude, they make faces at you if you take too long to choose, on the other hand the guys are very friendly, when are they going to do something about it? Those girls shouldn't be there they only affect the business!!! I don't even want to go back because you don't know if the day you go you're going to be served by them and no thank you

The service from the waitress is terrible. She gives you what she wants, doesn't let you choose the ingredients comfortably, just rushes you. On one occasion, they had the music so loud you couldn't even control it. Very different from the guys we had on another occasion, who were very friendly and helpful. The girl was terrible!

3 visits, never the same problem. With promotions, you order something from the menu and they don't have all the ingredients, and not to mention the terrible service they provide. If only they had the products, the service would be the least of it, but they don't have the tact to tell you they don't have the ingredients.

The attitude of the employee at this branch is terrible... She's rude and seems like she's doing you a favor by serving you❌ In addition, they never want to honor the promotions and they have advertisements with the promotions stuck on the windows🤷🏻‍♀️ Some days they don't have bread, other days they don't have soft drinks, what's up with that!?

Horrible experience at this branch. The girl named Lucel has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. She refused to toast my subway as I requested. She was despotic and rude, and she also refused to give me my change "because I didn't have any." I will never return to this branch and will file a complaint directly with corporate. That girl has no business being there.

"Lucel" She has terrible customer service and is downright despotic. It's impossible for her not to want to toast the subways when it's a basic part of preparing this meal. She didn't even want to give me back the change when I paid because it was a few coins and she wanted to keep it. Whoever owns this establishment, beware; they can't allow someone like that to work in public service. Added to that, they don't have fresh vegetables, much less bread, or even chips or soda? Seriously, going to this place is a joke!!!

The air conditioning doesn't work, and they have the same transportation options as everywhere else. The service is poor; it seems like they're overwhelmed with work. The place looks dirty. First and last time.

The cleanliness is horrible in this restaurant and the employees are even worse! I've eaten their 12 times and gotten sick probably about 8 of those times. It's owned by an american guy but he never checks up on his employees or the cleanliness of the store I've only eaten out of desperation because everything else has been closed I really wish somebody would contact Subway head office and explain how they're making the franchise look.

Worst Subway I've ever been to and I do not expect much from Subway but this place is trash. Nothing was fresh especially not the bread.
