Atmosphere is NA because I went through drive thru. Triple cheese burger wrap was good but wished I had a quad. Thank you for doing wraps because as a diabetic, I need to avoid a bun. The drawback is without a bun, the juice doesn't get absorbed so its messy but not their fault. Service was good but drive thru was backed up. They ask a lot of questions about add ons. Not bad, it just struck me.

I never had cheese curd until now. It's not bad but it's not a traditional cheese stick texture. I would recommend it to others.

The turtle sundays were lacking chocolate and caramel. Last several times the food has been disappointing

I usually come here just for the frozen custard. I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but the custard is delicious and has great flavor. That said, almost every time I order, it’s already half melted by the time it’s handed to me. I end up having to eat it really quickly, which isn’t the case at other custard or ice cream shops in the area. Not sure why it’s always so soft here. One other thing worth mentioning: every time I’ve been inside, there’s a strong smell of dirty mop. It’s pretty noticeable and honestly doesn’t inspire much confidence in the cleanliness of the place. Great custard, but the melting issue and the smell inside are hard to ignore.

I came in on my lunch break and placed my order (as pictured) then went outside to enjoy my meal. Shortly after enjoying my meal I went back in to refresh my drink and was prompted by the manager to pay AGAIN for a refill. I find that rather odd as I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions customers eating AND refilling/refreshing their drinks in the process at no additional cost. That being said, I’m thoroughly confused as to why I had to pay an additional $2.70 to refill my drink when I just bought a meal (pictured) using the same exact cup that the meal came with. Maybe b/c I’m black? Not really sure but I’d love to hear from customer care regarding this matter as I’ve eaten at multiple other fast food chains and this has never been the standard. Why would you double charge a customer for a drink refill? Lol

The food was so bad definitely not worth the price. I would never go back, the only thing that was good was the root beer float.

First time eating here and last time eating here. Ordered a cheese fry and water. Aside from the fries being extremely soggy, what really grossed me out was the amount of dirt in my cup. Felt sick knowing I drank from that cup!!!

If you’re craving a concrete mix with a hint of Oreo, then you’re in for a delightful disappointment. My Oreo concrete was more like a vanilla milkshake with a tragic whisper of Oreos—like a ghost of cookies past. It seems the secret ingredient is "missing Oreos" and the recipe is for "customer disappointment." If you enjoy a game of 'Where’s Waldo?' but with cookies, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your time and teeth for something that doesn’t require a magnifying glass to find the mix-ins.

I stopped by here on my way home today. I was thinking "Oh, I'll try something new", since I haven't had Freddy's before. I ordered the new French Onion Steak burger. I was not only disappointed in the service, which was slow and unenthusiastic. The old lady at the window took my card to charge it and then after standing there fiddling around holding it and the receipt, finally handed it back. Then she shuts the window and walks off, leaving my bag of food just sitting on the counter. I didn't want to assume it was mine even though I was the only car there, no I waited until someone else walked up and grabbed it and handed it to me before I realized it. I get home and the burger was just a flat mess. I decided to power through it anyways, and while it was delicious I couldn't help but notice a huge hard chunk in it. I don't know what it was, just that it didn't match the color of any of the other ingredients and it hurt my already sensitive teeth when I bit into it. Definitely regret my purchase and will not be eating here again.

Supposedly they are open until 1am on Friday/Saturday. Tonight I showed up at 10:45 and the lights were off and the doors were locked. This is an extremely common occurrence. I can count a dozen times I showed up 20-30 minutes before the supposed closing time only to find the doors locked. I doubt ownership knows how much the employees here truly do not care.
