The Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich is my new favorite sub over all the sub restaurants! Very delicious! My fiance tried the Firehouse Captain’s Club and was a little disappointed. He said it was more sweet than spicy considering all the spicy ingredients in the sandwich.

transit rd williamsville location that never disapoints, Awesome food,,hospitality and the staff is exellent, manager/owner mark is a great guy thats always concerned you are happy.My wife and i drive all the way from niagara falls to the transit rd location in williamsville. The sheridan dr location has been horrible, food and qnd service so we opt for the williamsville location👍🏻👍🏻

Conveniently located on the corner of the plaza across the shopping malls on Transit, their unique brand and logo stands out among the many stores located there. When we walked into the store, we immediately saw all the really cool firehouse signs, pictures, quotes and it really set the mood for us while eating there. Everyone greeted us, was polite and when the food came out it looked absolutely delicious. I was rushing to eat such good looking subs that I didn’t great pictures but it was definitely worth it especially for the price. They wasted no time in getting this to us. The cheese in both subs melted into the toasted bread and gave a really nice gooey texture to it. The meatball went down especially well bite after bite, making me crave for more. Even the pickle tasted really good; not too sour, not overly soaked in water. Friendly/fast service, amazing atmosphere, this is definitely a new favorite go-to spot. Amazing place!!

We’ve always had great experiences with the customer service as well as the food, but today takes the cake! So much so that I had to leave this review to rave about this place!! The gentleman who took our order was so positive and seemed so genuinely enthusiastic about being there and I’m just saying, he deserves a raise!!!
