I must admit I was being lazy and decided to wait in the drive through for a Pepsi, but only because it taste so much different from the fountain…. That point aside I wait my turn to only find out the location has run out of ice. After that, there slow service provided for the two cars in front of me left me trapped in the drive through for 15 minutes. Got to do better !!

I'm not one to complain about food much, but the drivethrough food was so tough and salty that it was barely edible. there wasn't ice for the drink either. It's not likely that we'll get food here again. It's like the third time we've been disappointed.

The timing mentioned on the maps are wrong had to wait for more 30 mins ahead schedule.they donot have any coordination. Fussing about work responsibilities

The spicy chicken sandwich was great, or, it would have been, if we got it. Order it first along with only 2 other things and failed to get it, but the sides it came with got here!

I really enjoy KFC food for the last 20 years And I have never met a rude person like this in all KFC stores and DMV area I honestly think someone need to adequate her How to respect people when they ask a simple question My order number is #4446 A simple ask how long this might take She was very rude of replying me in front of all the customers I feel I’ve been very bad and disrespectful I think someone need to talk to her to educate her. The customer service at this location is absolutely abysmal. Is someone forcing the person at the drive thru to work?! Also - I watched a worker, who I’m assuming is handling the food (note the plastic gloves), deliver meals to waiting cars and then touch the door with the same gloves. This worker went back and forth and constantly had the gloves on 🤢

I sat in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes and the way it's set up doesn't allow you to leave. So once you're in the line, you can't get out. They didn't recognize at all the fact that I had waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru line and they still weren't ready when I got to the window.

The food was hot and order was complete,the service was very bad, they were more focused on the drive thru window and food delivery people. So the wait was very very long, and a man was asking for money at the counter in front of the manager and staff and no one said a thing. I mean really!!

First of all we waited more then 15 minutes for someone to take our order even though we were first in line. Then our order took at least 20 minutes, our drinks were nasty because there was no ice. The food not any better the tenders were dry, fries were over cooked and the tacos were vegetarian tacos instead of chicken tacos. That's not all the manager was super rude to the customers and employees too. We even witnessed a Doordash driver get angry because he had been waiting for over 30 minutes. When he asked about his order she responded that she was busy. He asked her for her name and he was told to leave. He was not the only Doordash driver there either. Never going to eat there again.

The staff was completely deceiving. I came in with a issue thinking it would be sliver because I expressed I work in customer service and I know how it can be frustrating. But the staff had other plans of being nasty. I sent my two high schoolers in to place a order. Communication from the staff was completely unknowledgeable. I ended up ordering a six piece, 4 regular sizes, and four biscuits. The chicken was mixed crispy and original recipe when I order original recipe. The fries and biscuits where old. Never thought to look cause I didn't think someone to be that nasty with my food because I had to step in because it was late and people where tired so they thought they'd treat my children any kind of way and give them what they wanted. They literally gave use uncooked powder potatoes with gravy on top. I will never and I mean never go here again. Corporate really needs to get rid of the manager that was there on this night because she was the one who served me those mash potatoes in purpose and I know for a fact it was on purpose.

Ordered a simple 6 pc meal from here online...was supposed to be ready at 645 for pickup. Got there at 645... They didn't have my order even made. First of all, when the app says it's ready at 645 that doesn't mean make it at 645. I didn't receive my order until 715! 30 MIN LATER!!!There were 4 other people waiting too. I was livid so I voiced how livid I was and she threw my bag at me. Don't go here...they speak limited English and they are laughing and lost in the kitchen.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The bathroom was disgusting, not even toilet paper. I waited to try another bathroom and the drive through male with headset on 4/16 at noon walked directly out the bathroom, did not flush the toilet and proceeded to the drive through window to wash his hands. Yuck! How is this a clean place to eat!?!

This is consistently the slowest taco bell I have ever been to. Employees seem friendly but there never seems to be enough to get food out on time. You just have to really want taco bell really badly for this to be worth it.
