Okay I am going to be honest with all of yall this whataburger takes TO LONG. it’s every time I go there they have to tell me pull up to the curb because they are waiting for something 40 minutes later they are coming out with out with my food and there fries are either really SALTY or have no flavor. Plus this place is TO EXPENSIVE for two meals it’s like 30 dollars yeah no way I am paying for a meal that takes to long to get to me and barely Doesn’t have flavor but that’s my opinion.

Long wait, food cold. This location is usually very good. In their defense it was 12 noon and very busy. I've never seen so many people in the dining room and the drive thru. I will give them another chance.

Really gone downhill since the new manager, Ashley, took over. Wait times are increasing since she has ran off all the employees. Perfect example of “people don’t leave companies, they leave people.”

The worst Whataburger for service. I go there once a week to get a strawberry shake for my mom. Attitude from them i will no longer take.

I give ZERO STARS for everything the atmosphere the service and the food. When I made my order the little girl THAT TOOK MY ORDER, LAUGHED WHEN I ASKED FOR CHICKEN BITES SHE ASKED IF I WANTED THEM DRY!!!! Who orders wet chicken bites?? Is that a thing now they serve wet chicken??? When they gave me the food the kid that brought the food to me, thought it was funny as well kept laughing!!, I got home and realized they DIDNT EVEN PUT THE GRAVY IN MY BAG!!!! I paid $15 for 3 LITTLE CHICKEN BITES MEDIUM FRIES!!!! SERIOUSLY WHERE IS THE BEEAD AS WELL??? I called to speak to the manager, either Logan or Michael cause he said his name was LOGAN @ first and when I told him what happened he said his name was Michael. He laughed as well and was very disrespectful that!!!! Wanted me to come all the way back to whataburger to get WHAT THEY FORGOT IN THE 1se PLACE!!!! HE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE FOR HIS EMPLOYEES HOW THEY ACTED AND FOR WHAT THEY FORGOT TO PUT IN MY BAG DIDN’T EVEN TRY TO OFFER ANYTHING TO MAKE IT CORRECT LIKE ANY OTHER RESTAURANT WOULD TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY!!!! That Whataburger needs to Retrain everybody or fire the employees AND HIRIE NEW employees that have respect and know how to handle the customers and get the order, correct.

I waited 17 mins for 1 patty melt meal, 1 chicken strip meal and 1 hamburger kids meal. For my troubles the young man said he gave me a cookie. Honestly if he didn’t then non of the orders would have been right. Waiting 25 minutes from order taking to food with no one in line and messed up orders. Skip this one, it’s not worth it.

Employees avoid the front counter. Give wrong orders. Are slow enough that customers just walk out to find better service.

I just went here 5 min ago. I asked for ranch they charged me .43 cent for ranch. Did not put in bag. Make sure you check for sauce or just ask for it at the window they don't care.

Ordered a cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup and it was more of a ketchup burger! Soggy! Picked it up at the drive thru otherwise we would have taken it back. Also, waited 5 extra minutes to get 2 drinks. Very disappointed! Apparently the owner is very out of touch and does not care to respond to reviews.

I think I’m going to be SICK this gotta be a joke. I was eating in the dark watching my show i was half way through this burger and thought it tasted weird when I got to the middle and when I turned my light on I see raw meat lol how does this even get wrapped up and put in a bag while the gm of the store is there? Lol
