Drive thru order. They were not busy. 2 pc special was great! For the 8 pc boneless wings they gave me a CUT UP chicken sandwich patty??? In 16 little squares? All of th e crust/breading fell off. I returned it and they tried to convince me I was "getting more food." 🙄 When refunded she gave me the $4.99, and closed the drawer. I guess tax is not included in refunds. I have not been to a Church's in decades. Will not go back. Ever. Period.

Ive had chicken twice from this location in 1 month. The food had been fresh, once through the drive thru and once delivered through door dash. Both times something on family orders have been forgotten. Mashed potatoes last order and biscuits this order (pic). 2 corn on the cobbs in biscuit bag. Mac and cheese container looked like Mike tyson hit it. Don't leave this place without checking your order and I wouldnt use delivery unless you want to be angry.

If I'm spending a decent amount on chicken I don't feel like I should have to defeather too. Almost our entire box of chicken had feather shafts in it.

Since when do spicy tenders come in a puddle of spicy oil???? I ordered three tenders in the drive thru on 2/17. The tenders were fresh but they were not spicy, and they were dumped into a box with a pool of oil. It was literally seeping through the box.

The young man in the drive threw just gave us whatever to drink and definitely didn't get our order right . Seem to me he knew what he was doing and it was done on purpose.

How you gonna be a chicken place and be out of chicken sandwiches? How you gonna be a chicken place and your breading has no flavor? How you gonna make me wait 10 minutes for you to give me a soggy tasteless tender? Now I remember why I don't come here. The lady at the drive thru window was nice and the mashed potatoes were pretty good. That's the only reason I gave them an extra star. You can get better chicken literally ANYWHERE.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. As a manager myself I’m appalled by the staff’s behavior and immaturity. We waited 30 mins for our order as well as other customers. The staff was horse playing and very unprofessional. Management needs a change at this location.

staff handled situation very poorly. I ordered a family tenders meal. and they didn’t provide the side of gravy and ranch we had asked for. not a big deal. however, the employee i approached who gave me my order, kept rejecting my claims and insisting she knew what was in the bag

Went for a chicken sandwich and they couldn't serve me because they were breaking down equipment. It was only 9pm. They shouldn't be doing that until closing. I won't be going back. I'll go someplace else. I work late and just wanted a sandwich

i placed an order for delivery today 9/25/25 and was completely disappointed. the chicken they gave me looked like It was sitting there all day. i placed my order at 6:30pm food was delivered at 7pm . I called and spoke with a manager and explained the situation. He said he would have another order delivered he failed on making this right . I waited an 1hr 1/2 and nothing was ever delivered. I spent close to $40 for old Chicken this is totally unacceptable.

The lady that attended me was ok I repeatedly told her two combos of the 2 piece mix and she gave me only one I went and told her right she had attitude and well let me tell you the guy sings great but it was just her and then she was talking about me with other customers like if I didn’t understand her and giving me attitude her name is Chakameia K

We ordered 2, 3 pc meals through a delivery service company when they arrived churches had only sent 1 order. The chicken was luke warm and the bombers tasted like they came out of the refrigerator.

Please be careful when coming to this location! I tried giving this place plenty of chances and its always some issue. This last visit was the last straw! I ordered some boneless wings and they were raw. When I say raw I mean really Raw. The upsetting thing is that I ate a full wing before realizing it.🤢 At this point I'm disgusted and won't ever be back!
