As usual, the food was okay. Not great, not horrible, just okay. And as usual the employees acted like they didn't want to be there and looked like they barely had a clue as to what they were doing. Employees were nice and polite, but not very professional.

They’re a bit judgmental but all in all they serve sandwiches I guess. Make sure to double check your order here. Every time I’ve ordered double meat I’ve had to take it back and tell them to give me what I ordered.

Could have been more efficient with employees helping do more then just one thing. This location was pretty busy when I showed up. But they kept on going, and another employee came in after being called to help. Well done.

It was dead for a sunday night soo idk why service was so terrible. I order a sandwhich of the day and a tuna sandwhich. (2x6inch) I said u can just get a foot long and cut it in half for the bread. I ended up with a ft lng and a 6inch. I alsk asked for a salad with grilled chicken and a few veggies and he looked confuswd like dont u want lettuce..idk he didnt know that a salad involved putting lettuce. The bread was old and obviously been sitting all day. A waste of 40...very dissapointed considering that was my 1st impression for 1st night in the town i just moved into...def wont be back

They were very slow, was to busy talking to each other to take my order. They had a large call in order while I was waiting. They told me to wait while they made the 15+ sandwiches. I was just getting 1 sandwich. As I was starting to walk out. They took the persons order behind me. I guess it was there friend, I have no idea.

Awful subs. Hard bread barely anything on my sub. Did a mobile order. So disappointing. Do better. No wonder yo are doing bogo specials, can't sell it without!

I congratulate Subway for hiring convicts and challenged people, but you need to make sure that they can take an order and make it.I ordered and paid for a Monster Sandwich tonight and my sandwich was smaller than my partner's BMT. I didn't get onions, tomatoes, jalapenos olives as asked. Every time I go there, they are out of all the breads except white. At 6PM there is no excuse for that. It is sad that nobody responds to the reviews or cares about the product being given to the customers. Had another Bad experience last night. Well, tried to give them another chance, but they failed again. Bread not toasted, ingredients missing. It is worth the extra drive to go to Wichita Falls and get the product you order.

I ordered delivery online and it took an hour to get here and they forgot one of my cookies and my drink. They also gave me the wrong type of chips and messed up my sandwich. I called them about it and told them that I had no way to drive there to get it and they just apologized and said one second then I sat there for like 40 seconds then it hung up.

Employee was nice. Place was clean. Well stocked on chips and drinks.... the way she cut my bread and put litterally all her weight on it tho. It's almost as bad as someone holding the pizza box sideways. I mean, it can be done but why ruin a good thing ?

I just drove to Subway by my house because I wanted a salad. They no longer do the chopped salad. So changed my order a simple turkey sandwich. I get home ready to eat & realize I just wasted $8.00. The bread was so hard I couldn't bite into it. The tomatoes were like 2 days old and the lettuce was not green, it was all the core. The sour stuff. So no more Subway for me. I get to go hungry tonight.
