Walked inside the store and was greeted with nobody at either counter. You could see the workers standing behind the counter and in the kitchen on their phones, not paying attention to any customers. We waited about 5-7 minutes talking back-and-forth with ourselves and still no one approached to take our order. No wonder this location has a three star rating. Terrible service. doesn’t even deserve a three star rating.

1 ☆ doesn’t even cut it, all the counters were empty and all workers were on their phones and never even looked up to acknowledge we were there. We waited 5-7 minutes with not even a glance in our direction. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Took 40 minutes and they forgot 2 items. We were in the store. The lady looked clueless. We kept having to remind her of our order and they still gave us the wrong stuff when we unwrapped it at home.

A donut shop… that doesn’t sell donuts anymore…. Only had pumpkin, glazed or non glazed. Where are the chocolate donuts…. Or any type of frosted….

Skip this dunkin completely. Ordered coffee and some breakfast at 11am; took over 20 minutes and then they kept getting our order wrong. Finally they brought our food and completely forgot our drinks so we had to wait longer. Tragic.

Terrible experience here. Employees were rude and slow. Could hear the one working the drive through yelling at people over the intercom. They ran out of donuts and gave us the wrong size drinks despite the stickers saying they are mediums, they gave us smalls.

No signs of an employee from lobby. I looked into back of store to see middle age woman working on making breakfast sandwiches. She was not wearing gloves, was placing bacon onto open sandwiches and seemed confused. She placed something into oven and fiddled with bags. Then took eggs out of oven and THEN she pulled out trash can and removed a piece of bacon from trash, still not wearing gloves and put bacon onto open sandwich on top of eggs. She still has not acknowledged me even though I know she saw me. I left after being ignored for 10 mins. I called store a little later and asked to speak to manager and was told a manager would call me next day (Friday). No call back was made. I think I’ll try health department next! Disgusting!

I’m not sure what kind of children you’ll have working at this store that cannot read a simple order and throw in a frosted dounut upside down. They could’ve called and said they have nothing like that on my order or they could’ve simply added something similar but those children working in that store just threw in a random donuts and decided to throw a pink frosted dounut upside down. This is not the first time this has happened. Clearly management does not care because they seem to hire clowns!!! I wish I could post pictures of my order and show yall how they placed a frosted donut upside down!!!

I enjoy getting ice coffee from different Dunkin’s every now and then but this location always gives me pure milk or creamer when I ask for an ice coffee 😆 The girl at the window was super rude and seemed like she didn’t care to help me. She gave me my iced coffee and it looked like there was way too much milk so I asked if she could please give me one with less milk/creamer and she hands me this. I ended up just leaving. I didn’t feel like going back-and-forth.

The WORST Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I literally had to wave down someone at the drive thru window for them to see me, because of course everyone was just standing around. I Waited 7 minutes for one cold brew that wasnt even made correctly. The bagel I ordered was horrible. When I let the girl know she made my coffee was wrong she had the manager give me my corrected one which was just as poorly made because it was the same one. There wasn’t even ice in the cup. I guess she thought I was going to yell at her so I’m assuming that’s why the manager handed it to me. I would honestly have asked for a refund but from the looks and attitude of everyone there I wouldn’t have gotten far. I understand kids work here but the manager is a grown woman. She should take pride in her employees and her store. What a shame. $8 down the drain.

Worst place to come! I love Dunkin’ Donuts Iv worked myself for almost 7 years! I enjoyed working there and making coffee and food for my customers, so I know how the food and drinks should be and taste like . This place just doesn’t care and it’s sad people are still going here! Iv ordered three times from this store and almost every time my drink is not what I wanted or taste like it! Also any sandwich or food I order here is either burned or not cooked at all. I know it’s not for them but people actually pay for this . It’s not like we’re getting it for free! And it doesn’t seem like the owner or management team really cares about losing customers. Don’t even know why there open. Rude staff, shitty customer service! And awful food and drink !check your food before leaving I asked for egg and cheese and they added bacon and I’m allergic to bacon

Truly the worst place in town to get coffee these days. Used to be my go to til it became an every time thing to have to wait over 15 mins just to get one coffee. Not to mention the girl at the drive thru answered the window with a “yeah” instead of a greet lol. Just saying don’t waste your time. 151 coffee is definitely worth the little more of a drive.

Walked into the location was not greeted. That girl that took our order seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was rude when I reminded her about my drink. She and 2 other girls just stood around before hand. I never had any issues with this location until today. My food and drink were both very poorly made. I won't be back.

Make sure to check your to-go order before you leave. I had ordered a strawberry and chocolate sprinkle donut and my donuts didn’t have any sprinkles on them. Very disappointing. I’m not sure if they ran out, but I wasn’t told anything. Not sure who thought it was okay to give these to a paying customer.
