Nice new spot near Santa Carmela! Strong coffee and good breakfast selection. French toast and waffles served all day! Also have some decent gluten free, vegan baked goods. Free wifi and plenty of seating available - very clean and comfortable!

Fruit bowls, coffees, teas, fruit juices- breakfast burritos are amazing. Im vegetarian so this place was perfect. My husband is not so they had great options. Beautiful ambiance. Art out front. Must visit.
