I like this place; everything is delicious. The service is a little slow, but the food is delicious. My favorite thing is the pozole, but it's almost never ready when I go. It always takes a little longer, and I'm left wanting more. I wish they could cook it sooner. This time, I ordered sopes because the pozole was still in the making. The lemonade was delicious.

Cenaduría Selene has been serving traditional Mexican food in Caborca for many years. I've only been a few times, to be honest. This time, there were several of us, and I ordered "enchiladas suizas," which turned out to be red enchiladas. (Swiss enchiladas are served in a green salsa cream sauce.) While some dishes were served quickly, others, like the pozole, were a bit slow. They only have one person taking orders and serving the food. At the time, they only accepted cash. The credit card terminal wasn't working. And they don't accept bank transfers, so be sure to bring plenty of cash. They have a large menu; I've attached pictures.

The food was decent, nothing out of the ordinary, but good. Where I think they fall short is in the portion sizes and the service. Once we were served, we never saw the waitress again, so anything we wanted we literally had to shout or one of us had to go all the way to the kitchen entrance and wait for them to give us what we needed. Anyway, I hope these comments are helpful...

The other day I went to eat there and I ordered a beef Milanese and an hour passed and it never arrived until I asked the waitress why it hadn't arrived and she told me that they went to buy the meat.
