Not only this KFC in Calexico., but in all the ones I have visited . Keep it up KfC dont change anything ! 💐💐💐

I fell asleep Wich is why I was not complaining . the girl was nice she knew it took longer than normal. Wich is why she threw in some cookies. So actually I picked up dinner took a nap and got free treats for everyone.Not a bad day at KFC. Good thing I was tired.

They ask you what kind of chicken do you want only to tell you that they don't have grilled chicken available. Which doesn't make sense they should just say it'll be a wait.

Order kiosk did not work. Had a hard time placing order.

The center of the dining area had dirty tables and a spilled liquid on the floor that remained there the whole time I was there. The employees are usually a good crew are always in top form, but they messed up today.

Service needs some attention.. they get the order right 4 out of 5 times. NO corn on the cob or jalapeño poppers ..

No more pot pies? They also cheated me. meal. 1 less pc of chicken. No wonder there's never a line. Wait time with no line is too long!

Pulled in to grab a really quick bite to eat .... of course they would mess up order :( slow mr KFC you had to many energy drinks!!

They always run out and rarely have the Extra Crispy or Grilled chicken. They close early. They are unwilling to prepare any more chicken 2 hours before closing. They have to sell off what is on hand.

Food was okay but the place was infested with little black beetle's and they were not doing anything about it and when I say anything I mean ANYTHING also there was no air conditioning and my kids were very disappointed.

Ordered Nashville chicken and got served Buffalo sauce chicken. I also had missing items and called and told them. They said it I was served Buffalo chicken because they were out of Nashville and I told him that I hadn’t ordered that. Totally unprofessional service.

Very rude employees; I went in there and spent 47 dollars for a bucket meal of chicken. While I was ordering, my wife asked a male employee if she can use the restroom. The man said yes so, my wife walks towards the the restroom when a female employee from behind the counter yells at my wife and tells her "hey, you can't use the restrooms here, they're closed". We were like what the @^%^^!@#. I've never seen such a display of unprofessional behavior. I will never come back to this sorry excuse for a Kentucky restaurant. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I'm from out of town. On my way to moms, stopped at this place and ordered the 6 PC chx strips combo. When I got to moms,, the chicken strips were so dry. They were even had to bite into. The fries were also dry and hard. I tried calling them and no one answered. That is what I hot for $9.99!!!! I think these sat in the heat lamps all day. Smh.. always in Calexico.

Ordered buffalo wings and 4 biscuits, HORRIBLE waste of money..... Bread was ROCK HARD chicken looked and felt like it had been sitting there all day. Had a weird texture and was hard as well. Just moved here, NEVER AGAIN . HORRIBLE, cant believe they pay people and people pay to be served that JUNK. Lesson learned.

Went through the drive thru in Calexico KFC today and ordered specifically corn and mashed potatoes on the chicken tenders combo and the lady repeated the order correctly, unfortunately she gave me corn and mac and cheese instead of the mashed potatoes. Not only did she ask what condiments we wanted, but she didn’t even put anything we asked for. Like why even ask if my answer was gonna be ignored anyways

I'm from out of town. On my way to moms, stopped at this place and ordered the 6 PC chx strips combo. When I got to moms,, the chicken strips were so dry. They were even had to bite into.
