I showed up after 10pm for a last-minute delivery, so the dine in area was already closed. Luckily, one of the workers inside rushed out and told me to go through the drive-thru to pick it up. Nice guys

I don't know why people complain... Oh the chicken is too spicy, it's too hot, they were rude to me. If your having a bad day does not mean that the food is bad or that the service sucks. I drive 60 miles just to eat at this restaurant. If there's something wrong with your food don't be rude just say something they will make it right.

The food is always good at this location. The staff is really friendly. It's much better than the one in Calexico.

Quick food. Always great on the go. The best things on the menu are the veggie spring rolls and the orange chicken. And they have thee bubbliest sodas.

Love it, friendly customer service, the only reason I rate a 4 star is because they don't give enough food as before when you order to go, chicken and meet they add very little

Panda Express is consistent. This location is modern and clean. You can order vegetarian if you dont want meat.

I don't frequent this restaurant chain too much for one specific reason: I always feel like I'm being hurried. It doesn't matter if it's drive-thru or walk-in, the feeling is the same. This location is always neat and tidy and they always have the special that they are serving for the week. This is not a critique of the Calexico location, but the chain as a whole. If it weren't for the hurried manner in which they serve your meal, I would come back more often.

The food was good except that they made me wait for 14mins for some chicken egg rolls that weren't ready when they said it was only gonna take 7mins.

Looks are deceiving, as you approach the restaurant you can see that the outside of the building is not very attractive. But once you go inside, the place is very clean and pleasing. The food was great and satisfying!!

The food here is really good the service on the other hand could be much better when we went there on a lunch break mind you were teachers from elementary school lunch break only consisting of 45 minutes we ordered our food and we're waiting literally 30 minutes for our order and when we commented about the length of time the manager actually got an attitude and was very disrespectful and this is the Panda Express located by Walmart in Calexico so my advice is to travel 12 miles further to El Centro and go to the Panda Express there maybe you'll receive better service

Most of the options they have were not ready and had to pick from what they had ready because I didn't want to wait. First time this happens in all the facilities I've been to!

The response" I'll give extra this time but generally it's one cookie per order." sounds incredibly infantile and stupid. Surely, Panda Express can do better than that! If it's not policy and Annette was simply ad libbing, she needs re-training and FAST!!!

Waited for 20 mins. For an order that was never even actually started until I went inside and asked for it. Other customers kept on getting their food but not me. "Sorry.... it won't happen again" meanwhile I'm starving, with groceries and dairy products going bad in my car's trunk. Sooo upset.

Asked for pepper chicken got a small serving but the did make it fresh since I was ordering 10 minutes to closeing. Had 1 piece of chicken. Orange chicken had overcooked dark meat and was cold. The chow me in was fine. Worst panda experience.

Always tastes fresh whenever I visit but sometimes it can get really packed and their service is trash like BAD they’re impatient and they’re RUDE by far the rudest women in the valley work at this Panda Express. Absolutely ruins the experience. As a dasher I’ve been very patient with these people I don’t understand why they feel like they can treat people like that especially when I’m going back as a customer.

Instead of being cheap,and using the same boring broccoli, carrots, and cabbage, that know one wants,Make something good like onions,mushrooms,bell peppers!! You have all the ingredients!,and you use all these wonderful vegetables for your meat dishes!!! It’s not like you don’t have it! Your Menu is just cheap and boring! We got so excited when you were promoting The Plant-based Orange ChickUn in,California and Nevada and we came in often! The side veggies still sucked! But we came back. Now the only Plant-based option you have are the cheap veggies. We won’t come back until you rewrite your menu to be more veggie friendly. Until then, it’s a definite hard pass for us. Such a shame. you’re not tapping in to the vegan market that is growing,but that’s OK. A lot of food outlets are and we will go there.

Bad service from “Manager” She’s really rude over no reason at all. food is surprisingly bad. Tastes like it’s been sitting there for too long. How is this so highly rated. ? Avoid.

It’s always a new thing with this panda express location!!! I went right now and they told me the drive-through is close I ask for what reason and they didn’t had an excuse!! The other day they said they didn’t had system on the computer drive through !!!

Really terrible service. I’ve been here many times because I like this food but the workers and their mistakes happen way too much. Today I went through the drive through and ordered a bigger plate and the lady triple checked my food so I trusted her only to drive away and notice later that she forgot my side box. Came back and the service is awful not the mention their “PORTION” is horrible you’re pay so much food for such a small portion and the response you will most likely receive is that. “That’s how big the portion comes”. You know how much your paying for this food when you can get more and better elsewhere so next time decide we’ll. Horrible service and “portions” would not recommend any longer.

yesterday i went with my grandmother around 3 pm ,and the girl who was taking the order was so rude, she was rushing us and there was no other people on the line, the girl was making faces, rolling her eyes and talking rude to my grandmother cause she couldn’t hear so well, even though my grandmother can’t hear well, she doesn’t deserved to be treated like that, i even apologized to the girl who took my order but now i realize that the problem was her and not my grandma, i feel sick of being treated like that.

Used the drive thru service. I order orange chicken with fried rice bowl. Pros: Fast service, decent price. Cons: The bowl filled to the top with dry fried rice and only 6 small pieces of chicken also dry. I ate it because I was hungry and I couldn't do anything about it since I saw the food when I got home. I will never eat there again.

Before the pandemic as a team of truck drivers we used to stop by for a great meal and service. Since they closed the dinning area, the phone listed outside the restaurant is never answered to take orders for pick up. The female employee in charge of the orders is very rude, unprofessional with no customer service towards the patrons who made it possible for her to have a job. Not one but twice we had to put up with her abrassive attitude and mannerism after patiently waiting outside the premises waiting for her to come out. She will direct you to the drive thru area screaming from the inside of the premises behind a lock door. Dispite the fact we order online an there is no clearance for a tractor and trailer to go thru. I hope management looks up this issue. We won't be coming back, I hope you can appreciate the essential workers that depend on restaurants for a hot meal while being on the road.

I gave them 4 trys thinking maybe it was me and no its the place. Never gets it right and to top it off i just open my plate and rice looks like oats and no vegiies had to eat around it kid in africa are starving we are blessed but this is stealing.please dont support this place..panda is better then this .will make a complaint to the branch ..sloppy horrible expensive garbage food

One star review for this location. On 7/5/25 at 8 PM, I purchased a meal just to throw it away after a few bites. I bought a plate with two entries. The orange chicken was hard and the chicken dry and hard. The chow mein was hard and overcooked. I’ve never had this bad of a meal at any Panda Express location.

If I couldn't give them even one star, I would. The girl who charged us, named Denaly H., was very rude. From the first moment, her bad attitude was noticeable. She charged me for my plate along with someone else's, and I told her I only had one. The young man who served us came over and told her I only had one. After giving me the check, she wouldn't give me my plate. She told me she'd already given it to me and was going to charge me for it. Then she asked, "Is this to go?" And again, she tried to charge me. My husband said to her, "What's wrong with you, girl? Wake up!" I wanted to complain right then and there, but they ignored me.
