The place is clean for the most part, and the service at the counter is good. The wait time is short. The place is nice compared to other branches. It has screens and occasionally broadcasts popular events. When they play music, the volume is moderate. The parking lot is very small, so you can leave your car on the street next to the establishment. However, there are times when you have to keep ordering things they're supposed to check on to make sure they refill if they run out, like the sauces they put on each table. The bathroom doesn't work.

We went to eat pizza and I ordered the croissant and it was completely ruined. My daughter wanted to go into the bathroom and oh my god, it was filthy, ridiculously dirty everywhere!

The pizza chain Domino's is known for its excellent customer service, the excellent taste and quality of its ingredients, as well as the flavor of its final products. Unfortunately, here in particular, in my opinion, there is room for improvement in: - Ingredients - The flavor is not the best, nor the freshest. - Customer service has room for improvement by comparing and understanding the franchise's baseline standards. - The cleanliness of the branch, being a food service location, should be impeccable. At the moment, I'm going to another one that's further away but has a better flavor, even though it's the same franchise. Please improve and raise the quality of your food to the brand's standards. Somewhat cheap pizza with mediocre ingredients that is found almost everywhere around the city.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, realicé mi pedido por app, estuve esperando más de 1hr y tuve que pedir la cancelación de mi pedido, porque me comunicaba con ellos y me traían con sus "de 10 a 15 minutos, ya esta por llegar, ya salga". Los que responde solo juegan con el tiempo del cliente.

Vivo muy cerca de la sucursal y aún así los pedidos tardan en llegar más de hr y media. La aplicación indica que ya lo entregaron con mucha anticipación, pero es mentira. Llega todo frío y el repartidor te dice que si se lo regresas se lo cobran a él.

Son súper groseros en la sucursal de arboledas, haces la llamada y descuelga el teléfono para ser exactos y reportar al personal fue a las 2:25 pm, de día 14 de febrero, dos veces que marqué y las mismas dos que me descolgaron el teléfono y no contestaron solo dijo te atiende Gus y soltó el teléfono sin atender mi llamada

Siempre atienden de mala gana en la sucursal, con caras, aunque les pagues con un billete de 100 nunca tienen cambio y te hacen más caras, son así todos los que están en caja, sin excepción. 👎🏻

The customer service was terrible. The cashier refused to ring me up when I paid with a 1,000-peso bill for a 300-peso pizza, claiming they didn't accept bills of that denomination. I asked them to show me where or who said so. "Arguments"? So, you know the drill: bring small change.

Terrible service, I ordered it through the Uber Eats app and I was left waiting for over an hour. When I called, they told me they didn't come to my address because it was "far away." I told them the charge had already been made and that if it was close, otherwise the app wouldn't let me order. They were rude. The delivery guy said, "Let's see if I could do them a favor and come." They need to log out of the app if they're just going to be fulfilling orders they want to deliver on a whim.

I'd always seen bad reviews of this place, but I'd never had any problems. Today I ordered a pizza for delivery through the app, and after waiting two hours, the pizza never arrived. I called the branch to check the status of my order and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I finally hung up and called again, pretending to order a pizza. When I explained the problem with the order, they automatically put me on hold where no one ever answered. The payment is showing as "pending," which would be outrageous if they charged me.

They need to change the staff at this branch; they really do things very badly. The customer service is terrible, orders are incomplete, and the person who answers the phone is rude (to the person answering the phone, if you don't like your job, change it). It's a terrible experience, and you have to wait more than an hour for your order to even be taken into account.

Terrible, terrible service, especially at the Arboledas branch. I obviously ordered a pizza at 3 p.m. It's 7 p.m. and it still hasn't arrived. And when you call, they either cut you off or simply don't answer the phone. On top of that, when they do answer, they're rude. They don't even offer a solution. They didn't explain what customer service is. Truly, terrible service from this Domino's.

I placed an order through the app and they brought me something different, at a lower price than what I ordered. I tried to contact the branch, but after an hour of waiting on the line, they never picked up the phone. They answer the phone and let you listen to all the chaos going on in the store without ever speaking. Several times it's happened to me that they take hours and the pizza arrives cold, but this time it was the last straw.

Very disappointed with the quality of the pizza. I haven't had any problems on other occasions. This time, the two pizzas I ordered were burnt, poorly cut, with edges more than an inch thick, and weren't round at all; they were more like squid. I hope all these problems are fixed. The restaurant is clean, has a small parking lot, and the staff is friendly.
