First time here and I have to say this place was quite an experience. My wife and I ordered the San Luis Sunrise and the Fiscalini Fruit. Both were tasty and if you have never had a corn waffle it has a slight sweetness and crunch of a typical waffle with an overwhelming taste of a warm corn tortilla. Very unique but still very good.

Really great little spot. They're completely gluten friendly, so it's great if you have celiac disease. The food is fresh and made right when you order. They put everything on waffles made from blue corn. The smoothies are awesome and I love their peach iced tea.

I love this place I love the atmosphere the vibe the food the people there it was just very beachy hippie vibe I loved it there I recommend it to anybody that is a beach bum at heart because this is the place to be the food was good I had the blue corn waffles with the bananas and strawberries and fresh whipped cream and this amazing maple syrup it was an experience that I would recommend to anybody and they weren't terribly pricey

This is the best place to eat out we found! While on or 10 day coastal pch1 drive in the enterprise rental Tesla, It was hard to find restaurants that care about clean chemical free organic food. Even Whole foods prepared food bars have gotten very questionable ingredients now days. It's all about clean ingredients and these lady's clearly care. Wish there was more people doing food this way! We will always return to eat here.

I appreciate a place that has a simple menu done right. Healthy and nutritious options. Great coffee. Chill vibes. We took it to go and ate it by the ocean, highly recommended

Best gluten free waffles I have had! They have a great selection of sweet and savory waffles! Fresh strawberries and bananas on my fiscalini waffle was just the perfect touch. Beware, the sauce on the San Louis sunrise is like a chipotle mayo and there is a lot of it, so if you like that then awesome but if you're not a fan ask for no sauce.

So good!! Four person fam with two toddlers shared three waffles and we had a whole waffle left over! I personally also had a protein shake, and the flavors were super unique, consistency very thick like I like my shakes. Blue waffles are great if you’re gluten free. Setting and location is top notch on a happy and sunny Cambria morning. Crowed seems to be younger couples and families.

Interesting waffle mix but it absolutely works! I didn't feel too full after eating too, which I feel normally sweet waffles make me stuffed.

Husband has bad allergies and they were super friendly and helpful when it came to making him some personalized breakfast! Smoothies are amazing xoxo 100% recommend! Said they were working on a vegan menu, definitely excited for that!

Gluten free eaters rejoice! We both opted for savory blue corn waffles and were not disappointed. We lucked out getting some of the last waffles before they sold out (~1 pm). Coffee was superb and loved the small outdoor area!

A lovely location, especially when the sun is out! A cozy venue with patio tables and benches, most well-known for their superfood smoothies and blue-corn waffles. We ordered the San Luis Sunrise (free range fried eggs, bacon ends, avocado, hidden kitchen sauce) and Avila Avo (avocado, free range fried egg, “everything bagel” seasoning and tajin chili salt, hidden kitchen sauce). First of all, the blue-corn waffles are amazing — subtle, yet aromatic, blue-corn flavour mixed with the usual light sweetness of waffle batter. Top them off with eggs, bacon, avocado, and their delicious hidden kitchen sauce was delicious. Definitely recommend a trip to Hidden Kitchen (located in Cambria and Cayucos) when you are in the area!

I am a fairly picky eater and want my waffles flour, but after my wife ordered the weirdo waffle, I was hooked. Waffle, peanut butter and bacon. Bacon. Everything is great with bacon. They have several styles to choose from if that isn’t your thing. The smoothies are thick and delicious. Multiple flavors to choose from. Eat here for the challenge of finding it (and a parking space) and enjoy.

We went in mid morning and had to wait for a good 30 mins for our order since it is a popular spot for brunch, but at the end it was well worth the wait!

Cambria is such a charming little town so we were looking for an equally charming coffee shop and stopped into Hidden Kitchen. Turns out, it’s not that hidden and actually easy to locate and I just discovered that if you cannot find the spot in Cambria, they have another place in Cayucos. Eating here feels like you are part of the local scene and I love how each dish is made with a health first concept though they certainly don’t miss out on excellent taste. My friend got the Weirdo Waffle which was mostly sweet with a little savory (waffle, banana, PB, syrup and bacon). Very good and peanuty. The staff were friendly even though we got there a bit before closing. Nice that everything is organic and gluten free. Their hours are limited though so go when you've got the chance if you want something you won't find elsewhere.

Adorable little place. Staff is super nice and attentive. Give them time, it's a small place but well worth it. The weirdo waffle is awesome. The smoothies are tasty. Tucked away from the crowds and worth the walk. Surrounded by great shops that you can browse while you wait. Super find!

UPDATE - We stopped by here again on 11/25/23 and I wanted to drop some pics. My only critique now is that it is pricey - $80 for the four of us having a waffle each and one smoothie. Pics are of the Fiscalini, Morro Melt, Classic and my Weirdos (Banana, Peanut Butter, Bacon, Maple Syrup). Amazing food. We added a coupe of t Shirts for the kids rounding our quick visit to $140 My wife was super impressed with this place - she's Gluten, Dairy and Soy free and she had so many choices! I had the Weirdo Waffle and being open to all foods, this was damn good! Great tasting, crispy waffle, topped with fried banana, peanut butter and bacon. WOW! Super hidden gem here in Cambria!

place looks crisp and elegant.. wait time was 20-30 mins.. its is pricey.. them promoting organic food, not using reusable plates does not seems good.. if you orders once course and smoothie it would be $30+... no restroom on premise.. there is one public one close to it..
