Subway

Placed an order online for delivery, but it had issues getting through to the store. When 45 mins had gone by with no food being delivered and not hearing from the store or any third party delivery service, i drove over there myself. The two girls working, Athena and Laya, were very sweet and helped us figure out what had happened with our order; they even went as far as to call the owner to make sure we were going to be refunded for the online order. Athena made our order for us then and there and got us on our way. Good food and GREAT customer service.

I go here overnights and it's normally the manager person working or it's 1 of 2 people I normally see there and I can honestly say they all are really cool and I like how all of them serve and they all have a tendency to get done quickly and it doesn't get to busy most times.

To the person who made my order at around 11 pm august 17th 2025. I am in love with you. Toasted to perfection, loaded with veggies and NOTHING is skimped on. Wishing you to get your full deposit back on your apartment, your pillow being forever cool, room never getting stuffy and your car never stalling 🙏 It was so good I came from doordash.

Definitely not the greatest location, and the pandemic doesn't do it any favors as far as aesthetics or ambiance. But the dude that was working, with longer hair and a blue dyed chunk, was super nice, prompt service, and made a great sandwich. Will for sure go back again. Thanks!

Don't go here on new years it's like a war zone in the surrounding area. The employees are great but if your claustrophobic it will be rough.I changed the the stars because other then my 1st experience on New years, it's still a great place.

Subway really needs to staff this location with more than one person at a time, at least during the day/evening. I don't think I was there any later than like 7pm and there was only one employee. Poor dude was getting yelled at by people when he couldn't serve them cuz he was on his lunch break.

The food and service was great. The problem is that there were so many that's in the place that it was hard to eat there. Don't even try to get a drink without a lid or you'll have a bad time.

Some of the employees are awesome and make this place a neighborhood must have while 1 or 2 of them really have a very negative rude attitude. I don't know if it's store policy or just this one particular sandwich artist but to use the restroom you have to spend more x dollars. Really bothered me. I didn't just roll in off the street demanding the bathroom. I bought a few dollars of cookies then asked politely to use the restroom really quick, the response was rude and was informed only customers who buy sandwiches can use the restroom. i guess 5 dollars worth of cookies wasn't restroom worthy. I doubt I'll be back

Cool it’s 24hrs, not cool is that it’s risky going in literally any time of day. Bathroom was worst I’ve ever seen, truly appalling. It was something you would see in an over exaggerating movie, blood sprayed on the wall, several used needles and caps, over flowing trash, no paper towels or toilet paper, sink was blackened with grime and more dried blood, horrific graffiti on walls. Bottom line- shady at best, best to avoid if at all possible

i went sunday night . the guy who was working there fully drunk . even he didn’t wash there hand . i was standing outside when we went there and he was smoking just outside the subway . and workers was inside to aatend customers.we have to wait untill he finished his cigarette

This was a horrendous experience. It took us almost 20 minutes to get our order even started. He had to do everything but take care of us. Also the restaurant was very dirty in general and the person taking our order messed up our. My friend ordered a 6 inch but the guy made a footlong and then charged her for it. Completely unforgivable. Do not go to this location.

So I made my order around 12:20-12:30am on a Monday, went to the place to pick up to see the only worker there taking a smoke break outside didn't even flinch when I came in. After walking in the store to see no one was watching the inside and the store appears empty/ vacant so I went outside to where the dude I usually see working there informed him I didn't want to order and only had a pick up that was ready to go. Mind you I'm a security for downtown and I don't get meal breaks in my shift as I am the only one on shift. So me going 5-10 mins out of my way to the closet place that's open around this time I'm already putting myself in a horrible situation and I'm not in the mood to be treated like some dirt. Literally as I walked away with my meal I already pre paid for and got myself cuz the cashier wanted me to wait after he smoked his cigarette. Literally threatened me as I was walking away doing his job for him. Caught him saying "you better not come back here again" is this how stores train their overnight shift? This how subway train people? How can you be caught not doing your job then get mad and threaten customers??? Makes no sense I definitely wouldn't go back here again if I felt unsafe because of the employees working here. I might even sue this place for such customer service.

The worst subway i have ever visited. I needed a wifi connection to go online and get a discount from the app and the worker would not let me have the Wi-Fi password until I purchase something. Sucks because I wasn't able to afford to eat with my friend because of that. It's the only Subway I've ever been to that will not give you a cup of water. They don't give water cups. And the restroom that you also needed the code to use after purchase of course was the most foul and disgusting restroom I've probably ever seen. The worker was rude, the atmosphere was unkept and unclean, and to top it off my friends sandwich didn't even look at appetizing. There's plenty of other subways in town that you can eat at just don't go here. Oh maybe one good thing is it's open 24 hours but who wants to eat there anyways so that plus becomes obsolete.

Visitors from out of state stay away from that area during night times. Very dangerous street! The subway was filled with homeless people openly exchanging “stuff” and were right behind too close to me, not knowing their intentions it was very uncomfortable and not safe. Watch out for your cars that’s parked outside can get broken into any time. just witnessed it.

Wanted to use the restroom. I understand I needed to be a customer. So I I thought I would buy a cookie. Guy says I need to spend at least 2$. I said ok. Give him 2$ and he grabs it puts it in the tip jar. I never got a cookie and I'll never go their again. And they don't keep their restroom clean.

The place is okay but there is a homeless girl named Shawnia that apparently lives at the subway and the employees let her make some of the sandwiches which is against oregon law. She was also very rude to me when I walked into the building. I felt very uncomfortable with her there. She also had a syringe fall out of her pocket. So she is an apparent drug user. So this place would be good if it wasn't for that girl. I will not be bringing my business back to this establishment. The owner should keep a better grip on his business before it gets reported to the state level.

I ordered from this location through Postmates a few hours, ago: foot long steak and cheese with toasted bread, extra cheese and double meat. I opened it up to find no cheese anywhere on the sandwich and the bread wasn't even toasted. Not going to go off on a rant about what I deserve as a customer but this was a pretty bad order - won't be buying from this location, again.

I should have came here and read the reviews before coming here I was too hungry for that. The heavier said Caucasian girl with piercings in her lip did not wear a mask while making my sandwich.lucky for her I am not a picky eater and I like I mentioned I am very hungry will not be back.

Do not go here. Save your money and your sanity and thank me later. There are many drug users literally outside, the store itself is really dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables have sauces and crumbs on them. And don't get me started on the server. The absolute worst. I can't say that enough. The guy seemed really agressive and un-interested in doing his job. Seriously! The veggies were freezer burnt. The guy was putting on the veggies on the sandwich as if I had asked him to mount Mount Everest for the 3rd time. Dude wasn't happy. Dude was agressive. Kudos to him for one thing though. He was trying really hard to get a bad review for his store and lo behold he got that. Don't go there. Ps: they put salt and pepper on your sandwich as if you are a fish and are missing ocean water. At that point it was resembling a salty rock more than a sandwich. Had to throw 2 sandwiches after 2 bites.

Went to get a sandwich and couldn't get through the door easily. Was yelling for help as I can't hold the door and get my wheelchair through at the same time. No help. When I DID get through, I asked the server if he hadn't heard me. This is the point where he began berating me, saying I "lied" to him (I exaggerated the length of time I was struggling with the door to what I intended to be a comically inflated period of time), that I somehow made a "mistake" because he's autistic (so am I, what's that got to do with it?), on and on. Literally wouldn't let me say a single word until he said he wouldn't serve me and walked into the back. I told him I would be calling the manager, at which point he said he was the district manager. I doibt that sincerely. All I wanted was a sandwich. I didn't want to hear this dude's B.S., half his life story, and to fight with a non handicap accessible door for the privilege.

I immediately noticed that my sandwich, which ended up costing $16, was really light and not a lot of food, despite all of my add-ons. Sure enough, when I ate it, it didn't have everything I ordered and just had an overwhelming saltiness and was not very flavorful. I paid $1.50 extra for avocado and didn't get it. I also paid for more meat and cheese and I feel like I got normal portions. And the sandwich was just gross. I tried calling the next day to discuss what went wrong with my order, and was told to call back when the manager was there. I called again and couldn't get through to anyone. I even stopped by and was treated rudely so I finally gave up trying to resolve the issues with my order. I was super disappointed with this experience and will probably never go to Subway again.

I placed an online order to pick up on my 30 minute lunch break, showed up and waited 10 minutes for the employee to come out of the back. He hands me a bag that felt awfully light considering I ordered a sandwich and 2 pretzels and dip. When I mentioned the pretzels he tried to tell me they were in the bag, and then slammed down his phone and cigarette on the counter to warm up my stupid pretzels. Once I got back to my job I discovered he didn’t even give me the right order, I got someone else’s gross steak sandwich with some nasty lettuce and too much sauce, instead of my veggie packed turkey sub and I absolutely didn’t have time to go back, nor did I want to deal with the unpleasant employee again. I work in food service so I really don’t like to complain but come on, he acted like it was my fault he messed up my order. I never gave him an attitude or anything, he just hated that I existed. So, despite being super close to my job, I won’t be returning. Which sucks because there aren’t a whole lot of affordable options in the immediate area and I’ve had great experiences at some of the other Subways in town. What a bummer, but I guess I shouldn’t have expected anything different given some of the other reviews I’ve read.

Filthiest subway I’ve ever been to, should be closed down by the food inspectors asap

I ordered two sandwiches tonight for pickup and I get to the store with two employees and a bunch of homeless people are in the building my sandwichs are not made. And when I say I'm here for pickup and the store employee starts making my food he is not wearing gloves and he is constantly touching unclean surfaces Including but not limited to his nose and face, he then proceeded to rummage through the product with no gloves throwing everything around. With the manager in the back complaining he lost 50$ of eggs and powder. He gets off his call and sees the employee touching all the food without gloves and the manager doesn't say a word. If I could rate 0 ⭐ I would. I left without getting a refund or my food.

This individual at this location was using marijuana with some other people when we arrived. In the midst of our unpleasant encounter, he assertively informed us he was on a 15-minute break and refused service until he finished. I mentioned I was only there to pick up my food, prompting him to cease smoking and provide our order. The lack of professionalism and rudeness from the staff at this place is truly disappointing. Our second visit mirrored the unpleasant experience of our first; the location was notably unclean.

I went to this location about 7-8pm on a Thursday evening. You know, it’s like covid is still an issue in this world. The staff there didn’t seem to care though, they didn’t have mask. There’s no way for me to know the situation of these guys, if they’ve got the vaccination or not. It make me incredibly uneasy thinking about this guy handling my food. I get that people are tired of wearing mask. I’m tired of it too, but I still wear it. At least as a courtesy to others, so they can feel safer around me. I would think those working in a restaurant, that need to consider food safety and the optics of their actions, to be a little more apt to want to follow safety guidelines, and project an image that they care about the safety of food they’re selling people. But this location didn’t show that concern at all. So I didn’t buy anything. I left and spent my money elsewhere.

Graveyard guy has bad customer service

I was about to walk in and order a sandwich on 6/08/20 @ 6:30 pm. The employee was standing outside smoking and cussed at me and got upset because I was interrupting his smoke break. I walked away and will NEVER go in again. I would eat here a few times a week and always tip. NEVER AGAIN. There is no excuse for vulgar behavior from an employee. My money spends just fine at other places!

What I received was maybe a 3" on stale bread with 2 meatballs and no sauce. I even tipped him (only 10% even though he didn't deserve anything) and he gave me attitude about my lack of tip.
