I can count on a consistently delicious pizza here and it is our go-to place for pizza. The staff are very friendly and eager to please and the pizza is never late coming out of the oven. When they say x number of minutes, they mean it. The owner, Tony, goes out of his way to serve the community, which is another reason I always go back.

We happen to be in town from Florida visiting family and stopped into Cam's for lunch. The pizza was amazing, real New York style pizza and the cannoli was the best I have ever had. Highly recommend!

My favorite pizza - there are many good pizza shops, but this pizza is the best in the area (in my opinion). They don't skimp on the toppings either. They are expensive, but everyone is these days.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party at Cams in Camillus. The make your own pizza was a huge it and the adult buffet was awesome! Matt could not have been more attentive! Thank you Tony and Matt !

Huge (channeling my inner Billy Fucillo) New York style pizza. They have a great menu of appetizers (gotta love pizza logs in CNY), and best of all, my folks LOVED the food.

Awesome place. Great pizza. Lots of pizza in that area but Cams will always be my favorite🤘 Tony is a great guy as well. Customer service was incredible. The cheese pie for slices only had 2 left and we wanted 4, they through a brand new pie in, 10 mins later we were enjoying hot fresh slices. We always go out of our way at least once a month for Cams since we don't live in Camillus. Must try if you're looking for awesome pizza and great atmosphere 👌

We ordered tonight for pick up since we don't live in the area for delivery and we had a slight hiccup with getting the wrong order we called and the manager was amazing and delivered us the rest our order plus dessert. We absolutely loved that customer service still exists and our pizza and wings were absolutely stellar! We haven't found great NY style pizza here for years. I will be getting pizza and wings from them here on out. And I highly recommend them! Thank you to the manager for being so great! If you haven't had cam's pizza your definitely missing out!

Take GREAT CARE if you go to pick up or dine in because the parking lot is AWFUL. The pot holes will swallow you up if you're not careful. The staff and pizza are amazing. Highly recommend everything else. The crust is unlike anyone else's in town because they import NYC water. Has that authentic borough texture and crunch. If you don't fold your slice, go somewhere else, please 😂

A very good and friendly place to eat I eat here almost every night I work the staff are always kind. I would definitely recommend this pizza restaurant to anyone. The pizza is amazing and definitely worth it. If you’re new to the area give them a try.

Was my first time visiting with my kids, family. Excellent pizza quality however the atmosphere and attention to detail from staff was underwhelming.

Ordered a sheet pizza today with various veggies. Used their online system to order lt he night before. The pizza was hot, tasty and the service was great. I was a bit early for pickup so I waited in my vehicle. They brought it to my car when it was ready!! Will order there again!!

Wonderful pizza place! Authentic NY style pizza. As I was leaving with my order one of the staff members noticed they forgot to give me part of my order, they ran out to my car to catch me before I left! Excellent customer service! Especially since the staff was high school kids!

The food is excellent. I had previously had issues with my deliveries missing items like extra sauces or online order instructions being ignored which caused me to stop ordering from this pizza shop. However, I started eating here again a few months ago and the problems with delivery that I was having seems to no longer be an issue. I've increased my rating since the food quality has always been excellent and it appears you have corrected the issues with delivery.

These guys put out great pizza! Fresh ingredients! Sausage mushroom is my favorite combo because the mushrooms are cut fresh, and dont come soggy out of a can. Wings here are good too! Repeat customer.

Had a miscommunication with my husband and he paid for our order on Grubhub. When I went to the store, I paid again. Spoke the next day to the manager, and he was very polite and accommodating even during dinner rush, and received a refund. Managing food service is a lot of work, and appreciate the prompt help.

Love there Pizza! There chiken wing sauce is ok. One thing you need to know is there slices are huge if you usually get 2 I would recommend getting 1! Clean and friendly staff! Bathrooms were a little dirty but ok.

Cams pizza is awesome. Though the website needs some improvements. It's slow and not very user friendly though if you order online you get 15% off your order. I will continue to use the website because their pizza is awesome and their costumer service is friendly and courteous.

Delicious pizza and wings, although pricier than other places. It was our 3rd place to try after 2 other places were closed for Father's Day. Wish they had fountain drinks, though.

The product is good. The establishment is very clean and the staff are professional. They have a uniform and have a solid business model. The pizza is made out in the open and that gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I don't like other local pizza places where I can't see the people making my food and the people I can see look like they just rolled out of bed. Be advised you will pay a premium price for the pizza here but at least you will feel like it was cooked in a sanitary kitchen!!!

Food was good I got a slice of pepperoni and a slice of chicken bacon ranch , staff was great , what I could see the place was clean the only reason why I gave it a 4 star it was because I don’t think $9.90 for 2 slices of pizza and a 20 oz bottle of soda is worth it I think it’s too high

The service and staff were excellent. I have not been here in a few years and it was a nice refreshing change of pizza. I ordered the 20 inch pizza. A couple of slices goes a long way. Was a really good pizza. The chicken tenders were not worth the 9 dollars for 5 small pieces that were close to being burnt but like I said the pizza shined.

Ordered two pizzas and two salads yesterday. While the pizza was good as usual you should be ashamed to sell those salads! The lettuce was brown and slimy. We were able to rescue only about enough for one salad.Very disappointing.

Pizza is missing the whole point of New York pizza taste and flavor. Felt like eating sheese bread. Very pricey and the size are different from others restaurants in the area. Staff very friendly and Sharm.

Excellent pizza. Wings are ok. Pasta and salad are good. Prices are a bit high. For a family of 4 eating in, don't expect to pay less than $50 for pizza, wings, small salad and drinks.

The pizza and calzones from here are really good (although pricey), especially the crust, which is thin and reminds me of NJ style pizza. The wings? Not so good. The last 2 times I have ordered they screwed up. For my online order, which was promised by a certain time, the wings had the correct sauce, but they were woefully under-cooked! I had to finish cooking them under the broiler, since I'm not a fan of food poisoning in general. I'm guessing the pizza was finished baking well before the wings and they chopped some frying time off so that the order would be ready when I arrived. The second order was over the phone. Got home to find the wrong sauce on the wings other than what I requested, but at least this time they were cooked. So, the moral of the story is, I will continue to buy their pizza but not the wings. Besides, I can make wings better and a lot cheaper at home!

Not a bad pizza place. They do have some great deals and their cannolis are pretty good. Their pizza that's a bit on the dry side (not much sauce and not a ton of cheese either). I cannot say I have ever been blown away by their food but it is pretty good pizza, you could certianly do worse in the area.

Staff was nice, pizza was okay. $9.00 plus for 2 plain slices. No way, it's the highest price I have ever been charged as a pizza loving world traveler.

You have good food, but unfortunately, I'm in a wheelchair and trying to get into your pizzeria.With the hardest thing in my life, it should be easy for us not hard.And I order slice with extra extra cheese never got it and when I complain she set up. Do you want pomegranate cheese cheese? Sounds like you know I pay for extra cheese. Never got the extra cheese but I pay for it i will go back because this is good Pizza. Today was the first time we stopped in Cam’s we got 2 subs 1 steak and 1 meatball my fiancé meatballs were still cold half of it was warm, my steak sub was hot for the price we paid we shoulda e gotten better food, I know I use to be a cook and pizza maker!! My pie just looks ridiculous. Will give cams another try but probably will be at a later time wasn’t very happy.

I would rate this as the worst pizza place on the west side of town, the pizza just doesn't not taste good. I know our selection is limited in Camillus but almost anywhere is better than here

Not good, not good at all. I worked in a pizzeria, this is not pizza. I dont know about their other locations but this one is a flop all around. I went back 3 times to see if I just went on an "off" day which happens to everyone from time to time. All 3 times I went the service was ehhh so so, the pizza was horrid and for what they charge you would expect a lot better. Thin crust isn't just a "measurement" per se of the pizza it is also how you cook it and the way you dress the pizza matters a lot.

Over 20 bucks for a 12" supreme pizza. Toppings fall off due to cheese being on the bottom with no top cheese to seal the toppings in. The topping were fresh and the crust was tasty- not too hard. Had an order of garlic bread which was basically a mini loaf, sort of like if you had a sub but with garlic butter spread slopped on top. Ended up getting a refund for the bread because we just couldn't eat it... (which the employee was fighting us on) IMO if your customer is not happy, do whatever you can to fix it- NOT FIGHT IT. Will not be returning.

I got a couple slices to go, I understand I’m not going to get a fresh slice(this had obviously been sitting out for awhile) of Pizza but this was very underwhelming. The sauce is pretty bland, it was not very hot as they took it out of the oven too soon, and it was really expensive for 2 slices. $8.67 for 2 slices that are two toppings seems pretty excessive for the area, especially when there are better options nearby. I’ll save my $8 next time and go buy a frozen pizza...

The KIDS working here were too busy talking about social media, who is blocking who, when we arrived to service us. The pizza was done but the wings were not and when we ordered we were told it would be ready in 30 minutes so when we arrived we had to wait another 15 minutes (so a total of 45 minutes) since half of our order wasn’t ready. This was our first and last time ordering here. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a pizza and when it was delivered all the topping where on one side of the pizza. I called and spoke with the manager and he goes to want other one I said one I gave your guy three chances and no more I want a refund. He said I will refund your money. Not the best of food. Went in for a last min dinner idea. Ordered three things and all came out at different times. I can understand if it was busy but no one was there. They were apologetic but still they need to get their timing down. Also the thing that put me over the edge was the price of the food. For that amount it should be good.

Their subs are a straight up rip off. Their pizza is good but overpriced. You can get better deals for similar quality. In my opinion not worth going back.

Every time I go there something is wrong with my food. Got garlic nots last time I went and got 3 all of them were so burnt I couldn’t eat them and the pizza was apparently just out of them oven so they told me it was fresh and hot so I didn’t have to get it warmed up but it was very cold.. it’s very over priced and not worth it.

Any of their food beyond pizza is HORRIBLE!! Ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich and what I was given the first time was chopped up, cold chicken and the second time, it was dried out chicken strips. Never seen anything so bad.

Suggested on our box label that we tip 20%...ON TAKEOUT. We tipped every single time we got takeout despite the fact that they would often get the order wrong or make me wait even though I let them know what time I'd be there hours in advance. Despite these issues, we continued to go and spend $50+ every single Friday. But demanding a 20% tip on takeout was the straw that broke the camel's back.

They gave use 2 different prices for the same order. Employees didn't know what they they are taking about. Management was very nice. Food came cold and the mushrooms tasted like they never washed them or put dirt on them. Wings were very runny to the point I had to check every wing to make sure it was fully cooked. Came here for our first time being in Syracuse as this was near by other than the Watertown location where we normally go, When we walked in do dine in they were open for another 2 hours and the location was very dead no one in there and no music at all just silence and hearing the workers conversation we ordered the Valentines Special a medium pizza and wings tasted super crunchy not fresh. And the delicious pizza I’m used too I’m at the Watertown location this was super thin and small didn’t look like a medium pizza at all. It wasn’t a good experience!

Absolute disgrace to call this NY style pizza. I’d rather buy a slice from a gas station. Pizza wasn’t cooked correctly sloppy shape you couldn’t pull a slice without everything falling off. Poor craftsmanship when it comes to pizza. And it’s priced higher than your average pizza so you’d expect a higher quality and consistency dead wrong there. Don’t go here Docs down the street has much better pizza hell even the wildcat has better pizza

Placed and order and went to pick it up. After waiting in the restaurant for 45 minutes, an employee asks if we are waiting for something. I told them the order we placed 50 minutes ago. The employee looks at the bags on the shelves and pulls out our order and gives it to us. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. We took it home and could tell it had been there a while because it was cold. Employees need to spend less time playing around and pay attention to the customers.

I can't wait for this place to shut down, there is SO MUCH BETTER PIZZA PLACES THEN THIS ONE. Usually really good, my go to. Came in today for some wings and a sub and took over 30 min, and they were dead when I ordered. I noticed my chicken parm sub just sitting for 10 min. I mention it, and the kid gives me some dumb excuse. I ask for them to remake it fresh, and he takes it in the back. I walk out for 30 sec, and coming back in I see her removing that same old sandwich from the oven. I get home which is 2 min away, and the sandwich is cold and soggy. So now I’m back up here to get what I should’ve been sent home with the first time. I spend $200/wk here, but they’ll never see another dime of my money. It’s a shame too, because we all love their pizza. Customer service though….. I’ve gotten better at McDonald’s. The manager didn’t even come talk to me, apologize or offer any kind of resolution.

Why would I want to eat celery that’s touching my ketchup packets that employees touch with their bare hands found that very disgusting. I ordered three orders of fries and they put them all in one box so I had to go home to my kids and divide them when I ordered three orders for a reason not to be placed in one box, food was cold and employees were very unprofessional

Very Disappointed.... just moved to the area and wanted to try some of the local pizza places. after doing a look online and driving by some places. i decided to try cams pizza. i will more than likely never come here again from my first experience. The first issue: A 35$ XL pizza should be like buying GOLD. nothing should be wrong with it. it should be the most delicious pizza ever, however this XL pizza was the most bland, unseasoned unremarkable pizza i have ever had. the crust was basic, no seasonings, butter or cheese melted on the crust. just basic pizza crust. the sauce was very much canned tomato sauce, there was nothing good about it, no seasonings to be seen in this sauce either. the cheese was some bagged bland mozzarella cheese. The second issue: if i order a 35$ pizza with light sauce and extra cheese and Parmesan cheese it should COME EXACTLY LIKE THAT. my pizza only had one cheese on it, no parm, and there was SO MUCH SAUCE that the cheese slid off the pizza from them sliding it off the pizza pan to the box. when i opened the box and saw all the cheese slid to one side, i was already ready for disappointment. its ridiculous that your charging people a premium pizza price for something basically similar to the pizza from COSTCO! NOTHING is seasoned, nothing is made from scratch and theirs very little customization for the pizzas along with the sheer audacity to charge almost 3$ PER TOPPING! and your not even making fresh toppings every day. save your money, try anywhere else besides here. Domino's even has seasoned crust and actually puts your toppings on the pizza you pay for.
