Sabores reales, una fonda japonesa, hay opciones con langosta para los que quieren algo más selecto. Super recomdable el lugar. El staff habla español.

Soy fan del ramen 🍜, no he comido en muchos lugares, más que en CDMX y en mi ciudad en Chiapas, hoy venimos a Cancún y a la vuelta de los bares más conocidos de la zona hotelera, está este negocio y booom que sabores, me encantó el tsukemen servido separado el caldo delicioso y el cerdo kakuni qu delicia, pedí aparte unas Gyozas uff fenomenal. Atendido por su propietario, muy recomendable. Volvería a venir.

Essendo un'appassionata appena ho sentito parlare i giapponese ho deciso di provare i curry udon anche se fuori c'erano 30°. Che dire? Fenomenali! Hiroya Ramen, debería ser un obligado en tu visita a Cancún. Es un lugar súper acogedor y con una excelente calidad en los alimentos. El mejor ramén que he probado en estos lugares.

Realmente sabor y calidad, he ido a japón y el ramen si te recuerda a los puestos de tokyo, honestamente pese a que parece un lugar sencillo y pequeño, el sabor jamás me ha decepcionado, la especialidad obviamente es el ramen pero sus demas platillos cumplen con lo esperado y sobre pasa lo esperado de un restaurante japones.

El ramen de ese lugar es maravilloso y el lugar está precioso se los recomiendo mucho si les gusta el ramen y otras comidas japonesas

Me encantaaa, los sabores son perfectos. El cuerpo del caldo, la saturación de sabor es única. Los mariscos vienen en gran cantidad y frescos, el ramen cocido en su punto. La atención de la chef y la ayudante fueron muy buenos. Su carta de alimentos es muy variada, las bebidas también. No había encontrado un restaurante japonés en Cancún que tuviera la misma calidad en sabores como en Japón.

Si te gusta la comida japonesa, estos chicos tienen un buen sazón, el lugar es pequeño y tiene pocas mesas, pero el sabor si lo recomiendo, si doy 4 estrellas en el servicio es por que el chico japonés le falta el habla de español aunque se entiende muy bien es muy amable y risueño, pero es un buen signo de que son orientales legítimos, significa la cómida es original!!! El precio es módico, y si regresaría!!! Felicito a los trabajadores, chef y dueño!!!

El mejor lugar de ramen en Cancún~, es delicioso y el ambiente es tranquilo. El mejor ramen que he probado en México y uno de los motivos por los cuales me quedo en Punta Cancún cuando, para estar cerca de Hiroya. Si pueden, visiten el lugar, tal vez con más promoción y gente visitando, amplíen nuevamente el menú a rollos, que antes vendían y son, definitivamente, una delicia.

El lugar esta un poco oculto y fácil perderse de este restaurante con la variedad de restaurantes que hay alrededor, el ramen que pedí fue el de Camarón y la verdad si que estaba rico además que la porcion fue bastante considerada, el precio es lo usual a lo que se maneja en la zona turística así que se tiene que ir uno preparado, la tención fue buena, el único detalle fue que el lugar es pequeño y se llega a sentir mucho calor ya estando un rato

Ramen is very good and fresh. Keep in mind if you order the lobster ramen, it will take a bit longer to cook so it won't come out for a while. The donkatsu ramen is yummy, all seating is outdoors but they do have fans.

I travel often and always looking for ramen places. Found this one and decided to try it. It really is awesome. The taste, quality of the food is excellent!! You can tell it’s good because when we got there, it was packed. Well worth the wait, it’s owned by local people, small pop shop, let’s support local small business !! Trust me, if you like ramen..come here, you will love it !!

The staff here is incredibly nice! The food is fantastic and yummy. Wish it wasn't outside dining space only, but genuinely its not bad! Did their lobster ramen, server was kind to warn me of the prep time and ensured i was okay. Noodles were perfectly cooked! Lobster was a little tough but anytime you do shellfish in a hot broth its hard to nail the fully cooked then not overcook threshold.

I came here after watching GBRB: KKPP ep 5 and ordered the lobster ramen, salmon onigiri and calpis drink. The food was good (especially the lobster), the restaurant was quiet and quaint, and the staff was very friendly and attentive 😊 It was nice to eat at an authentic Asian restaurant. In my broken Spanish, I told them I saw the restaurant on the show and they let me take a photo of the autographs from Gwangsoo, Kyungsoo, and Woobin. In regards to the lower ratings complaining about tip: although the staff didn't tell me about the mandatory 10% tip when paying, I didn't mind because I was going to tip anyways. We should always tip when receiving good service. *The people from the Chinese restaurant next door were smoking the entire hour I was there. It was disappointing to smell cigarettes while eating. I hope they can be less inconsiderate in the future.

Owned by a nice Japanese man, food is fairly priced, bill comes with a 10% service charge, the fried rice taste good, just a bit salty. If you miss Asia, go to this place, a lot of east asians dine here.

Shop opens at noon. A little hard to find, but added more to the adventure. Got there at 1pm. Full house. Only 3-4 tables, outdoor seating with fans. Service was very friendly. Tables were barely open for a moment before it was full again. Lobster ramen was worth sitting outside in the heat and waiting for it. Allow 20 min for the order if you order the lobster ramen. Add it to your list if in Cancun

I traveled from NY just to try this ramen and let me say it was worth it. DELICIOUS isn't even right word. Between the creaminess of the soup and the soft noodles you fall in love even with the blazing heat. Owner is very kind ❤️ worth it! I ordered kaarage, paitan ramen & gyoza.. everything was great!

It was the most delicious Ramen we've tasted… We have not been to Japan, but we have tried Ramen and Udon in other countries, but these dishes stole our hearts, as it is made with love. We were in Cancun for about 11 days and almost every second day we tried almost all the dishes from the menu. The menu is not large, which is a plus, since it is clear that the kitchen is specialized. But at the same time there are dishes suitable for almost everyone. Someone likes saltier, someone more sweet and sour, someone more spicy, I advise you to open your heart to Ramen from this little corner in Cancun🍜🤍. The place is very easy to find. I advise everyone who wants to try a little different cuisine while in Mexico. In the restaurant itself, you can pay both in cash and by card. And the best part is, this is probably the first restaurant in Cancun, in the hotel zone, which did not try to deceive us in the receipt. Everything that was in the receipt was correct. The prices, by the way, are acceptable, not overpriced. The staff is very friendly. We took onigiri🍙 on the way to the airport and ate them with great appetite on the way home. Först, det är väldigt litet ställe, det va fullt när vi kom dit men vi lyckades boka ett bord om en timma och vi tog en drink runt hörnet. Cool ramen, vi köpte den minsta de hade för dagen vilket var 550g och det var ca 800peso per person. Det var väldigt mycket hummer, två st per person. Var beredd att vänta minst 30 min på maten. Hummern var jättegod, dock inte helt färsk. Själva soppan tyckte jag var för fet och helt ärligt orkade jag inte den efter att ha ätit två humrar. I min smak skulle kunnat vara starkare/limesmak ungefär som en tom yum, men men smaken är som baken 🦞 overall great experience!

The only ramen place nearby The lobster ramen. The lobster was fresh and tasty. Love its soup but not much for the noodle. Fried rice’s rice was not like typical Japanese fried rice that all the rices are apart from each other. The fried chicken cutlet was great! The owner was friendly.

Cancun Caribe

From a distance, I found myself wondering, “Is this really the restaurant?” The place did not appear to emphasize aesthetics — simple tables and chairs were set outdoors, with standing fans directed at the seating area. A gentleman of Japanese origin, who seemed to be the owner, attended to me. I asked for his recommendations, and without hesitation he suggested his favorite, the Paitan Ramen, along with Gyoza and a Salmon Onigiri. I promptly ordered all three. The presentation of the dishes was unpretentious. Yet upon tasting the ramen broth, I immediately noticed a depth of flavor I had not encountered in other places around Cancún or Mexico — it was simply delicious. The noodles themselves also felt more authentic and distinctive. The gyoza were outstanding: moist and tender on top, with a perfectly crisped and well-cooked base. They bore no resemblance to the pre-made dumplings so often served in many restaurants. The salmon onigiri, while pleasant, was far less remarkable, scoring only an average impression. After finishing my meal, I realized that the restaurant’s lack of concern for décor or “fancy” details was intentional — their focus lay entirely on what truly matters: the flavor of the food. The only drawback was that gratuity was already included in the bill. Beyond that, this is certainly a place I would return to whenever I crave an authentic Japanese-style ramen in Cancún.

Cute tiny Cute street ramen shop that accepts credit cards. The lobster ramen is very reasonably priced and although the lobster is frozen the ramen soup is tasty. And I like to eat it with the eel bowl. Jasmine tea is really refreshing especially after the ramen. The fried chicken and eel rice are also good. Worth to try.

Desde el 2016 no visitaba este sitio, considerado por locales como un lugar tradicional de ramen ya que los propietarios son asiáticos. Esta es la referencia que siempre te dará un local. Ubicación, queda de frente con vista a Chedraui m, prácticamente en la parte de atrás del centro de convenciones. Es prácticamente una fondita con mesas de plástico, tiene como 4, el lugar es realmente pequeño y tampoco tienen A/A y cómo está adentro de construcciones no hay tanto viento, podrías sentir mucho calor, ten estos puntos en mente por si piensas tener una cita romántica aquí. Sobre el ramen, pedí fue en Spicy Negi Miso, el caldo muy bueno el sabor, se siente ese sabor fuerte del MISO pero la pasta no muy buena y la carne sin sabor, como que no es de buena calidad el cerdo, la presentación si les falla bastante eso si la porción es muy generosa . También pedí Crispy Spicy Tuna, en la foto en el menu Luce como pequeños cortes de atún pero realmente es aguacate encima de arroz con una pequeña porción de algo a lo que asemeja ser atún. Sobre los medios de pago, tienen un letrero que solo efectivo pero pregunté si podía pagar con tarjeta y me dijeron que si. Puedes consultar esto para no llevarte sorpresas. Ticket promedio con entrada, ramen y bebida $400 . Sin contar la propina.

Conserva el estilo de comida desde hace mil años / pero le urge una renovación…. Justo a lado de ellos, se puso un restaurante moderno y este negocio no se actualiza. No tienen baño ni donde lavarse las manos, para los comensales La comida es buenisima y nadie lo puede negar… pero si les MEGA URGE, actualizar el mobiliario y sus instalaciones. 👍🏻 Los tiempos de espera son extenúantes, aproximadamente 40-45 minutos…. si tienes mucha hambre hay otras opciones de comida rápida muy cerca del sitio.

Japanese owned cozy place. Ramen with ideal texture, soup rich and creamy. Lobster might not be the freshest but good enough. Gyoza was cooked the way I loved, burnt crisp at bottom with juicy filling. I went during a rain storm, a tiny waterbug was lurking around near my eating spot. It wasn't a big turn off considering the weather but still needed to be addressed.

Unfortunately the lobster is dead not fresh, at the end it charges extra 10% mandatory which makes mood down, if the lobster is fresh live I ‘d happy to pay tips. Fried rice it’s better than the lobster ramen.

We had a craving for Ramen noodles and after a google search found this hole-in-the-wall place close to our hotel. It's easier to find than it appears in Google maps and is across from the large supermercado (which has a great food court on the second level). Food was good and a good value. The gyoza/ pot stickers were a little over-done but had very good flavor. Service was decent and overall I'd recommend a visit if you're in the mood for Ramen.

Domingo 1 de febrero, llegamos 6 personas a las 19:45 y nos batearon, argumentando que ya habían terminado su servicio de ese día, cuando aún tenían varios clientes. Área de atención descuidada con pocas mesas y sillas y en estado deteriorado. Alta expectativa en probar su calidad, mala experiencia en el corazón de la zona hotelera de Cancún.
