We had breakfast, and it was amazing! The omelets were perfectly made, and we ordered a side of bacon for the table along with coffees from the coffee bar upstairs. Felipe was fantastic in his service. We’ve decided to skip the breakfast buffet for the rest of our trip and only eat here!

We enjoyed the dinner here, but preferred breakfast at the main buffet. As someone with celiac I was impressed with their gluten free options- they can do pizza, pasta, risotto, salads and more. The food concierges Joy and Sebastian were so helpful during our entire trip and made sure I knew my options and that they were safe

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Il Bottaccio! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Our server, Mike, was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. Hostess Marisol greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome immediately — a perfect start to the morning. My husband has Celiac so ask to speak to their food concierge Joy. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about celiac. Also, manager Adriana clearly runs a fantastic team — everything was seamless, professional, and pleasant. The breakfast was perfect — delicious, beautifully presented, and served with care. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to start their day on a high note. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience!

From start to finish, our breakfast at ll Bottaccio was exceptional. Marisol welcomed us warmly, and our server Fidel was friendly and spot-on with his recommendations. The food, the service, the atmosphere—everything was top-notch. We also tried lunch and dinner there. It was wonderful. We can’t wait to return!

Il Bottaccio was our favorite restaurant during our stay in Majestic Elegance Hotel. Gustavo made our dining experience unforgettable. Anybody can be a waitress, but it's all about attitude !!! He made us feel like very important people every time we came for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. He even prepared our coffee in a special way. It was a beautiful show with liquid fire. Restaurant itself is really well designed, and the atmosphere and music are welcoming. The food is fantastic ( I think we tried everything. It's hard to choose which dish was more tasty).

A surprisingly excellent Italian restaurant ... The carpaccio was very well prepared, fried squid were delicious, and the pastas were abundant and tasty. The overall decor is first rate, done very tastefully, they must have used a good architect to do the interior. I had the ossobuco and believe me it was as good as you get it in Milano Italy (yes I am Italian 😀). Yes the ossobuco is supposed to have large bones, hello, osso is bone in Italian and buco means with a large marrow hole ! We had several reds and whites, and they were superb. Service was prompt and impeccable. Five stars !

Had a very pleasant experience here while dining out. We ordered a 4 cheese pasta and the mushroom and prawn pizza. Both were extremely tasty. We appreciate Kevin's attitude for service. He was very funny and a great waiter!

Good food. I deducted one point for the pizza, although I didn’t take a picture! The dough was sweet and white not baked well! The tortellini was a tad rich for my taste but great salads and appetizers

Only had dinner here ; the food was meh.. It wasn’t the best pasta I’ve ever had. The pasta at the pasta station at the lunch buffet is much better than the pasta at this restaurant. They forgot our bread in the beginning, we didn’t get it until our entrees were already out.. Our waiter seemed frazzled or maybe he was new, service took a bit longer. Beautiful restaurant though, we sat on the patio. Overall, out of all the restaurants we tried at the resort, this was in the bottom for me.
