We waited about 10 minutes to be able to place the order at the drive-through...the wait was due, it was later understood at the counter, to a malfunction of the POS. The guy who served us was very courteous, apologizing and trying to resolve the problem in every way. An equally kind colleague arrived for support and tried to restart the position...unsuccessful, she suggested we pay at the internal cash registers..The staff was really very professional, pleasant and kind..

I got six burgers at the drive-thru. The staff were nice and friendly, but as usual, the food left much to be desired. I wanted to give it one last chance, but I was quite disappointed. If I pay, I'd at least expect the ingredients to be present in the right quantities, but apparently even the simplest burger is a challenge. The condiments should be ketchup, mustard, cucumber, and onion. As for sauces, they only offer a sprinkling of onion, not even a hint. Not to mention the meat is dry and without salt or pepper. I won't add anything else.

I placed an order via the app with drive-thru pickup, a double 1955, too bad there was only one hamburger but paid for as a double, maybe a little more attention when preparing orders because people pay and it's not the first time it's happened

I went to the mc drive thru at 1:15. I ordered a sandwich with provola and I got the one with pepper. And I would like to reiterate that I am allergic to it, and therefore I was exposed to danger. Also the amount of chips really disappointing

I'm sharing this review just to address today's situation. It's a children's birthday party. There's a designated area; we understand the noise, but it's unacceptable to see screaming children running around the place, yelling, and climbing on chairs and tables (where people eat) with their feet. Even more unacceptable is that not a single parent said anything, and not a single employee called them out on it. It felt like we were at the circus, and I'm not exaggerating at all.
