Update June 2025: Go there with your eyes closed. The food is good and made with quality ingredients. ‐-‐------------------------ I had lunch with a friend on Friday, March 18th, and returned on the 19th with my wife. It's not a trattoria as commonly understood, but it's an excellent restaurant, even in terms of location. It's not a Rest of Taste, but its Exaltation. The menu is limited to three or four choices per course, but it's the quality of the ingredients and the preparation that make the difference. A place to add to your Favorites.

More than a trattoria, here you'll find a restaurant with restaurant prices. Clean, tidy, truly beautiful. The service was friendly and helpful, and the dishes were excellent, from starters to dessert. The wine they offered was also excellent... what more can I say? We'll definitely be back! It was a shame to be the only table there on a Tuesday evening, but we didn't feel like we were in the crowd at all. Highly recommended!

ELEGANT AND WELCOMING PLACE. EXCELLENT FOOD. VERY KIND AND HELPFUL STAFF. We chose Trattoria Riposo for a family lunch. It was a great choice. The place is welcoming, and its size makes it feel familiar and convivial. The food we ate was fresh and flavorful. It was well cooked and beautifully plated. The desserts were pleasant surprises, with creative presentations and a truly exceptional cake (which even had my birthday candle on it). The dining room staff is truly professional. They leave room for guests to feel comfortable, while also being attentive and available to help with anything. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

As others have already pointed out, this is a rather elegant restaurant, rather than a trattoria. In short: a refined, contemporary setting, impeccable table service, a promising wine cellar (I only had one glass of wine, but it was very well presented), and beautifully presented food, which was just a little heavy for my personal taste.

Trattoria Riposo isn't a "trattoria" but a restaurant, even a high-end one: once you understand this, it's easier to decide whether it's right for you or not. I went there one Tuesday evening with my usual "Tuesday night dinner friends," choosing our untried destinations based on Google Maps and Trip Advisor ratings. We were the only guests in the restaurant that day. The atmosphere is like a brochure: clean, elegant, "perfect." Perhaps the lighting is a bit too bright and white to make it feel warm, or perhaps it was the sight of all those empty tables around us that made us feel "alone." The table service was impeccable: Sara was attentive and patiently and kindly explained the menu to us, then served us in the best possible way. The cuisine is "chef-like," featuring elaborate dishes with personality. The portions, however, are more than average, almost abundant: we really enjoyed that. I ordered a perch risotto, and it was FABULOUS, one of the best I've ever eaten. Next came a braised beef with polenta, surprisingly enriched with zucchini and carrots. Along with the liqueurs and coffees, they also served some truly delicious biscotti. The menu changes frequently, but the price range is similar for all: first courses cost 15 euros, second courses between 15 and 19 euros, and appetizers between 14 and 15 euros. Our dinner for three cost 40 euros each, including wine.

Good morning, I'd like to start by saying that I booked lunch a few days in advance to make sure the place was warm enough, as one of the guests, who is over ninety, is extremely sensitive to the cold. I was reassured that a suitable table was available for this request. Well, this is how the work of the kitchen staff (truly delicious) and the waiting staff (attentive and attentive) was undermined. When we arrived, the table assigned to us was cold and without any alternatives. The entire place was simply cold, with no heating. My experience and subsequent review are with the management.
