A casual and welcoming place where you immediately feel at ease... Average pizza, but the food is really good! Excellent value for money. A very positive aspect of the place is the manager, attentive, fast, and always friendly! Recommended!

A normal, average trattoria, with long wait times. The mixed fried food is so-so. I recommend investing in a menu, as a paper menu in a plastic binder sleeve is unpresentable in a restaurant these days. It's easy to print out the weekly menu at home on a piece of cardstock for the twenty or so tables.

The appetizer was awful, with stale and dry cold cuts. The main courses, however, were very good, I must admit. The service, however, was unremarkable: slow, inattentive, and our drinks arrived long after our appetizer. The ambiance itself is very nice, though it's a shame every shelf is covered in dust. The prices are too high for the inconsistent quality and inattentive service.

AVOID Large portions but poor quality. Pizzoccheri drowned in tasteless cheese, overcooked risotto, and soggy perch (?). The waitress made an excuse not to show us the wine list and made us choose a bottle directly from the shelf. I opted for a Nino Negri Sassella (which I had paid €22 two days earlier at the Bassone restaurant) and found it on my bill for €51. I've rarely been so disappointed by a meal at a trattoria. I don't recommend the experience to anyone. It's hard to understand how they managed to get 5-star reviews...

Well, The place presents itself as a traditional trattoria, large and welcoming... the staff is too impersonal, poorly trained in my opinion, so you're done, it's not the surplus of conviviality. I had a boeucc appetizer, low-quality supermarket crostini spread with supposedly flavorless gorgonzola cheese, and creamed cod... oh no, perch, because the cod was sold out. A stone platter with four slices of bresaola, four slices of prosciutto on semi-wilted arugula, four slices of Bologna/mortadella, accompanied by balls of bread dough imitating fried gnocco, and house-made giardiniera... from who knows who. I tried both the saffron risotto with ossobuco, raw, with a creamy texture, definitely from the use of cornstarch—you could see the slicing—and the carrot cubes, like those from a frozen soffritto, which makes me wonder what they're doing in this Lombardy first course. Then there was the pizzoccheri, raw, without butter and, I presume, with stringy cheese—nothing like the homemade ones made by the poorest housewife in Chiuro. Lastly, a cockerel and a shank, distinctive features, aromas, completely obscured by strong flavors. The cockerel still had the feathers on its wings, a blowtorch could have burned them off. The polenta that accompanied the shank was raw and full of water... What can I say? In the right hands, this place could work; in the wrong hands, as has been proven, it only seats 25 for a Saturday night. 6.5 for the location 5 for the service, too casual 4 for the food, too... prepackaged!

Sunday lunch, appetizer with old and oxidized cold cuts, and tasteless fried gnocchi. Very long wait times, inadequate room management. The only redeeming features are the tagliolini with shrimp tails, mushrooms, and speck, and the beef rib. A lot of money, little return.

I'm only judging the Ferragosto menu because I've never eaten here except yesterday on Ferragosto. I didn't like any of the food, so I won't try anything else. And then eating outside in 33°C heat without air conditioning... The choice is yours. I don't recommend it.
