Stopped by from out of town, and honestly wasn’t expecting much. Boy was I wrong. Got a large pepperoni pizza with bacon for the family. Fantastic! Honestly, some of the best pizza I’ve had in years, and it didn’t break the budget. The good pepperoni, and bacon. Not the cheap stuff. Yes, they seem short handed, but had a very nice front cashier lady help us today.

Visited the one in the Barnyard in Carmel Valley. Right behind the Bagel Bakery. Open to eat in or take out. Mask required for entry. Great pizza, a bit spendy but worth it. Nice big, clean room with lots of tables. No beer on tap yet but coming back soon.

Pizza was good. But the place is really dirty and nasty. Even the utensils that are used there for customers look like they still had food on them. Really need to work on cleanliness

Vacationing family of 4 here. Thought we can find affordability at Mountain Mike’s Carmel. Called and first off the guy taking the order wasn’t polite. This can be overlooked in a better tasting pizza but here not easily overlooked with average taste. But we thought the price was right. Ordered two large pizzas and was never told the price over the phone. We show up and the place looks likes it’s in bad shape. Then we get hit with an $80 dollar price for two pizzas and a small salad. Wow out of their minds to be charging $35 for a pepperoni pizza that’s a step above little Cesar, dominos. Price gouging in this economy is crazy. I understand where we’re at but that’s just disgusting to be charging anything over $20 for a large pepperoni. Save your money or get a burger from down the street.

I thought I was walking into Mt. Mikes, I left thinking it was the Twilight Zone. 35 mins til closing... Game 3 showing...new-ish front counter person really struggling to grasp the ordering, pick up, or delivery process....a pizza cook, delivery driver, mgr. OR owner standing directly behind her low talking....seems to be confusing her...another worker appears and asks about my order....I order a pizza sandwich and fountain drink to go..."WE HAVE NO ICE" Im told..."darn"I say, "I wanted ice more than the drink".."nvm" I said....the total comes at me way way more than I ordered...I asked why....I was told a drink was added...i said...cancel that drink please..."no ice? No dice!" ...."its gonna be 15-20 mins"....I go play some pinball as the Dubs lose game 3... I played 3 - 5 ball games....22 mins....this is too frickin much details. Sorry for that. I'm extra upset that they forgot my chips (included with sandwich) and flipped out and wrote all this down when they FAILED! EFF AY EYE EL EE DEE by not cutting my pizza sandwich. 2 cuts is what is needed. I got zero. Entire sandwich slipped off of roll and what a joy it was to clean. There needs to be a professional or high school graduate to run that place. Unhappy and hungry am I. I'll live. And probably go back. Great pizzas. Bestest sauce too.

The pizza buffet had chintzy slices, which seems to be the norm for buffets these days, and the slices were salty and not very good. The diet soda was very watered down from the machine. The service was average. I love Mountain Mike's pizza when I visit, but I won't be coming back to this location.

Do not go here to dine. I had a terrible experience, the staff was extremely disrespectful and was wearing very explicit clothing that was highly offensive, inappropriate, and violent. When I asked politely for them to switch the fox news channel from a very controversial conversation, they turned it up and found it funny. This was not only offensive, but highly disrespectful. This restaurant needs to be revised, and hopefully soon so not as many people are targeted.

Do not eat here! Restaurant employee -- "Derek" -- forced customers to watch Fox News on high volume. Our party of eight, the only customers, were watching the Cotton Bowl! Why would we eat at a restaurant that provokes customers? Never again, Mountain Mike's...

If I could give this place negative reviews I would. My husband and I truly like the the pizza from this pizza chain but the manager in this location has a HUGE lack of respect for his costumers. We called to check on our pizza we ordered for carry out and we get Steve on the other end yelling that the pizza has been ready for a long time. My husband tell him to calm down and that he is on his way. I feel this is way out of line so I call in to complain just to get the same outrageous attitude from the person I was speaking with. They would not listen to my complaint even though I was supposedly talking to the manager, he kept talking over me and I feel like this should be known by someone above from the management team in this location. My husband and I just move here to Carmel by the Sea and I can assure you we will never get pizza from this place and I'm making it a point to spread the word around of how awful the service is here. I'm so upset.

You're more likely to see a unicorn than get ahold of a manager or owner! When asked When a manager would be available for my complaint/concern, I was told "not sure, they are very busy". I ordered some large pizzas over the phone, and when my bf went to get them he saw the lady with the crazy long plastic nails on pushing ingredients onto tpizzas, no gloves on then scratching her arm and hands back on food. Absolutely DISGUSTING! We threw them away but in all honesty, there's no way in hell those nails are at all clean and certainly wouldn't fit in gloves that should be worn! The very last thing I'd want on pizza is someone's skin from them scratching and NOT hand washing!

Want to have a nice outing with friends or family, and maybe watch a game while you eat? Go somewhere else. At least one employee is just here to provoke and force his political grievances on you. Astonishingly hostile atmosphere and service, from this one offensive employee (“Derek”) in particular.

No pepperoni. Double checked my order…they missed it. I’m done. $40 for a medium pie and they can’t get it right. What has happened to America?
