HOT & COLD! Although service was fast and good, food was cold👎. We asked for fresh fries and they were warm almost cold. Not very good 😒. Chicken nuggets were also cold and a little stale 😩. BUT, Coffee and strawberry cream pie were hot👍. They have a large seating area that was pretty clean for the most part, bathrooms were ok, can be a little cleaner, tables were clean, trash area was clean, floors, and soda fountain were clean as well. Overall had a good service with bad food🤔. It just goes to show how both food and service go together for the restaurant industry. Even for you McDonald's😒.

They screwed up my order. Got the wrong drink altogether. Argued that I ordered wrong. I pulled up my order on the App and suddenly everyone's all nice. Order corrected and was allowed to take the mistake drink as well. I might go back... I have reviewed 100's of McDonald's most impressive thing about McDonald's is their consistency.

This McDonald's food is atrociously old. They probably reset the throw away timers to avoid bad food cost and because they make too much and don't sell it. Food is really bad. I'd like it to be at least semi fresh rather than dried out and lukewarm. Taco bell across the way is a much better choice.

I ordered Door Dash from the mobile app and it never arrived despite it saying it was delivered. I then call the restaurant and nobody answers the call. There’s also ZERO help on the app. So there goes $20 down the drain!

Melted McFlurry, sitting on the counter for 5-7 minutes, lied and said they were working on it when my family and I saw it sitting there for 5. My grandpa got upset in result they laughed at him and made faces. Other customers were also not pleased with the service they kept getting orders wrong. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

This McDonald’s was incredibly inconvenient. After a long day of travel, we were exhausted and just wanted something quick and easy. Unfortunately, this location didn’t have a drive-through, which was disappointing in itself. We had to park in the curbside mobile order spots—but with our phones nearly dead from being on the road all day, we were forced to download the app just to place an order. Even then, it was confusing and frustrating to connect the app to this specific location. We finally decided to go inside to order, and that made things worse. The staff member who helped us was shockingly rude—she barely made eye contact and acted like we were an inconvenience. Honestly, the whole experience was stressful and disappointing. If you’re traveling or in a rush, skip this location. You’re better off driving the extra miles to a different McDonald’s that actually has a drive-through and better customer service

Horrible service, they now don’t take the orders at the front desk. All its by the kiosk and they take forever just to prepare a simple meal. Foods alright if u get it at the right time but very few employees even acknowledge guests. And the most frustrating thing is that the manager takes all of her orders off the cue as if they are already prepared so her numbers don't ever reflect how almost all orders are prepared late. Long wait times, only one employee smiles at guests. I wish I knew his name but he is the older(than the average employee at this location) Caucasian male. Super nice guy always smiling.

I lived here for 10 years and brought lots of kids and baseball teams here. This place is ridiculous now. The fact that you can’t order from an human at the register anymore is insane and horrible for business. When you come in with a bunch of kids and want to order quickly, you now have to use their stupid kiosk and it takes for ever. What’s the point of even having these employees just standing around walking you through the complicated kiosk process when they could just take your damn order on the register in a fraction of the time. If this is the future of McDonald’s, it’s going the way of all other business… straight to the gutter. Bring back real employees and take our orders at the register.. it’s literally the least you can do.. 1 Star!
