Food is wonderful, love dominos but this franchise owner doesn’t do any of the National coupons, the ones they do have uncharge you on toppings anyways even when it says how ever many toppings. They also don’t offer new things like bread twists or the dips according to the app. Overall would rather just drive to a different location, it just is very upsetting to see the same order cost less with more food at a different location. Edit: they now offer some National coupons. Very happy by this

Back in September I placed an order and it took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered. I called and they said they were short staffed and should be there soon. She was very nice and I totally get it being short staffed. When the pizzas did show up, the order was wrong (was supposed to be a simple hand tossed cheese pizza…it was thin crust with meats on it…this pizza was for a vegetarian). Driver was already gone. Called the store and was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally just hung up. Called the next day and talked to a very nice lady who apologized and said she would put it in the system that I would have a free cheese pizza when I ordered next. Said it would be under my phone number. Called tonight to order pizza and they don’t have anything in their system about the free pizza. The person on the phone was laughing with a co-worker when I gave my address. Not sure what that was all about. Because it wasn’t in their system, they wouldn’t give me the free pizza. I was planning on ordering more than just the free one. We order from this store quite a bit and was quite disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She sounded like she was a teenager. So I didn’t order from them. Ordered elsewhere. Wasn’t going to take the chance that someone would spit on my pizza.

Got home late so ordered dinner and they have carry out close at 11 and I came in shortly before that time to pick it up and it's like they got mad about having an order and rushed it . My pasta bread bowl isn't even like in a bowl just saw a small crust like it's a pizza and a boat load of sauce on the very top and cheese at very bottom. The sauce should be with the noodles and the cheese be at the top so you have it with every bite along with everything else. That's how it's always been when I've ordered from them. Everything else is okay just this is a let down if this how they handle making orders an hour+ before closing.

This is the wrost dominos I had. I thought it might be rushed once but every time I order here they just don’t put enough toppings on the pizza and the crust is really dry. It’s like they are trying to save by not putting enough toppings including cheese. I had dominos at other places and I enjoy having it but this is not a good branch. And the service goes the same.

From the start just manager was too comfortable around me. Um he said he was watching me . I am respectful and mature. I am sorry your employees were trying to walk all over me like that's very disrespectful. Well I emailed the owner . Manager fired me after closing on A snow storm by myself as driver had me deliver to past 130 Am. He still won't reach out about how I was fired two days later I came in to 10 the next day and someone asked me to even close then! My prior shift i was THANKED for doing a good job closing by other employee . DEREK AND OTHER MANAGER ABUT APPARENTLY THERE ARE NO OTHER MANAGERS? MAKES SENCE. But yeah he text me I'm no longer employee after closing by myself. He says I'm incapable of doing night shift. How is this good for business?? Any of it really thwn you gonna just flat out ignore everything and ask me to stop calling? Why do yall love putting people in a Crisis? Do better!!!!!

Worst pizza delivery experience. We ordered directly from the store (not online or call center) speaking to staff. Placed the order at 4pm for a 6:30 delivery on 16 pizzas. At 7pm we called because it hadn’t arrived and they started 10-15 minutes. 8pm no pizza. Called and they said the order was cancelled!!! What??? Now we had 40 people with no dinner! Everyone started leaving to go get food and the party died. We called the next day to work it out with management and they never returned our call. Needless to say, if you’re having a party find someone more reliable.

Did a walk in the driver took my order he was all over the place touching everything the GM was making the pizzas you can tell he was rushing for no reason I never seen the GM or driver wash there hands before touching the food The driver cut the pizzas as they came out the oven never washing his hands The GM makes my pizza wrong /says oh I can just add the topping on top of the pizza and cook it again I said no I want a new pizza the correct way? He said ok I’ll make a new one While I waited he never remade my pizza just added the topping and threw it back in the oven When I asked him if this was a new pizza he said yes and I asked what did he do with the other pizza he said he gave it to the driver which gave it to another walk in that was a friend of the driver ???? I get in the car it’s the same pizza from the error pizza I ask for a refund he give me my refund and stands in his word he made me a new pizza to watch the video recording him ??? This was my first time walking in and placing an order at this location but definitely won’t ever come back here place is dirt workers are dirty imagine the pizza coming from here ????

*UPDATED REVIEW* I never got my food I waited two hours for it and then I cancelled it since it never came and we ate something else. I told the manager he was RUDE. SUPER RUDE. I asked to speak to someone above him he said there was no one and hung up. I was still charged for my food even tho I didn’t receive it so I disputed the charge. Later after my bad review o get an email saying I can get a credit for what I ordered that day. I called in today cause my son was begging me for pizza. When I told them about the email I received with the credit under my number they said that my number was unable to be serviced due to “credit card fraud” ✋🏼🤣 they wanted to charge me for food I didn’t receive after waiting for my order for TWO HOURS. My wait time they gave me was 10-20 minutes and the manager was the rudest guy I ever spoke to. He also didn’t wanna give me his name soooooooo yeah don’t waste your time or money on this place !

The lady manger is so mean we always order from here we got 2 large pizza and the bread and bread was so cheesy you can’t even taste anything and for the pizzas we put normal sauce and they put extra and as I said we come here all of the time we always get the same thing and this time it was so saucy we didn’t like it and when we called them the manager was so unprofessional. She wouldn’t help us with are situation she told us next time just put light sauce and I told her how are we going to eat it and she said u don’t have to and I told her what am I supposed to do throw it??? And she said if you want to worst manger ever!

Delivery driver flying down roads at 945pm is pretty unsafe when there’s people on the street because of construction and there only one way to park. Maybe you slow down instead of flying around with your arm out the window like a cool kid! Idk about you but I would appreciate if you could find a way to actually do 25 mph. Thank you
