I give it one star because there is no zero, no problem until they changed ownership, I took the menu two durum, potatoes and drink 13 €, today I have taken it and he charges me an extra for the drinks because according to him they have raised them when the menu says both 13 €, the meat heated on the grill and they add water to make it soft, because they had it cut and dry. He is rude, arrogant and disrespectful, as far as I am concerned they have already lost a client nor do I recommend it to anyone

Horrible, it made me want to throw up (I've never felt that way before). I paid for a durum wrap only to throw it away. They weren't even heating the meat; they just took a Tupperware container from the back room and grilled it, hence the brown sauce.

They're absolutely incompetent. We placed an order by phone at 9:20 PM and were told we could pick it up in 20 minutes. We ordered several doner kebabs and two pizzas. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, they didn't have it yet. Okay. They prepared the doner kebabs and told us we had to wait for the manager to arrive to take our money. We waited and waited… and when the manager finally arrived, it turned out he had to make the pizzas himself because the rest of the staff didn't know how. Almost two hours later, we left without our food. I don't know how they're still open with such terrible service and customer care.

We called at 9:20 p.m. to place our order and told them we'd pick it up. The guy serving us told us it would take 20 minutes. When we arrived, they hadn't prepared it, and at 11 p.m., which is 1 hour and 50 minutes after placing our order, we left without it because the people there were giving us the runaround. Disreputable people!!!!

They haven't delivered my order. I placed an order at 9 p.m., and almost two hours later, it hasn't arrived, and they haven't told me anything. They told me it would take about 40/50 minutes, but they didn't deliver. And that's right behind our house. Obviously, we won't try it again or recommend it.
