Enjoy your meal with us through dine-in or takeout options. We are proud to be wheelchair accessible and provide a welcoming atmosphere for solo diners and families with kids. We specialize in comfort food and quick bites. We're open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

This is a great place! Long before it became Karmen's, it has been the East Bay classic Kasper's hot dogs. Carmen and her mother ran Kasper's for years and when Kasper's decided to close down they bought the business and renamed it Karmen's. They've kept things the same, same great hot dogs, super friendly service where they treat everybody like family. It's a really great hot dog has that snap when you bite into. There are plenty of fresh toppings. Lots of choices of hot dogs. And they even make fresh tamales everyday. Not only is it the best hot dog in the Bay area, it's the kind of place that you feel good supporting. Great food with great owners who appreciate their community. Highly recommend you give them a try!
Karmen's offers the tasty and formerly known as Kasper's hot dog 🌭. They also sell tamales and other associated yummy foods. My favorite is the macaroni salad and cheese dog, VERY TASTY! Stop in and have some good food and enjoy the super friendly and always smiling staff. Just a great place.
