We went between Thursday and Friday at 1 AM and they let us in. They were still open, and they played the songs we requested so we could sing along. There were only a couple of tables with people who looked like office workers, having a great time. A guy was playing the piano and singing in the middle of the place, very pleasant. The DJ was kind of into the '90s, but there was a good vibe. It's called 40 20. It's a small but comfortable bar. We left at 3 AM and they offered to call us a taxi because there weren't any Ubers :( ... Even though it's not my favorite kind of place, I would go back.

A reservation was made for 30 people to celebrate a birthday at 9 pm. It was 10:30 pm and the DJ hadn't arrived, so we couldn't sing until later when he finally showed up. The service was very slow and poor. They charge over 15% for a tip upfront (which we were going to leave a very generous tip for), but it's unacceptable that they impose it when you receive such bad service. Two people on our list had the following items stolen: - Cell phone chargers - Wallets containing cash and other items No one from the venue took responsibility and treated us like we were crazy. They told us they never steal, that we were the only ones there, and that none of the 30 of us would steal from each other.

I went into the parking lot to go to the karaoke (I didn't know what time they closed) and for one minute they made me pay $70 pesos, the most blatant robbery.

Be careful when paying, they charge you a tip of whatever percentage they choose without asking you.

It's not karaoke, they just sing and tell you your song is next when they never play it, and they also charge a 20% tip without your consent.
