I very much dislike chicken and crinkle cut fries and this is all Raising Cane’s serves. My family wanted to eat here so I obliged and I ordered a meal for myself thinking I would only eat a few bites. It was so delicious that I didn’t leave a single crumb in the box! To my ow surprise, I highly recommend this fast food restaurant!
I always have a great experience. I mostly use the drive-thru. But “Announcer Guy” is my favorite guy the hear on the drive-thru speaker.
I love Cane's. I really enjoy their cicken fingers. They're tender, plump and juicy. The breading is done right, crispy and delicious. Their french fries have just the right crunchy outside with a perfectly cooked inside. The Texas toast is delightful. The coleslaw is wonderfully edible and their sweet tea is some of the best around.
Always delicious, always fast. Most consistent fast food that manages to always taste good. Usually you have to compromise something but with this place you get it all. I've been here hundreds of times, never waited in the drive thru for more than a minute or 2. Usually it's 30 seconds. Simply amazing.
The team here is really amazing! The manager and crew really came through for my company's holiday party. They were really communicative through the process when it was a last minute order. Can't say enough about this team. I've gotten food from here before and it's always amazing, but the customer service today blew my mind! Thanks, Raising Canes in Cedar Park! You made my staffs holiday season even more spectacular!!
That was some damn good chicken tenders. And the Cane's Sauce. Loved it! Adding this to my, "Definitely going back" list!
This store does a great job. Hot, fresh chicken!
Delicious every time. Loved taking a short walk to this one. Chicken was hot, and fries were fresh.
We normally take out. Only issue is how expensive it is but that's everything right now. Its definitely a treat night when we get it!
Came here tired after a long shift and then accidentally dropped my food all over myself. They kindly replaced it. Great customer service!
I've been eating at Raisin' Cane's since there was only one location in a strip mall just outside the north gates of LSU. Now look how far this real family-owned establishment has come! But let me tell ya, very little has changed. Other than the addition of the Caniac Combo, the menu is almost identical to what it was 25 years ago. The only difference I can recall is that they used to offer honey mustard as an alternative to their signature Cane's sauce, probably because Cane's sauce was considerably spicier back then. Other than that, they have remained remarkably faithful to their original menu. To the best of my knowledge, not a single person has ever ordered the chicken sandwich. It's rumored to not really exist. No one knows what might happen if some crazy fool were to order one!!
The food was hot and the service was great. The staff was friendly, and the place clean.
The chicken was absolutely amazing as usual, and my Texas toast was cooked perfectly. The cashier was nice, and he served me quickly. I got take out and ate with friends next door, and I'm glad I chose to go to Cane's instead.
Most of the Cane's I have been to have been serving portion sizes more like nuggets than strips. The size of portion here was more like I remember.
It was a lovely experience. Welcomed as soon as I walked in. Restroom was clean and appreciated that. Seating area was large enough that you didnt bump elbows with others. A water cup was offered versus me having to ask. 🥰 Chicken was ready pretty quickly and super hot and fresh. I wish the batter was a little thicker cus I love that crunch and certainly feel that Came Sauce shouldnt cost per each one. I feel ya should get at least one or two on the house. But good overall.
I was so excited to find out that you can request tenders without breading, aka naked tenders. They were delicious! Their bread is also worth the visit(s). I ordered online, and it was delivered curbside with no mistakes. I was very impressed.
The only thing I have a complaint about is the fact that we filled out a rewards card thinking we were going to get a discount on our first meal after we filled out everything out the manager says oh we no longer offer that sorry did not try to offer us a discount not even 5% really disappointed. We asked him to go ask his higher up took him literally 30 seconds to come back said there's nothing he could do no kind of discount was offered just wasted 15 minutes of my lunch time which is precious because I only get an hour for lunch.
I was pleasantly surprised. We have had such bad luck with fast food restaurants. Indifferent employees, bad food and dirty restaurants. BUT, this restaurant is none of the above. Cheerful employees! Got my food within a couple minutes and it was good. The tables were checked every five or ten minutes and wiped down. You can always tell when there is a good manager.
Best chicken tenders I’m the area! Their menu isn’t large but they stick to chicken and if you want the best chicken tenders, go to Canes. The fries are ok I think they’d be better if they were a bit crispy but they’re usually soggy. The coleslaw is actually really good. The best part though and what keeps me craving canes is the sauce! There’s definitely a hint of curry in it but not overpowering at all. It’s just really delicious. Lastly, drove through lines can be long at times but they usually move fast and it’s worth the wait anyway. Food is always hot and fresh, and service has always been friendly.
Tenders are always consistent, staff is friendly and restaurant is very clean. If you are looking for tenders, Canes knocks it out of the park.
First I will start with employees who were receiving the order in counter. They were welcoming and always had smiles in their even though able to see the tiredness. Hats up for them 👏👏.We order 25 fingers which was really juicy and tasted delicious. Definitely a must try fast food center.
This is a pleasant surprise. The staff are courteous and friendly. The chicken is great and ask for the fries extra crispy. The tea is actually great. It's not just a second thought item. Clean. Friendly. Great experience.
Raising Cane's is why I won't consider going vegetarian, and this location is not exception. Everyone is super friendly and attentive and the facility is clean as a whistle. The chicken is so hot and fresh that it actually low key hurts to eat if you're not careful--that's why they give you the sauce. I've never had to wait on my food taking too long here but I wish they did have more parking.
I rarely eat anything deep fried, but when I do... it's here. They always serve their perfectly-cooked tenders piping hot, have generous portions compared to other restaurants, and lightly spice their food in a unique but subtle way. The icing on the cake is their homemade Cane's Sauce! It's like ranch, but better than ranch. In fact, I bet it makes ranch jealous.
This is a great Raising Cane's. It's interior is fresh, in good repair, kept very clean. Its staff keeps the trademark Cane's friendliness - as friendly as a golden retriever. I will say that they don't keep up their game on the order greeting. There's no "Chicken, chicken! What combo are you pickin'?" Or similar quips. As someone who lived in Baton Rouge, the origin of Cane's where a good quip is always ready, I miss that. And then, there's the issue all Cane's have: the chicken isn't seasoned. This is a tragedy. It makes me a little embarrassed for their Louisiana roots where some of the best fried chicken mom & pops brine chicken so good you gnaw & suck on the bones after. And, I understand chicken tenders are boneless, but white meat chicken really benefits from a brine. And the breading isn't well seasoned either. They rely 100% on the flavor of the sauce: a type of remoulade. The sauce is good, but it can't make up for the under seasoning of the chicken. Despite this, the appetite of the American public can't get enough fried boneless chicken and Cane's is a fantastic alternative to that other boneless chicken place. And, it's open on Sundays 😉
The people that works there were really nice helpful making it easy to get whatever you want It’s very special taste for their sauce. Would definitely recommend it to everybody.
The sauce is very good indeed! Chicken was crunchy and tasty!
I rarely get to say I'm ever happy with service especially at a fast food restaurants and after a long day I was expecting to have a little bit more patience at a fast food joint late at night but I was in and out of the drive through and I just want to say thank you to Emily sayer and the crew, seriously Management give them an extra chicken tender on the side
I typically do not write reviews for fast food establishments, but this restaurant truly deserves recognition. The service was exceptional, when I picked up my order, I accidentally dropped a piece of chicken, and without hesitation, the staff promptly brought a replacement to my table. The overall atmosphere, from the friendly and attentive team to the cleanliness of the space, makes this my new go-to destination for chicken.
I recently had the pleasure of trying Cane's Chicken, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Their signature chicken tenders are perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside. The breading is light and flavorful, allowing the juicy chicken to shine through. The accompanying sides are equally satisfying. The crinkle-cut fries are golden brown, crispy, and have a great salty flavor. The Texas toast is soft and buttery, providing a comforting contrast to the crispy chicken. And let's not forget the secret sauce, a creamy and tangy concoction that perfectly complements the chicken. The service at Cane's was friendly and efficient. The staff was attentive and made sure that our meal was prepared to our liking. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. Overall, Cane's Chicken is a fantastic fast-casual dining option. If you're craving delicious, high-quality chicken tenders, I highly recommend giving them a try.
Great service and extremely consistent tasty strips and sauce!
IMO the best chicken tenders, they are so juicy and tender, breading is not to crunchy but flavorful, The only thing is it seems that most often we don't get enough ketchup the last time was we asked for double fries and no Cole slaw and we only got what looks like 1 serving of fries.
Lowkey chicken isn’t good without the sauce. The sauce is magic
Food is hot and we always have friendly and fast service.
I love the food here. There is something special about the chicken
I have gone to Raising Cane's something like 30+ times and I can honestly say I love it just as much as the first time I tried it. These chicken tenders are hands down the best I've ever had. They are perfectly moist and crispy. The sauce they provide to dip your chicken in is amazing. Pro tip, if you don't like coleslaw like me, you can ask that they replace it with either a extra slice of bread, or an extra sauce. If you come here you have to try their sweet tea as well. I know they use a lot of cane sugar to make the sweet tea, but it is still my favorite tea. Not only is this place super tasty, but its also incredibly cheap too for a combo meal. That's a great combo right? Additionally, the service and time it takes to get your food is second to none. Great customer service here.
Our favorite fast food place ever. We go there so often, our granddaughter even gave us raising Cane's shirts for Christmas. Go there about once a week. Best chicken ever.
Raising Cane’s never misses, and this visit was no exception. My fiancé and I stopped in and ordered the Caniac Combo, and from the very first bite we were in absolute heaven. The food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy — the kind of meal where you look at each other after the first bite like, “Yep… this is gonna slap.” And that Cane’s sauce? Unbeatable. There’s just nothing else like it. It’s the perfect mix of tangy, creamy, peppery magic that makes you want to dip everything in it — the chicken, the fries, the Texas toast… all of it. I always get a large cup full of it, because you know… they DO sell it by the cup! Their sweet tea is always on point, too. It’s that perfect Southern-style sweet tea that’s smooth, refreshing, and not too syrupy. It paired soooo well with our big, delicious meal. The staff was quick, the food was fresh, and the whole experience was exactly what Cane’s is supposed to be — simple menu, big flavor, and quality you can count on every single time. My fiancé and I enjoyed every bite and left completely satisfied. If you’re craving crispy tenders, killer sauce, and the best sweet tea around, Cane’s is always the move.
My wife and I went on a little trip to Cane’s, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was fabulous — especially from Mason (#8)! He was so friendly, fun, and respectful. Truly made our visit even better...!
Their menu may be simple, but every item is executed to perfection. The chicken fingers are always crispy and delicious, complemented perfectly by their famous Cane's Sauce. The crinkle-cut fries and bread make for the perfect sides, creating a satisfying meal every time. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service even during busy times. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for a casual meal. Raising Cane's consistently delivers high-quality food and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Update; We've been to this location numerous numerous times and most recently, today, January 22nd. Every time we come here, everything is awesome. The food is always very good. The staff working is always very friendly. They keep the place spotless clean. We will continue to be regular customers! Came to this location for dinner, October 31st. The food was great and so were all people working. Very friendly staff and very clean seating.

Team members are so nice at this location! \nMy son and husband love the food. I'm allergic to wheat however I love going here to get food for my rob. Place is clean and great employees and decor. …

Typical Raising Cane's location, staff were friendly and the food was fresh. I had the dish with four chicken fingers, Texas toast, fries, coleslaw and the special sauce. The fries, chicken and toast were hot, and tasty. I Love the special sauce, it's the thing that has me coming back. As others have stated the chicken portions have decreased in size, which is disappointing. I didn't eat the coleslaw though. Unfortunately everytime other than the first visit I ever made, the coleslaw I ate had gone sour. As a result I'm gun-shy of trying it again One thing I have commented on, in the parking information, is the lack of available parking. There are 8 standard parking spots, 3 for curbside pickup, then 1 other opposite the entry. There are a few around rear of the building also. What I found disappointing was at least 3 of the 12 customer parking spots were taken by staff. This means customers either just keep going, not stopping, or they have to walk all the way from the rear of the building. Not good customer relations in my opinion.
I got the three piece combo. Loved the sweet tea,& the french fries lacked any crunch. But the place was Immaculate. And the chicken was delicious.
My first time trying out Cane’s and I loved it!! The food was delicious!!! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was our cashier didn’t listen to what we wanted and then argued with us when we tried to place the correct order. Other than that the food was great, the price was fair, and fast service.
Great tenders. Only complaint is they are very skimpy with the sauces. You order 4 tenders and get one small sauce. You can order extra sauce for .35 each, which I did, only to get home to see they forgot to give me the extra sauce😅
Simplicity. That's one great thing about this place. There are 4 items on the menu - and all involve chicken fingers and fries. There's something good about a place that specializes in something in order to do it well. The chicken tenders are very good, as are the fries. The Texas Toast is also very good. The only thing keeping this place from getting 4 stars? They don't have white gravy as a choice. Their sauce is pretty good, but I like gravy with my chicken tenders. Very interesting place. I'll stop by again when I'm in the area.
Out of all the time I've been to this place, the service was alright, but whoever was talking to us seemed mad, I don't know why. Besides that the food was great. The speed was outstanding on how fast we got our food and ordered it. I have not been inside, so I can not comment on the atmosphere, but almost every cane's might look the same, right?
Great chicken, very tender and the sauce is superb. Always my go to after work, but its a fast food place like any other, so the atmosphere isn't exactly the greatest. Other than that minor detriment fantastic place to get food from!
My first time trying Raising Canes, and it definitely won't be my last! I really enjoyed my visit here. The employees were so kind and patient, and the food was made fresh to order. I got the following: • 1 caniac combo ( chicken, well done) • arnold palmer • butter on both sides for the toast
The bread is soft and the chicken is tastier than KFC. And the service is good.
Canes chicken is the best fast food chicken, in my opinion. The food is consistently good, not excessively greasy or overcooked. The fries are seasoned well, the coleslaw is good and the sauce is tasty. I don’t eat fast food often but when I do, this is one of the top options. The location is just OK. The parking lot can be a real cluster at times, but everything moves pretty quickly for the most part.
Good food but not worth the price. Texas bread ✔️ chicken fingers not very crispy, a little soggy. ✔️ individual strips are closer to being nugget sized than stripped size. ✔️ The cole slaw serving is small enough to raise the question on whether weath ✔️
Food was pretty tasty. The chicken was better than the last visit at this location. Maybe time of day determines how fresh, idk. Service was great. This location hosted a fundraiser benefit for Sandy Creek flood survivors. I feel like something needs to be done about parking at this location. The reataurant hasn't been full when we've come the past couple of times, but there is rarely parking available. For this reason, I feel like the curbside pick up spots should be removed and potentially have curbside people call in upon arrival or jump in the drive thru lane and expedite their order accordingly.
The food did not meet my expectations. The coleslaw appeared to be improperly prepared, and the fries were soggy. Thank you for considering this feedback.
Solid spot to grab some chicken tenders. Although the chicken could use a bit more flavor IMO, the sauce is the star of the show here and really completes the meal. Service is usually pretty good, …

I don't know what to feel, because we love the taste of raising canes. But they're getting smaller and price has gone up. I get it, but don't cut the size of the chicken. I don't mind paying the increase if I get a good portion. And we ordered Xtra sauce and didn't get. Hopefully you will think about this issue. Ty
Our meal was average at best. The tenders were fine but the fries were terrible. Myself and my two children thought they were meh. They were brownish outside but undercooked inside. I even asked them make me a batch that were cooked longer. And while I appreciate the effort they were still meh.
Raising Cane's chicken tender quality has dropped drastically. 😓😓 The Tenders are now so small, about half the size they have always been. (Been eating them just about weekly for years) The Flavor is still off the charts, but it is getting to be too expensive for what little tenders you get. Espcially when you add an extra tender for almost $2 and its not much bigger than a couple small nuggets. Sadly We have notice this at a few locations we frequent. Hopefully Cane's can bring the quality/size back to what it used to be..
I like the food. Never have to wait very long when placing an order inside, it is clean, and the service meets expectations. But the drive-thru line can get very long, and I may stop going to this location as much because I find the traffic at this intersection to be pretty bad. It is difficult getting back to the freeway.
Great food but Customer Service is declining. I came in to pick up a tailgate order, was not greeted or anything. The person at the counter hardly said a word. Miss the good old days when Customers were appreciated and told at least thank you or have a nice day.
Food is edible but we paid over $28 for two people. When we asked for an extra Cane sauce, they wanted to charge for it. That is outrageous. Paying almost $30 for two people is already crazy but when we ask for sauce, it should be included.
The blandest chicken strips. Not the worst I’ve ever had in my life but not worth wasting money on. Only one sauce to choose from (wasn’t good either). Will not return and haven’t ever eaten there after my first time. I don’t understand the hype behind this place at all. The only redeeming quality is the staff was extremely friendly and the service was fast but that’s most chicken places.
Just went through drive thru got back home didn't get any extra sauces I paid for my sweet tea was a diet soda and no coleslaw with my box combo... upsetting since I was charged for extra sauces and didn't get everything even with my order. Ugh. Will be checking before I leave drive thru from now on.
Great chicken but the portions are not as in the drive through pictures . The 3 piece combo is over ten dollars and the actual chicken is a quarter the size of a normal strip . Basically a bite of a tender . It's great food with toast and fries . The staff seems great and good to see the younger generation doing a great job . If it was portioned as in the picture I'd give it a 5 star but for over ten dollars I shouldn't still be left hungry .
The workers were great but what in the world has happened to Canes??? I ordered at $17!! meal and when I opened the box I was shocked. The chicken fingers have definitely been sized down dramatically. I get all the inflation, but $17 for 6 tiny pieces of chicken and a small amount of fries. Come on. If you wanna charge that amount for one meal, make it worth it. Absurd!
Today’s food was disappointing. We are frequent customers. The service is always great, but the food for the drive thru was soggy all around. The tenders, fries and toast. Maybe just an off day but was very disappointed that all 3 of our meals were not how they usually are.
It is what it is. It's a fast food place, don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Expect any amount of quality and you will for sure be let down. Definitely bit the best chicken I've ever had, but it's probably not the worst. If you really want good chicken, then you shouldn't be going to a fast food place like this anyways. That's the plain truth. I wouldn't recommend it to others. The staff are nice and seem cool, but at the end of the day it's just a fast food joint, that's all it is. And for the prices you're gonna pay here to eat, you could've gone to a real restaurant and got some actual good food. The cole slaw however is okay, and the Texas toast wasnt horrible. None of it is good down home cooked food by any means. You want real quality, go to a real restaurant.
We ordered the chicken sandwiches which looked great but lacked taste. Could have been seasoned a little more or a more flavorful sauce could work. Chicken was moist and crunchy on the outside which is how we like it but it was bland for us.
Tried going through drive thru car in front of me waited long enough to put their car in park and kept saying hello with no response. Ended going inside and was served quickly. Also their app is crap you can make a order but every time you try and pay it says system error.
10/1 @ about 8:15pm to the young girl taking orders in the drive through. Something was clearly wrong with either A) the PA system B) YOUR HEADSET or C) YOU have a major hearing problem. This normally wouldn't be a problem but your crap attitude and completely unnecessary rude comments show you need some coaching at very least and at best get out of customer service. Hope to return to a better customer service experience and likely a fixed PA system.

I don't recommend this location at all if you ever come here for their soggy chicken don't leave the drive-through line until you count your chicken strips $16 for a six piece and they give me …

The app is the worst. I ordered for curbside pickup. I got there early but nobody came out. waited five minutes after my ready time. Then drove through drive through where everyone was hanging out …
Bun wasn't even toasted. Fries tasted dry and soft. Chicken seemed off. Glad I only got 3 pieces. Customer service didn't put hot sauce or ketchup in my bag when I asked twice.

If I could give minus zero I honestly would I ordered only three pieces with fries and a drink I waited at the window for 30+ minutes and the cashier weren't professional at alll
They overcharged me $13 for one kids meal and refused to refund. Do NOT COME HERE. Had receipt and food as proof, as I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot when I had to go back in.
DO NOT ROLL THOUGH THIS RAISING CAN'S UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE ROBBED WITH SMILE. CHECK. YOUR. ORDER. Before leaving or you will be dinning on regret and grease. One star is to generous. Y'all thrive on messing up orders like it's a talent.👎
I placed an order with someone who seemed newer. Asked if I sub make a sub or add coleslaw. Took a few double takes and said I needed to add. No promblem. Asked to add it. Food came an no coleslaw. I told the person bringing out the food. He looked at receipt and said it wasn’t added and left it at that. Didn’t offer to ask if I still wanted. Asked if i wanted to pay to add or even just fix it. No one hear seems friendly. Would not return
The meal was satisfactory, however, I re quested that the soap dispenser in the restroom be refilled. Upon returning to wash my hands, I discovered that the soap had still not been replenished. This oversight suggests a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer comfort. Consequently, I will not be returning to this establishment.
I had a frustrating experience at this location. They’re doing this new thing where someone stands outside to hand you your order, so you have to stop further away from the window than usual. The girl who was supposed to give me my food just walked off after handing the order to the car in front of me…didn't say a word, didn’t come back. Even the guy at the window looked confused and seemed to be waiting for her. Eventually, I had to get out of my car just to grab my own food from the window. Not a great setup, and definitely not great service. Hope they figure this out soon.
We think the chicken tastes amazing. The service was not what we would expect. We ordered coleslaw but the drive through attendant didn’t add it. We were disappointed. We started off saying we had not been there before but he kept saying “excuse me?” When we asked questions. We would have liked more help navigating the menu to feed our crew.
Pretty disappointed with y’all lately. These prices are going thru the roof and it’s obvious. Went here for lunch, bought a Box and Caniac combo, paid just under $30!!! Ridiculous for only 2 meals. Also, all of our tenders looked purposely cut small, where they were once big enough to be worth my money at least. Look at how these tenders look the same now, practically chicken NUGGETS lol. What the heck is going on Cane’s???
From burnt chicken, cashiers who can’t process a debit card, to not honoring a free “replacement meal” for the burnt chicken promised by manager, we have had nothing but bad experiences at this particular location. Luckily today I was going through Round Rock and the Cane’s there took care of me. They knew how to swipe my card and make it work! 😂
$16 for 6 chicken fingers and a small basket of underwhelming fries. They forgot to give me Canes sauce or Ketchup. Canes sauce costs extra apparently
We stop here for their chicken tenders but was served small tenders after spend $18 for a meal with 6 tiny tenders. The location in Austin and round rock aren't greedy like this one. They changed you for a meal and they serve you what you pay for. They scammed us and will scammed you too! Will not go back to this location. Plus the eating area and the drinking fountain is dirty and the teenager give us a bad vibe looking and talk to one another like they was talk clap about us. They was very friendly and smiling with the Caucasian teenagers but not with us that was right behind the group.
WARNING ‼️ I understand portion control but omg we couldn’t believe our eyes we payed $32 the chicken strips was so small you could put all three together and make one full strip and the fries wasn’t even a small size it’s was a couple I can’t get mad. I’m just not going there anymore maybe they should closed.
Disappointed and Hungry! Ordered the Caniac Combo, which is supposed to come with six chicken fingers. What did I get? Four at best—and two of them were just breading with barely any chicken inside. How does that even happen?! For the price, I expect to get what I paid for. Either the kitchen needs to learn how to count, or they’re cutting corners. Not impressed, won’t be back.
Used to love this place, but it's really gone down hill. Chicken tenders are nugget sized now, they used to be at least large for the price! We're getting shrinkflation from everyone, but I can't take it from a place that literally serves nothing else. Y'all should be ashamed, I want my money back.
