We stumbled upon this gem on a whim after dinner, and it was the perfect end to our night. The floral decor is stunning, creating a beautiful atmosphere with a perfectly matched color palette. The staff was incredibly welcoming and patient while we browsed the menu. We shared the creme brûlée toast and the mango crepe, and both were delicious. I especially loved that the toast comes in four pieces, which made it so easy to share. Definitely coming back for more of their desserts!
My friend and I visited here yesterday and had such a great experience! We ordered the mango matcha latte, strawberry matcha latte, mango shaved ice, and the boba lava honey toast. Everything was delicious. The owner (who I believe she was) was incredibly friendly and kept coming over to check on us and chat, which made the experience feel very welcoming. The rest of the staff were also super kind. If you prefer drinks that aren’t overly sweet like me, I recommend ordering them at around 25–50% sweetness. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I came the first day they opened, at their soft opening, and have loved it ever since! Everyone here is so nice - the Customer Service is amazing. Came back today with family to stand in line to try to win Boba for life, LOL! Changes already to the cafe - boba drinks are good!
Having been to CAFFEiN multiple times during their soft opening, I can honestly say it is my new favorite boba shop! The staff members are so sweet when I show up at opening with my baby boy trying to fulfill my boba craving. The Texas sized drinks are large and amazingly priced. My go-to drink has been the Strawberry Milk Tea with boba or crystal boba. And my husband enjoys the mango green tea with boba. Also, highly recommend the sweet milk toast! The perfect sweet treat. Popcorn chicken also delicious and surprisingly spicy to me even when mild. I look forward to stopping by more often. Today, January 30th is their grand opening and they’re busy as expected.
Of everything, I loved the yuzu sparkle drink. Very refreshing. Malaysian iced coffee was delicious too! Beautiful ceiling decor and their prices are competitive! Not $9 for a boba tea ☺️🫣.
Cute little spot that brings back the good old memories of my college days studying at boba shops in California. I got the passion fruit milk tea and it was pretty good. I’ve never had this flavor in milk tea and only in slushy. We also got the shake shake fries. It’s their soft opening, so there are some food items that aren’t available yet. I’m looking to coming back and trying the popcorn chicken. They have a couple of tables there, and they offer free WiFi as well. Seems like a great place to enjoy boba and study or catch up with friends.
We come here weekly every since we discovered this place a few months ago. We like most of the drinks on the menu. Our favorite are passion fruit green with lychee jelly, rose milk tea, citrus sparkle, and lavender lemonade. The popcorn chickens are delicious, not too much batter, as real as they come. Curry fishballs are also yummy and not too spicy. I tried not to eat too much sweets so I don’t order the toasts too often, but they are good too. Shaved snow ice was soft and flavorful. The owner and staff are very nice, they made great recommendations based on my preferences. I found several of my go to drinks after trying. The best of it all is my kids love playing with the free street fighter while we wait for our drinks. My boy says he can wait to grow up to work here so he can have these drinks all day everyday.
1/2026 Wanted to try a Malaysian cafe, saw people like the burgers here. Ended up getting popcorn chicken extra spicy and the roti canai. The popcorn chicken was on par with Vivi which is one of my favorites. The 5 spice seasoning was perfect throughout and the spicy level was perfect for me. Good portion as well. The roti canai was about the same price though I feel like the portion is lower than that of the popcorn chicken. Roti was perfect with the slight crisp on it. The curry was a bit more on the salty and watery side, if they made it a bit thicker and less salty I would love it a lot. I’ll try the burger next time.
The cute decorations drew me in, but the nice staff and delicious food made me stay! We had a taro boba smoothie, winter melon black tea boba, strawberry banana crepe, and the fish balls. Drinks were refreshing, and I especially loved the crepe (refreshing, good size for the price, and not too sweet), and the fish balls had a delicious sauce with hints of lemongrass (just my taste pallete)! Staff was very nice and kindly explained some menu items to us. Environment is so cute and peaceful with board games available to use. 100% recommend yall come visit this place! Will definitely be coming back again soon, especially for grand opening to taste the rest of the savory menu items ♡
came here during the grand opening BOGO weekend, there was a lot of people but the decorations are super cute. the texas sized teas are pretty funny to look at haha. i got the earl grey milk tea and the tea flavor is fragrant. the mt feels more tea than milk heavy which i like. right now you can write a review for a chance to win life time supply of boba!
I came across a post from the Dallas Chinese group regarding a newly opened tea establishment located next to my apartment. I decided to give it a try and ordered a variety of teas and fries. My favorite was the winter melon tea with grass jelly and pudding. Additionally, the fries, although simple in appearance, were enhanced by the seasoning. I eagerly anticipate the availability of their other appetizers. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tracy, who is exceptionally nice and friendly. She remembered me on my second visit. Over the course of two weeks, I have visited the establishment six times, and it has become my preferred spot to relax and unwind. I intend to introduce more people to her establishment. Adding $1 more to get bigger size. Why not
Be aware - the atmosphere is very pink and floral. Not for everyone. But the fruit tea was great. Can recommend their signature green tea fruit tea!
Creme brulee toast was beyond amazing! I’ve been coming back for this and their ramly burger. Strawberry matcha latte is good but a bit on the sweeter side but my kids loved it
Checked it out back in early December and have been coming back ever since! They have a solid menu with a great variety of food, snacks, desserts, and plenty of different drinks. The staff and owner are always very welcoming here and my wife and I are happy to support them! My wife loves their early grey milk tea and I love their standard milk tea, yuzu sparkle, and brown sugar milk tea. They have a unique and crazy Texas size too! Their late hours also come in very clutch and have free wifi if you want to chill/work.
Tried Caffé.in for the first time and it was delicious. We ordered the Taro Milk Tea, Caffé.in Fresh Fruit Tea, and Creme Brulee Toast and were satisfied with our choices. They have a wide variety of drinks on their menu and you are able to choose the sweetness, ice level and toppings of your drinks. Amazing customer service - 10/10 recommend. Can't wait to go back and try their food menu!
The owner is friendly! Fruit tea is delicious! Shaved ice, crepe, crème brûlée toast, and curry fishballs are amazing! The husband is Malaysian so they offer Malaysian style dishes.
Second time here but posting pictures from my first visit on Christmas Day too. Very cute and intentional decor inside. Friendly workers. Soft opening discount 20% off drinks! We just found out you get a discount if you bring your cup back on your next visit. Size up to a Texas size for only $1 more. I think this cafe has a good amount of tea taste in their milk tea drinks! Drinks ordered the first time: White grape oolong Wintermelon milk tea Drinks ordered this time: Mango milk tea Honeydew milk tea Lychee smoothie

Update: their Honeydew Milk Tea, Strawberry Milk Tea and Banana Milk Tea is really good! Love the place and price points! I ordered the Wintermelon Milk Tea, it was decent. I think it could be improved, it was missing the Wintermelon flavor and a bit of sweetness. My brother tried the Matcha Green Iced Cream Milk Tea tho and it was good! The Texas sized were crazy
Amazing service, beautiful cafe! Loved my experience. The Vietnamese iced coffee, and salt & pepper tofu did not disappoint! I will be back to try more of the Malaysian items! 20% off soft opening until ~Jan
I Love Boba Tea Texas Size! The drink sizes are great and today they had BOGO which made it even better. I come here all the time and the owner is the sweetest. 🧋

I’ve been to this cafe about 5x and I love the decorations inside. The boba is soft and there’s a wide variety of snacks. The roti canai is good as well as the bingsu

This is my current go-to place to get some studying done! I love the atmosphere and interior design here. Plus all of the staff have been super friendly :) Tip: Bring back your cup to reuse and get a discount on your next drink! Drinks: - Fresh fruit green tea: 5/5 - Iced green tea: 4.5/5 - Milk green tea: 4/5 - Earl grey milk tea: 4/5 Food: - Matcha shaved snow w/ condensed milk: 5/5 ~ This is my favorite menu item so far. To any matcha lovers out there, I highly recommend this!! - Curry golden fish ball: 5/5
The service was amazing and the place itself was so aesthetic and gorgeous. Last time I got the Texas size fruit tea green tea and cream brulee toast, SO GOOD!
The aromatic tea is incredibly fragrant, offering a deep, authentic flavor. I was also impressed by the nice decorations, which create a modern and inviting atmosphere perfect for photos.
Pretty solid new boba addition to the 99 Ranch complex. Was able to try the Ramly burger, fries, creme brulee toast and a drink. The Ramly burger has fried chicken and was pretty flavorful with the chili sauce. I enjoyed this one a lot though especially with the thin egg around it. The fries that came with it were just okay and they give you seasoning to add but it was already really salty. The creme brulee toast was pretty good. Had a smooth and sweet taste though some bites were more on the buttery side. The white grape oolong milk tea seemed to be popular so I tried that. I thought it was decent and a little lacking in tea and white grape flavor. Plus there seemed like a lot of ice cubes and not a lot of actual drink. I didn't think it was worth it for that. Overall a pretty solid choice and would probably come back for more of their savory foods and desserts.
Love this place! The owner and staff are extremely kind. Food is also amazing! The curry golden fish balls and Malaysian curry chicken bento are delicious. The creme brulee toast made an excellent dessert! We ordered everything for takeout and our bento wasn't close all the way, so some of it spilled a bit during the car ride.

The crepe itself tastes good so it would have been amazing had i gotten what I ordered and waited 20 minutes for. I ordered a banana and Nutella crepe and all I got was banana and vanilla ice cream with a tiny outside drizzle of chocolate syrup (which Nutella is not).. super disappointing as this was all I was craving and I got so excited to find a place open today.
