EXCELLENT CHICKEN! Best roasted chicken I've ever had to go! Seasoned just right! The restaurant was packed too! I really didn't even know what I ordered but it was all good as hell lol. I'm not supposed to be eating rice anymore, but it was so good I eat all of it i couldnt help myself! What the heck!🤷🏾‍♀️ Hidden gem for sure! These the kinda spots that do you right on the servings, too! I wish I could come back lol maybe next time!

The arroz con gandules is very delicious. It tastes just like my mom used to make it. The rotisserie chicken is the best we have ever tried. It is moist and tasty. The batatas and the yuca are delicious. We drive 1 hr there to pick up food because we found it like home cooked food. Recommend to everyone.

It's a good place for combo meals. Relatively cheap and my favorite items were the arroz con gandules and yuca. Full of flavor. The only thing is it's very narrow and has a small indoor dining area. It's nicer to sit outside, though. Overall, good experience

This place is always good. Sometimes crowded, but to be expected bc the food is good, always fresh and the prices can't be beat. This place is my go to, especially those days I don't feel like cooking. I usually get the Combo Familiar and for under $30 it can easily feed 5 people.

The location is small so there may not be available tables to sit when you arrive so you are best ordering your meal to go. The best value is the family combo which is a lot of food for under $30. The service is ok but a little slow since the place is often busy. The ladies that work the counter are rough on the edges. They yell at you but in the end you get your food. I like their ribs the best. If you are craving authentic Puerto Rican food in Kissimmee, you should check out Viktor Pollo. Just bring your patience.

They were great portions for the price and tasty, too, although the arroz con gandules was a tad bit too salty for my liking. It was still enjoyable. I would definitely eat there again.

Hello I’m Rafael, My family ordered Chicken whole and ribs… Great service but, I received a Small Salty Dry Chicken and too much rice… the chicken was so salty my wife and son had to buy a drink… And the some of the insides of the chicken was raw to be honest I’m surprised that health inspectors missed that… The ribs was horrible they said the ribs come with 5 ribs but I received one rib cut into 5 pieces, yet again too much rice. I feel like I was paying for only the rice.

I placed an online pickup order and was on the phone with my daughter to make sure she provided the correct information. During pickup via DoorDash, my daughter interacted with Keysha, who spoke to her in a very condescending tone. My daughter later mentioned that Amanda was very kind to her, which I appreciated. I realized afterward that I had forgotten to add drinks to the order, so I went inside myself, and Keysha was very nice to me during that interaction. Please remember to treat all customers with kindness and respect, regardless of age.

I had a tiny drumstick and not sure what the rest of it was but I have always loved the food today was different makes me not want to go back

Food is usually good. Gone a few times and they are out of chicken too often. Girls lack Customers service completely. And I been going for years! They’re Rude pretty much. When they are busy.. they look so disorganized, frantic and lost. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY… PUT A DAMN HAIRNET ON!!! I have found a hair in my food and they all back there with hair loose and everywhere. Not cool. Little things like hairnets, better customer service and finding a way to NOT run out of chicken might help improve your business by ALOT! :) usually quick, nearby and affordable.. so I will be back!

Found a roach leg in my food. After seeing what the place looked like, I am not surprised. The leg was found in my rice. Placed it on my yuca for better view. I almost brushed it off to it being seasoning. Nope, it’s definitely a roach leg.

Unfortunately, the ribs were undercooked, and the rice and yuca were overly seasoned and too salty.

The food is excellent.. the treatment is another whole ball game rude employeees especially the cashier on the 23 of April at 3'40 pm . 1st time he re and they treat you in so much rush that you haven't even finish thinking what you want to eat and they already looking at you like a weird person and pushing you to basically get out of the line .. really sad I tough I was going to feel at home but they treat you worst than a fast food. O for customer service
