Great service and quality food

Awesome wing night ... Bogo was classic excellent service , cold beer. Great service!! So let me give you an update on my latest visit . Was there with my wife on Sunday for lunch , food was good , everything seemed to be ok . When it was time to pay the waitress took my credit card and disappeared for a few minutes. Didn’t think too much of it at the time...so that evening in the overnight hours my credit card was changed in the amount of $900 dollars from various on line merchants. Now I’m not pointing fingers but the charges were that consistent with a young girl.,,, clothes , shoes , jewelry... again not pointing fingers , I’ll leave that up to Suffolk county detectives. Be careful when you pay with a credit card . It only takes a second for them to snap a picture of the front and back of your card.

These are the best chicken wings I've ever eaten. The success are delicious. You can also try the most spicy sauce to challenge your friends. Great environment.

Came in last night and was greeted by Julianna she was sweet and very fast looked as if she was alone she was taking orders and preparing the food. She definitely gets a 5 star from me. Go Julianna you’re a great asset to this company!!!! See you soon

I had went for the 1st time I was greeted by a lovely girl named Julianna she was patient and very knowledgeable on what came with everything I wanted, what would be the best for me to order. She was amazing not to mention her recommendations were amazing and food was awesome I will be back!!!!

So I am from out of town and accidentally ordered my Wings boneless when I wanted them bone in. Spoke to the manager and he immediately fixed the problem and was very friendly I will come back every single time thank you so much to the manager you are awesome! The food was excellent as well exactly the way I ordered.

Joanne was my server it was somewhat busy but she was attentive not only to my table but all of her tables. I wasn't sure what to get but she made a few suggestions and I loved the street tacos. The manager Brett came over also which I thought was professional. Will definitely return soon

First off, the service here is awesome. The host and waiters are very friendly as soon as you walk in the door providing patrons a warm welcoming environment before you get to enjoy their very savory and delicious wings. I love the drinks at this particular Wild Wings, the bartender is always on point. I usually visit this location once a week and have yet to find anything to complain about. They have a great promotional menu that starts from 2pm to 7pm so you can't go wrong by stopping by just to try this place for the first time. Also, the environment is family friendly so you can bring your kids with you too to enjoy some good wings. The wings are definitely awesome but their burgers are a grand slam too. I would have to say this is one of the best Sports Bar/Restaurants I've frequent in this area. To the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings, if you get to read this, good work on your behalf and keep it up. 👍👍👍👍👍

The restaurant is clean and nice. People are nice too. i chose combo and chose mango habanero and asian zing. Both were delicious but I prefer asian zing. It tastes like Korean chicken. I like it.

My son chose this to have his graduation party at this location. I called a month in advance and spoke with Mike the manger all i can say is wow what a great experience for a party of 20 people. Everyone had a great time and the service was top notch.

Craving a black bean burger so I ordered the one from here and it was very flavorful, had a nice kick to it. Good size as well, was pretty filling. I was a fan of the fries too.

Buffalo Wild Wings has become a go-to spot for our family. The chipotle dry rub on the wings is outstanding—packed with flavor and always cooked just right. The fries are consistently crisp, and the burger is surprisingly excellent—juicy, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. My kids always look forward to the chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks, which are both reliably good and perfect for them. The food is consistently solid across the board, and it’s a great place for a casual, family-friendly meal.

whoever is putting together the ToGo orders is doing it right. Doordash delivery had everything needed...including ketchup,moist wipes,and utenoils without asking. Everything was packed well. Food wise was great too. Bone-In Wings were great! Onion Rings and Mac and cheese awesome

The atmosphere is very favourable and especially to sports fans since they usually have sports games on the tvs. I remember them having some arcade games as well that are amusing and overall, the service is very well put together! They don't keep you waiting too long for food and the decorations are nice.

We had Ava and Mathew as our servers and they were genuinely great. From the minute we sat down, they brought the energy and patience we didn’t even know we needed. We were definitely being a handful — joking around, asking for a bunch of stuff, probably a little annoying — but they didn’t miss a beat. Both of them kept the mood fun, cracking jokes with us the whole time, and somehow still got everything out quickly and accurately. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and queso to start, and both were really good — hot, fresh, and came out super fast. The rest of the food followed just as quick, and they made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask half the time. What stood out the most was how chill and professional Ava and Mathew stayed throughout. They never acted annoyed, even though we probably gave them every reason to be. Instead, they leaned into it, made the night fun, and kept the whole experience smooth. If you’re lucky enough to get Ava and Mathew as your servers, you’re in for good food, good vibes, and probably a few laughs too. They made our night and deserve all the credit.

Always love their Thai Curry wings. Their salt and Vinegar always taste delish too. The wings always come out piping hot and the wait staff is friendly and efficient. I also get take out here from time to time and have never had them mess up an order.

I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times over the past few years. The food and service are consistently great. My only downsides are that I've had a few times where part of my order was missing (it was always resolved) or my server took a bit longer than normal to check on my table. Overall, this is a fantastic restaurant that I will definitely keep going to.

When I went great atmosphere as the ravens vs titans game went on. The waiter was very nice and active for such a busy night. The food was good although the sandwiches we had were made sloppy and sauce was everywhere. Nice spot though.

Food is always good. Usually, I order and pick up(foods hot when I get back home) mostly on time when they tell you to pick up. You might have to wait an extra 5 mins here and there. But it's not a bad wait.

Surprisingly, the food was better than I remember. My 7yr old loved it and he's a picky eater. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich I got. Fries were perfect. Also, the price wasn't outrageous like some of the other food chains. I would definitely go back there again.

First of all I want to say that all the wait staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant itself was great and I will likely come again. I unfortunately don't recall the name of my server but frankly they all seemed friendly and attentive. The food was all in all quite good. Tater tots were fresh and crispy and the sauces were fantastic as per usual. That being said my wings were unusually small and dry which is a bit disappointing yet most disappointingly of all was my learning that buffalo wild wings had discontinued mountain dew legend. I recognize this particular location has no say in this matter but just in case any corporate accounts see these reviews I would like to make my intense displeasure known regarding this terrible decision. The existence of legend was one of the main reasons I went to buffalo wild wings rather than wingstop or other competitors and while the atmosphere and sit down nature still gives it a competitive edge in certain contexts the discontinuation of legend certainly brings the chain down a peg in my eyes.

Nice place for a relaxed night. They have large TVs so it is perfect place for watching games with friends and having drinks. Highlight: Buy one get one for wings on Tuesday. 10+ choices of wings flavors. Personal recommendation is mango habanero if you love spicy. They also have specialized flavor from time to time. For desserts, loaded ice cream will be served with chips and caramel. The only regret is that I guess they cooked the wings first so the taste comes only from the outside sauce. It is understandable as it serves quickly.

Take out wings quality is going downhill. Bogo Tuesday wings are a rip off now. They give you the worst kind there is.

Food was fine, but the service was not. I asked the waitress if they sell any pitchers of beers, and instead of just answering the question, she told me to "look at the menu." The answer was no. I asked for blue cheese and ranch to come with the wings, but they just brought out wings and nothing else (supposed to also come with celery and carrots). Eventually this mistake was fixed, but it was very difficult to get the attention of the waitress, who'd often be chatting with people at certain tables, but wouldn't come check on our table. Servers should check with tables regularly to see if any more service is needed.

Although prices keep increasing, the service and management has gotten significantly better. Wing flavors are great. Their BOGO free Thursday deal is pretty good, although they do charge more for the deal than for the same amount of wings without using buy one get one free. In addition, they charge a separate fee for phone call orders, online orders, and take out orders.

Not great. The service was okay and the drinks were good but the food wasn't the best. I had a chicken wrap and French fries and my wife had a chicken Cesar salad. The wrap wasn't bad but the fries tasted either stale or like they had freezer burn. My wife's chicken Cesar had 4 THIN slices of chicken on it. We're really not big eaters but expected more from the salad. I might go back for a beer but not for the food. Maybe they're better at making wings.

So empty and no night life, the food delivery was quick. Always go in happy hours as there is no difference anyway

Why do I always have an issue with takeout from this location? I am always pleased with my dine-in experience but this recent carry-out is certainly going to turn me off for a while. Got the buffalo Mac and cheese and received what looks like a torn up, burnt casserole. The bottom line is to stick to the wings if you're ordering for take-out or delivery rather than dining in the restaurant.

This place could be and used to be so much better. The wings were rubbery and so lightly flavored that we couldn't tell the different flavors. The lackluster performance was unmistakably due to laziness. Used to go regularly not going and have had better wings at pizza places.

We waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for wings that , when delivered were room temperature and looked as if they were from the day before. I got bone in with Nashville hot. All I could taste was paprika. Sauce was thrown on as an afterthought. He got boneless Carolina reaper. Entirely too much breading and same issue with sauce. The only reason I give 2 stars is the bartender was very nice.

Most likely won’t be back. there was no line. We sat down a table right away and there were still tables empty in the place. Not sure why it took 15 minutes just to get three waters and one Coke an 40 minutes for one appetizer an another 25 for main course .My wife and I were thinking about leaving but the kids were hungry. we were at the table for an hour and 40 minutes for one appetizer, one salad, 3 burgers.

The boneless wings were more batter than chicken. On top of that there was barely any sauce on them so I either had to wash them down with my beer or risk choking on them. I asked my waitress to bring me sides of the different sauces I had ordered so that I may sauce my own wings but by the time she brought them I had two out of my fifteen wings left. NOT EVEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE, definitely better wing spots out there.

Our experience was less than enjoyable tonight at BWW. Our server was a kind, but absent server as we only saw her once and she forgot half of our order. The manager who brought out our food was very rude and made our experience very undesirable tonight. He was a slim, short, blonde boy and had a very feisty attitude. Besides this, food was great but because of service this gets a low rating.

I feel robbed. The food is ok, the organization is not. I ordered a $20 plate of wings, tacos, and a salad on a $85 order. Waited over an hour. Did not receive the wings. Cold/Luke warm tacos at best. I paid for sauces for the wings as well, which only go with wings. This was very simple, and they messed it up. I’m not going to pay another delivery driver again to go get my wings or pay another delivery fee, so I’m beat on them and paid for sauce for no reason. Not happy. Refund takes 3-5 business days. I will not order takeout from here ever again.

Ordered take-out at this location today, usually I go to the Hicksville location near my work. But I was working remotely today and wanted to get the BOGO Boneless Wings. The food was good, but I got less wings than I ordered. I got 6 + 6 free, but someone making the takeout orders doesn't know how to count so I only ended up with 11 wings. Don't know why it's so hard to get the order right.

I drove here out of my way to finally eat here for my birthday after my fiance never wants to eat here. And they wanted a 10$ cover charge for a boxing match I could careless about. Could barely even get seated with all the employees sitting up front doing nothing. Lost 20$ cause I already drove pretty far to get there. Food was good, service was polite. Chain restaurants dont have a cover fee for major sport events :/

This restaurant was very underwhelming. All of the wings we ordered came out super salty. The lemon pepper wings were very sour and hard to eat. My friend ordered bone in wings and they were overcooked and dry. The service was terrible. Our server Nicolette came over and took our orders in a rushed and unfriendly manner. I saw the way she interacted with other tables and she was much more friendly and engaged with them. She came over with a prize wheel for them to spin, but not for us. The only thing she did right was replace my friend’s wings for free. We will not be coming here again.

Did a carry out order from Centerreach NY. I think you need a new cook back there. Both orders of fries were terribly overcooked a d little to no seasoning on them. Only had about 10 before I could no longer tolerate. The boneless wings in the one order also had little to sauce on them making them dry and flavorless. Not how Nashville hot sauce wings should be. Absolutely terrible experience. Also they purposely have a busted website so you can't submit any issues.

I ordered on an app and it took over 1.5 hrs, 3 drivers came and left, and my food still wasn’t available to be picked up. If I went to the restaurant (which I’m not always capable of doing) to sit down, the food would’ve been at my table sooner and the manager would’ve been apologizing for any delays, why is this any different? I ordered wings and a chicken sandwich, two items that should not have taken a long time to prepare. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time for a major delay, to which I blamed the app the first time, but I’m starting to realize that this location grossly mishandles online and mobile orders and should do better.

i love buffalo wings and ive been going to this location since i was a child. i do believe the place has downgraded. i went recently for the all you can eat wings. the wings were good but i got two sodas and it tasted like water seltzer. they should ensure the soda machine is operating correctly everyday and ensure the taste is consistent. on another note, i feel like the store could do so well if they changed the type of music they play. to attract the younger customers who should be their target market right now. it'd be nice for them to hear more familiar tunes. my last comment is the service was okay until the waitress made a comment. i had come with my father and the bill was $56 and he gave the waitress a $100 bill to pay for it. she then proceeded to ask "do you want the change?" not even in a joking tone. i was so shocked by this comment because how did she expect us to tip her $44 when she did not even ask us how our day was or how we were at all?? anyways i love this location and buffalo wild wings but they should definitely try to improve.

Never had to wait so long for anything. We waited almost an hour for any server to come to us since we sat. Other tables around us with similar amounts of food and people sat down after us, ordered, ate and left well before we did. Never felt so compelled to write a bad review. Felt like we were being targeted

We ate at the bar & the bar tender was attracted to a man sitting along & was way to concerned in a length conversation, & forgot to tend to the customers. Last the food was not good at all & we barely ate. This is the Ronkonkoma Centereach location. The wings are always good, but last visit was horrible & will not return

Hello. I will not be coming back. At first, it sounded good. No wait, I could just walk in with my family. And that did happen. I just walked in and I was seated. The waitress asked us for our drinks, and it was 2 diet cokes, 1 water, 1 coke, 1 sprite, a chocolate milk, and a root bear. That took a little much time. 20 minutes. Especially since these drinks aren’t homemade. Second, the food. Keep in mind we already ordered apps. When I ordered, I said “can I please have a cheese quesadilla only cheese” waiter said sure. We were getting a little angry at this point because it took a little around an hour to bring dinner. My father asked for the manager, he looked around 17 or 18 years old. It kind of explained the whole situation. A manager shouldn’t be that young. I get it, the kitchen messed up, but get a new staff. It finally came. My food was messed up. I said only cheese. It had tomatoes in it. At the time, the manager was walking around. We told him about my food and they changed it. I waited 45 minutes and they expected me to still be hungry. When it came, I wasn’t hungry. 10 minutes later, we asked for the check. It gets worse. The waiter said sure. 10 minutes later, we got another tables check. We told the manager and he noticed the un-eaten quesadilla. It was in a box. He continues to tell us how we can’t take it because it was a waste of time in the kitchen. At this point we’re like fine just not coming back. Don’t go here!

I was refused beer and liquor after a rude manager said he couldn’t serve me. My non drivers ID, which isn’t expired until 2018, said I was under 21 till 2016. I’ve gone to other bars and clubs on this ID. The manager was rude and demeaning. He wouldn’t even look me in the face. I went in for my birthday and that was just embarrassing. And the food was awful to boot. We ordered a side of fries, I could’ve counted 10. My onion rings were wet and the fries were soaked in grease. The waitress was clueless and just no help. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had here. I won’t be back. And I’m pursuing a discrimination suit .

We were a party of 8 people and we were told a table would be given in 30 minutes. We waited for an hour and still we didn't get a table. We saw multiple parties of similar size get the table before us. The bias was very clearly visible. I hope the authorities take action on the person responsible

Waited over an hour for 10 wings and onion rings, the bartender had her friends on the other side so we were largely ignored for most of the night. I requested the UFC fights be broadcast, 6 times to finally get them on. I wanted to stay, order drinks and watch the fights but that absolutely ruined my night. After the manager handed my luke-warm food i voiced my complaint and he smiled and walked away. Last time i'll ever come here. UPDATE: Filled out the form, nothing happened. Thank you BWW you suck

Prices keep going up & service keeps getting worse. Even after they supposedly double checked the take out order, I arrive home only to find that they order is completely wrong. The wrong type of wings, they forgot the sauce, which they have the nerve to charge extra for but of course they remember to put sauce on the item that specified no sauce. Used to love this place but they have really went down hill the last several years. I've had this issue at multiple locations with poor service to boot. Terrible experience

My girlfriend and I got to the restaurant around 9:15pm when the hostess went to seat us she was chit chatting with one of the other employees. When we said hello she gave us an eye roll and said two right. Then she brought us to the table and mumbled something and said the server would be over soon. The server was pleasant and took our drink order. When she came back with drinks we ordered our food along with an appetizer. The appetizers came out about ten minutes later. After waiting about 40 minutes the waitress informed us that they made a mistake with the order but they would remake it quickly and it would be out soon. We then waited another 15 minutes and were given our onion rings which was good because it had been over an hour since we got there at this point. The rest of the food then came out about 10 minutes after that. We didn’t get out until after 11 and as we’re leaving there was a homeless lady sleeping on the bench in front of the restaurant with her dog, which made us uncomfortable. The waitress was nice but the rest of the service was terrible.

I took my family out to dinner last night for my husband's birthday. The service was extremely slow and they were not busy. What upset me though was dinner. We ordered wings and they were actually COLD. Like they just came out of the fridge and brought to our table I don't like to complain and this is my first time leaving a review. HORRIBLE!!!!! Horrible horrible! The staff here suck. They are rude and completely incompetent. The Manager was great and offered coupons for the horribly burned meal and asked we please give them another shot,and we did!. Ordered again about 2 weeks later and the same thing only this time you can tell they gave us old chicken, it was hard as a rock and cold. I just don't understand how someone could serve another person inedible food and take there money with out caring (this was a To go orders for those wondering why I didn't just leave)

After sitting for 10 minutes without being greeted we were told "your server will be right out". 5 min later no came so we left. There was only one other table with a customer seated at this time. If this restaurant has become for takeout only they should let customers know. I would never go back there.

After my son’s birthday party, he chose Buffalo Wild Wings for a quick bite before heading home. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t great. The service was rushed and a bit unfriendly, and while the food came out fast, it was cold. Definitely not what we hoped for after such a fun celebration. 01/20/2025 you should definitely retain the waiter from last night !! The one who didn’t receive a TIP!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered wings for the Super Bowl maybe 8 hours in advance. I was surprised they had so many time slots open since I was ordering day of - but anyways- we select a 5:20pm pick up, we get there at 5:20 they are not ready, they say they’re running 45 min behind - so we come back a full hour later - still not ready. Stayed there until 7:10 - they said they needed another 30 minutes. Mind you our order was 16 wings and fries. We cancelled the order and left. Absolutely disgraceful and will never be ordering or stepping foot in another Buffalo Wild Wings.

Do yourself a favor and never order takeout from here. Asked for a wrap with no tomato and was given a wrap with nothing in it but tomato. Absolute joke and they refused to reimburse me. Horrible staff and service thinking something like that is okay. Edit** Decided to give them another chance and they messed up my order again. Luckily got items in the wrap but still included tomato. Do not trust pickup from this location as the workers clearly do not care

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a take out order (2 days prior to the date), go to pick up the order at the time requested to pick up and waited 1.5 over the time requested for my order. The place was not busy at all but it seemed door dash orders were taking priority over orders placed days in advance. Shameful and a total disregard to a person’s time. Will never order from this establishment again. Clearly poor management!

What is tne issue with this location..the order is never right or completely missing items...its getting more than ridiculous..get your shit together.

They waited for 25 minutes and said that the order did not appear in the system

The frys were overcooked, and the wings were lacking sauce. Keep trying and keep ending up disappointed. Least this time they didn't let our food sit for 15 minutes while chatting with each other.

Went to pick up up a 5pm order for Super Bowl Sunday tonight only to be told I would have to wait as they were running late. I waited an hour as multiple DoorDash deliveries come in and out. I placed this order over a week ago. The bartender tells me that they Had asked to stop doing DoorDash orders, but they were unable to. Why is DoorDash taking precedence? disappointing.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The service was HORRIBLE. My boyfriend had order Spicy Garlic wings & they were straight up buffalo wings & our server didn’t even apologize & questioned our order when she KNEW it wasn’t correct because when she first took our order she repeated it back to us & said the correct stuff. When we got it, it was incorrect & then she gaslit us into thinking we didn’t order what we originally ordered. It was ridiculous, every person working there was slow, inconsiderate & rude considering it wasn’t even busy in there to even mess up anything😂 ALSO, another girl that wasn’t our waiter gave us our food & THREW it on the table carelessly & said “here you go”. Anyways, never coming here again & it seems to be a trend that BWW always has careless employees.

The worst customer service ever! I placed my order at 10:38 pm. I was told it was going to take 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I arrived at this location at about 10:50 pm thinking I would only have to wait a few minutes to get my order, right? Wrong. I had to stand there and wait a whole 45-50 minutes for it to be finally ready. I was watching people who came in after me leave before me with larger orders than mine (mind you, I had only ordered 20 wings). They handed me my wings not even 20 minutes before they closed (midnight). After the 6th guest who came in after me got their order before me, I asked for a refund to take my business elsewhere. Instead, they just gave me a lousy apology, offered me a free drink or gift card and made me wait some more (at this point I didn't even want food anymore and just wanted to get out of there). I started asking the other guest when they had placed their order just to see if I was just overreacting… I wasn’t. I just wanted to pick up my dinner to eat on my break, I ended up waiting my whole break to even get my food. So much for that. This is just unacceptable. If they had just told me it would take 40 minutes to an hour for my food to be ready I would’ve come at that time instead to avoid this whole embarrassment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Fries and wings are reheated from days before.

Placed an order for pick up through door dash more than 48 hours before superbowl sunday. I disnt even schedule it until 7:15 pick up... I go there and they just simply tell me they closed doordash for the night. I paid for it more than 48 hours ago and my doordash says order confirmed and scheduled for the correct time.. they refused to help in anyway just sorry about your luck. I will not be coming back because of poor management. $120 order btw

For a place that is named buffalo wild wings, their wings are terrible. they were dry and hard with way too much sauce on them. Wont be going back again. Applebees and Chilis wings are so much better

This place did me so dirty it’s insane. Actually inedible wings, hard as a rock. Chicken is bone dry. They just drizzled sauce on some inedible wings and said here ya go. Let’s not talk about how I only got 2 tenders instead of 3. Or that the fries literally look rotten and also hard as a rock. And there’s like 15 of them? This place is an abomination.

I rarely write reviews but this place has gone down hill. I ordered from Doordash two different times and both times the order was incorrect. The whole point is convenience and the second time I was fed up and went back to get the order fixed. The place was dead. It's not even like they could blame it on being busy. The first time I customized my burger and they sent a burger patty with onions on it. Nothing else. Meanwhile it was ordered as a normal burger no onions or tomato. Disappointing. Don't recommend ordering from here if you want your food to be correct.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Age Discrimination at Buffalo Wild Wings...If I could give ZERO stars I would I will never ever go to this Buffalo Wild Wings after the outrageous treatment my 22-year-old daughter received. She presented two valid government-issued IDs, both of which scanned appropriately. Despite this, the staff still refused to serve her, claiming the IDs “looked fake.” If your scanners confirm the IDs are legitimate, then the only explanation for this refusal is poor training, arrogance, or outright discrimination. My daughter is a legal adult with two forms of proof, yet she was humiliated in front of everyone and treated like a criminal. Refusing service to a paying customer who is following the law is inexcusable. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no manager WITH COMMON SENSE stepping in, and no effort to correct the mistake. Just dismissive, rude behavior and a complete lack of professionalism. If Buffalo Wild Wings wants to alienate customers by questioning legally valid IDs and insulting their guests, then they’ve succeeded. We won’t be back—and I’ll make sure others know how this location mistreats young adults who are of legal age. Train your staff properly or expect to keep losing business.

I don't know what happened to this place, wings used to be good. Now they're tiny, dry, and overcooked. Service was good, very nice staff. Paying this much for the smallest wings I have ever seen is ridiculous though.

I work in a restaurant and this was hands down one of the most disappointing meals I’ve had in awhile after a long day shopping , first we’re not even finished with the app before my dads food comes out , then by the time he’s finished with his meal the rest of our food was still not out. I pulled over the waitress to ask what was going on & she told me at this establishment they “ bring whatever’s out when it’s ready so it’s fresh & the metal trays don’t get hot & they do not wait for the whole meal to be ready for everyone to eat tg” which I have never heard of in any establishment even a McDonald’s but fine . Then we finally get our food & my sisters Buffalo chicken wrap is ice cold the tray is hot & there’s absolutely no Buffalo sauce on it & if you’re thinking about getting the Mac & cheese don’t it’s Kraft noodles with soupy butter milk . Very very disappointed .
