It's good that this place exists as a reminder that there is a hell. Along a particularly horrible stretch of I70, somewhat near Richmond on the Ohio border is a DQ filled with the walking dead..an d these are slow zombies not the quick ones.. possibly the largest group of unhealthy people in a single establishment. Great chocolate shake though

Here we are again. Lowering from 4 to 2 stars, went to get 4 items, a salad, 1 blizzard, 1 shake, 1 sunday. The didn't have any of the flavors that I wanted for the sunday. I asked for 3 of the homemade hidden valley ranch with my salad. Instead I got 1, 1.5 Oz Marzetti buttermilk ranch (I hate buttermilk, nor is it advertized as this). Ever since it got put under new management, this place has started to lose appeal to me. My family are regulars there and visited about 2 times a week but are now fed up and taking our business elsewhere. I can't even outright complain to the people inside because they are all indian and don't speak English. I'll add photos of my "homemade hidden valley ranch with this review. There's no expiration date so I'm not opening it. This place has been snowballing downhill for the past year and a half and I'd just recommend going elsewhere.

The food was decent but when I had ordered the two for four off the menu, normally you would expect it to be four dollars right? Wrong! It was six dollars, now when I say this you would expect me to be over dramatic, but when the onions cost me two dollars they had better be good. I had also ordered two blizzards and a Sundae which were fine. The price came out to 16.85. Overall she overcharged us and when we told her she wouldn’t refund our money. Word experience so far, we won’t be back muddy monkey has a better experience

Sold me a drink they couldn't make. 1st employee didn't even know what it was when I ordered it, and then she made other people's shakes before my 2 drinks... finally handed me one shake and not the MooLatte. 2nd employee told her it used the slushee machine so they could not make it, unless as a shake bc that machine was down. So I waited for nothing. If I wanted a shake, I would have ordered one. Both employees have zero customer service ability. Get Godfather pizza because you'll be happier.

There are a very large amount of flies in the bathroom of this facility along with nets all over near the register area. The food was definitely well overcooked. Chicken strips were microwaved, then deep-fried, unable to eat any of them

Food was not good I asked for fresh dropped food no big deal. They had we wait for my food chicken stripes and fries. Only to had me food that was for sure not fresh. Sitting under a heat lamp IS NOT FRESH FOOD. PLUS to have some one wait 10 mins as you pretend to make fresh food is absolutely disgusting shame on you. Fries was so old and under there fresh heat lamp for so long the made a snapping sound when breaking then I to. There is even more to the store but I'm going to leave it like this. They took my money and cheated me out of food that could have been really good and Edible

Manager/ cashier was not nice at all. Then I order a 4 piece chicken platter they only give me 3. Then I go back up to tell her about their mistake she cops a attitude to me. Very poor. Go eat somewhere else ; then here. Not Tourist Friendly.

Order my food waited for 20 minutes. That wasn't a problem. I had no problem waiting for hot food. The problem was I expected hot food. It was cold like it had been sitting on a warmer for hours. It was like leather. I didn't even eat it. I RECOMMEND YOU DRIVE PAST THIE EXIT DON'T STOP HERE.

The managing staff are discourteous. I cannot rate the food, as they made us wait 5 minutes at the counter to be served only to then tell us they were no longer serving food. It would have been nice to know that information before we waited, seeing as we were the only ones there except an elderly couple (who had just ordered and paid for a chicken sandwich, by the way).

This is by far the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to. We stopped by to order 2 sandwiches and a blizzard. After placing our order, it took 12 minutes for us to receive our food. We were the only customers being waited on. Our order was not only wrong, but the food was cold. We returned to the counter to wait another 10 minutes in line without any signs of an employee. We could hear laughing and talking but couldn’t reach anyone to help us. During the time that we waited in line, 4 customers behind us asked us if the were even open and eventually left. We would have left as well if we hadn’t already paid for our food. Eventually someone came to the counter and corrected our order. Our Kansas BBQ sandwich was primarily onion and pickles (8 to be exact) with scarcely any meat. This terrible fast food visit took us over an hour and left us feeling very disappointed in the service as well as the food!
