My favourite BK and a regular stop for me. Clean, fast, courteous and what's not to love about 2 Whoppers with bacon/cheese and a large fry for less than 10$.

BK in Central Square, NY is a staple of our community! You can't find better customer service anywhere else or with any other franchise. If I had to choose one fast food restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life it would be this building, with these people, and their managers. This location is nothing short of top notch!

Fresh, hot and Accurate. Enjoyed very much for a Saturday night after bowling fix. Had exactly what we wanted (whopper and fish sandwich) on the 2 for $6 menu... Tip: Order your fries with no salt and they make them fresh and taste great!

They are our favorite pit stop after being in Syracuse for appts. This is because it is quieter and a fairly easy right off the interstate stop. Good food, friendly people, and not super busy. Only thing that is a drawback is turning Left since they don't have a light. Traffic can be busy and make it challenging to get back on the road. Though worth it to us since the food tastes better than their competition across the road. Yes, we did try them (so getting back on the road would be easier) and still went back to BK.

The wopper meal was good. My wife is a celiac so she brought her own food. She did want a hot tea, but they dont have hot tea on the menu. Which she can get at McDonald's and Chic Fillet. I liked the fries as they are bigger than the McDonald's fries.

They accidentally made my granddaughters order wrong, she is very picky in what she eats. They corrected it without any hesitation, didn't act, you know the way people act now, that you're bothering them. They did a great job during a very busy time of the day to accommodate her.

Food always tastes the same no matter who cooks it. Good management, he has been there for years. Only Burger King worth going to.

Judge me all you want, but I could live on burger king. Yeah it's fast food and horrible for me, but it just hits different. I obviously don't live on it, but I do get an iced coffee once a day, and this location never messes up my drinks or my food, and they're all so nice.

We have been coming every Friday for over two years to the Burger King in Central Square. The staff has always been friendly and provided excellent customer service. One of the employees, her name is Soni, always goes out of her way to greet us. Good food for a fair price. Hard to find these days.

Sometimes there's a shortage of workers which causes a buildup with the drive-thru orders being filled like normal.

Friendly staff, clean location, good food for a BK. Stopped in on Black Friday during a lake effect storm passing through. Manager was verg friendly and helpful, staff was very professional and did a good job too. Thank you we’d stop here again. Cant say that about every BK we’ve been to!

it was ok . other than they thought every one is locale customer . in reality its not . i am from canada and most of the time I forgot that when you order you got a tell them what size of fries and drinks I want . it coukd have been much easier if they woukd ask what size do I want . by the way in canada by default all one size unless you ask them to upgrade. and in canada we are more presentable and hospitality orianted . i wish usa does the same.

Overall service was friendly they did not appear to be too busy the person taking my order didn't hear me correctly I think because my order was not correct but it wasn't the end of the world or a really huge mistake they were friendly the inside was nice and clean parking lot was nice and clean so I would still go back

Employees are always friendly and courteous just they almost everytime forget something from my order but its almost always fixed right away whether it be a replacement or a discount for your next meal.

Fast and friendly staff. The inside is always clean and I've never had to worry about them messing up my order. The prices though are high you can go to a decent sit down place and get a great burger and fries or chicken for the same cost if not cheaper such as applebees or chili's or sonic if you really need a drive through because your on the run

The closing Staff made the night with their politeness, pleasant chatter and fast service. With a Smile on top. We were in the drive thru, but the lot was clear of debris, and the food was piping Hot!

Currently 39 weeks pregnant and was craving a whopper, my order was correct on the receipt but when I got home it was very wrong basically everything I asked to be taken off was doubled on. I went back (very frustrated) and Soni was very apologetic and made me a new one right away and also added another fry. Now I'm back to being happy, thank you Soni.

Some of the tables hadn't been cleaned other than that it was good. Fries were fresh which is always a plus, I hate cold or soggy fries.

I chose to order on tge app then dine in. Manager was pleasant. They actually brought the food to my table. The fries were fresh and hot. The Whopper was COLD. I was busy and I did not have time to reorder. The manager asked how tge meal was and I told her. She gave me a coupon for a free Whopper. She is a great part of this Carrols team. Kudos to her!

It's easy off, easy on, and there's a gas station across the street. Not my favorite road trip food, but sometimes convenience is more important.

They don't have The poppers,I lived off of them, there 4 dollar 1size Oreo Shake is uhhh yeah.. about it..

it's a clean store and the food is always fresh the only problem is that no matter what time you come through the drive-thru if you order anything chicken you're getting pulled. It happens 100% of the time. I was pulled a few days ago for a 10-piece chicken nugget. God forbid I would have ordered more than just one.

Food was all pretty good but the 30-minute wait in the drive-thru with me being the fourth car was a little unacceptable. It looked like there was a girl taking orders dealing with the money and having to get all the food. Seem like she had no help and seem like a lot of screaming in the back. Usually pretty decent place but was very put off this time.

Typical Burger King directly off I81, making it it a perfect pit stop during your road trip. I didn’t go inside so I can’t speak to the inside seating area. As for the drive-thru it was fast, efficient and accurate.

They forgot our 8 piece mozzarella sticks. We checked in the parking lot, but we could not go in to get it and the line was extremely long, so we lost out on some of our food. We are traveling and are on a time restraint...we had waited long enough...so we had to leave. Usually have a good experience there, but not very happy this visit.

The cost of some items on the menu were comparable to regular restaurants. We ordered drive-through & were served in a short amount of time. The food was warm but became cold very quickly.

It's burger king service was right on and fast ( update) prices are a little higher (update) hardly no counter service you have to order off a touch screen witch screwed up I had to get someone that was working the drive through witch apparently was more important than the 5 people standing at the counter 30 minutes later I got my food next time I'm going through the drive through if I go back

No line. Yet waiting 5 minutes for service. They keep pointing to each other who should take my order. Then a small wait for food. Reasonable wait. But then fries were only demi warm. And cold by time I got through ½ of them. A no 1 was 10.50 including tax. I will do somewhere else next time.

I had to wait over 30 minutes just for two bottles of water and 1 Whopper sandwich.

The girl that made my Coffee Fabbe Carmel arguied with me about my order and had a bad attitude cause I received the wrong drink and asked her to me another, the I order. She slammed things around while making the second drink, I mentioned to the manager that the girl has a bad attitude, nothing was said to her or done about. I won't stop there again.

They ALWAYS forget something, and they take over 15 minutes in the drive rhru. Never going again.

Typical BK. Poor customer service and overpriced burgers that look like they were assembled by a toddler. Drive thru is extremely slow, and the girl at the window acted like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me.

They will not allow any orders unless in drive thru after 10, and if you can't use drive thru will not give any other option. Hours listed are misleading since they say open until midnight, but won't serve truckers, cyclists, etc. I guess we all aren't worthy of eating? Why not just close at 10 then....

It was very slow getting the food. My order was incorrect, but I didn't say anything cause I figured it would take another 20 mins to get my corrected food so I just ate the burgers and pulled the pickles off myself.

I am not much on fast food. They put fillers in the meat that really is not good food but only fast. Fast to fill you up & it goes through your system so fast that within a very short time you are hungry again. Like I said fast food. In & out.

Less good items on menu. No salads at all, No cheesy tators. I asked for cheese on my fish, I didn't get it. The bun on my fish was hard. The prices have gone through the roof for the quality of food.

Always they are out of cola in the self serve area and no one to contact when ask if someone could take care of it.

That place was disgusting..not one table could I find that didn't have spilled soda crumbs and sauce ..so grabbed a bag and left to eat at home..get home and didn't get a thing we ordered correct..iam beyond mad..and wasn't given a receipt. Spent 34$ the next time I have to go to that store iam going to give them a piece of my mind

It’s ridiculous that they leave the online order option for pick up in restaurant on after they have to lock the doors. The person who answered the phone made me solve the issue for them and was ready to just say I was out of luck and to wait for a refund. My vehicle is oversized and does not fit through the drive through. You can do better and hire more intelligent customer service oriented individuals as well.

So let's start off by saying this is Burger King, it's just fast food but with that being said there is still some sort of quality and at least consistency you would expect. Now I have never had issued with this BK in the past but it seems like the last 6 months have seen this location decline severely. One visit they didn't give me the burger I ordered and paid for, now they did correct it but I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to replace the burger, this last time I ordered a triple whopper with cheese and there was no cheese and then I ordered 2 of the bacon whopper melts and was very disappointed in the fact that it was just white bread, not even toasted on one of the sandwiches that you can clearly see in the pictures. It really getting so you need to check ALL your food before leaving and it just seems a but crazy since these workers are making more money. When you only have 1 job to do ( in this cade just make consistent food) you should at least be able to accomplish that. Unfortunately it looks like BK is becoming McDonald's

Constantly pulling ahead to wait (while they probably reset their timers), missing items, and getting the wrong food or orders assembled incorrectly. (E.g. two bottom buns instead of a top and bottom on a sandwich, ice when we ask for none in the drink, no added cheese when requested and charged, etc.) Tonight we ordered a four piece jalapeño poppers but only received three. We also ordered one spicy and one regular Ch’King sandwiches — which were wrapped and marked wrong, the spicy was checked off as a regular and visa versa.

Ordered a spicy chicken wrap and it came wrapped in a cheese burger wrapper in the shape of a sqaure. And it's was old chicken.

The food was great and quick. But the personel wasn't as great. Short, rude and had no patience when they got the total wrong and charged us for things we didn't order.

Horrible, no ice, long lines, everyone got the wrong order, whopper jr was hard and bun was upside down, soda was flat, the manager knew that this was going on and tried to ignore everyone

Got breakfast there and the person in the back making the food was not wearing any head gear a hat or hair net. So I went back there for lunch at about anoon and it was the same person and they still did not have a hat on and I had hair in my food. Very unacceptable.

This is not the place you want to spend your money used to love coming here all the time but now it’s just outright terrible order is never right I’ve waited 15 minutes just to get a double whopper with cheese made. I’ve asked for no mayo and I receive mayo every time and it’s ridiculous that employees can’t get my order right.

My boss just grabbed lunch for me and asked for a crispy chicken sandwich and when he got to the counter the girl would even tell him what was in the bag and laughed at him. That's completely uncalled for and I probably wont ever go to that one again. Very very very rude people

Just left there! Not happy at all, left without order, girl had a major attitude! Place is going down quick, specially with trash like that working there! Lady refused APP coupon and was loud, rude and obnoxious! Changed her story 3 times about coupon. Stated ‘ they are not apart of program 🤣 Yet I use coupons once a week there!

I just went through the drive thru and it took 25 minutes. When I said something to the clerk, she acted like she couldn't possibly care less. I called on the phone to reach management to give them feedback, and there was no apology and no explanation.

Went there again last night and again a woman working in the kitchen has all her hair out of the cap they workers act like children running out yelling out they have no good management and makes customers feel uncomfortable. But in reality you guys just don't care about what customers say or this won't be an on going thing maybe I need to call corporate.

Ordered the big king XL Cheese not even melted. Hardly any "special sauce" burger tasted like it was on warming try for a long time. Disappointed with it. If they are competing with McDonald's big mac THEY FAILED MISERABLY. Fast food wants $15/hr for what? For no attention to presentation or taste. ONLY GOOD THING......FRIES WERE HOT

Food is usually correct and cooked to expectations however THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE SLOWEST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Very disorganized and unapologetic about waiting 13 mins just to order and another 15 for your food!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years a couple times a week and it’s finally gotten so bad I’m not coming back. It’s never been the cleanest place or the best service but now it’s consistently dirty and slow service. The last straw was the drink machine ice started being empty on one side, then you started getting flat soda and had to get it behind the counter. Then both ice dispensers stopped working so they would have to get ice behind the counter. Then the soda in the machine was warm. So then you had to get soda and ice behind the counter. This all started over a month ago. When asked they just say it needs a part and we haven’t gotten it yet. Really? Burger King can’t get soda machine parts in less than a month? It’s too bad because this is a very convenient place for me to get a couple meals a week but between the dirty tables, runny ketchup( yes they must water their ketchup down so you have to get packets and crappy service(most times) it’s just not a place I want to keep spending my money

I usually don’t complain. However I’m extremely pissed. I sat in line for 15 mins at Burger King in central square order a spicy chicken sandwich.. I also asked for buffalo packet and he said it’s an extra 30 cents I said no thank you I’ll get it at the window. Needless to say, I went to the window and he said he couldn’t give me a buffalo packet until I paid the 30 cents. So what did I do? Canceled my order and drove to McDonald’s 🫢 #burgerkingSUCKSv

We ordered at the register, usually the kiosk because of the reason I am giving this review. The cashier didn't get part of our order, never repeated it back so we could see if it was ok, and completely missed asking for fresh fries and chicken. The managers here are great but everyone else below them sucks. It's not hard, I worked for BK back when I was in my teens and still to this day don't understand how they mess up so bad.

Stopped in to grab lunch on a road trip. Went to change my baby and the bathrooms don’t have changing tables. Multimillion dollar company and can’t afford to put changing tables in their bathrooms? Ridiculous. Had to change my baby in the car. Burger King No longer has my business.

Drive through is a waste of time. Slowest place I’ve ever been. Food was not horrible but took 20 minutes. Real slow. Maybe understaffed or something but slow.

I went to Burger King just after 9 pm on 3/30/25 and although all the lights were on as I went to order from the outside speaker a recorded voice (so it seemed) said they were closed. According to the website they were supposed to be open until 11 pm . Employees were standing outside hanging out talking. Found it to be odd!

I don't know how they stay around. The girl who took my order (non management) was the only pleasant one in the place. I had three orders ahead of me, which none of them ordered fries so as they were served & I moved ahead, I noticed a plastic bin with fries in it with no lid or nothing on it. So as my whoppers were being made, roughly 10 minutes from the time I placed my order, these fries were sitting in that plastic bin (which was located where they back cooks throw the sandwiches down to the front). Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where this is going so when the whoppers were completed & thrown down, the manager/supervisor threw them in a bag & then scooped two orders of fries out from the plastic bin & tossed them in a bag. Then turned around, called my order # & went back to playing on her tablet. No thank you, have a nice day or nothing. Very rude & unprofessional. So knowing that the fries are cold from sitting in that bin, what's the hurry to eat. I get home & pull out the fries & there's hardly any there. Completely disgusted with this & the lack of customer service, especially by management. Visit was on 1/1/20 @ approx. 3:15pm.
