This was the worst tasting burgers I ever had from a McDonald's. I was unable to even stomach the taste. Waaaaaaaay too much seasoning on burger meat that was clearly not cooked properly. It's like they were in a rush and just decided to cover it in seasoning and hope nobody say anything. I wish id taken a picture before throwing it. Gotta give that cook some more training guys. This was just horrible. Everything else was okay. Staff was polite. Part of my order was incorrect so I paid more for extra and received none. I don't know, maybe they were overwhelmed today.

Ordered 2 Fish Sanwich’s only and a Med. Drink tonight at McDonalds in Champlain NY. 1st bite was a bit plain, took a sip of my drink and had another go at the Fish. Nnnnnnnnope no change… still plain. So I took the bun off to see if there was any tartar sauce on it. Well, there was definitely an attemp at puttin sauce on it but barely enough to even leave a trace of missing sauce. I took pics and will post them. I get everyone can’t wait to get home from work but sheeeese we pay enough for fast food as it is. What would have happened if I ordered extra tartar. 2 things probably 1, there will be maybe and I say that reluctantly maybe there may have been about a 1/4 tsp. I know the 1st attempt at it wasn’t EVEN 1/4 tsp. The 2nd thing that would have probably happened I would have had an up charge of 1$ because I added extra sauce. It’s a good thing I had the items to make my own! It’s an easy fix but that’s not the point. Mickey D’s is not Nickel dime quarter Fast Food joint anymore. Here are 2 pics of the Sammy’s before I made my own. They were $5.39 a piece, I bought 2 plus a medium drink. So we’re looking at about $15.00. Lol I know some of you are thinking geeeeeze lady it’s just tartar sauce lol! But I pd for “Just Tartar Sauce!”

Very very slow service not even busy and waiting over 20 minutes for an order horrible. This place will close if it doesn't change . My food is cold and dry absolutely disgusting and waste of my time to stop here. Ended up throwing out my entire order and left I asked for fresh food as well I get people get busy but really! This place needs people who care because they don't.

Waited over 50 minutes and never got our order. Other people had told us going in that they waited 45 mins before they left. We only waited 25 mins before waiting 25 minutes to get a refund. Not sure if they just didn't care about walk ins, and only focused on the drive thru, but poorly run mcdonalds.

Service was incredibly slow through the drive through. Waited almost an hour. They had maybe 3 people on staff. The staff also forgot our drinks and a burger. When I went back go window to ask for my drinks/ burger, I was threatened by a customer. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Few months ago I ordered a single sausage Egg McMuffin for less than $3.00. This week I ordered the same and it was more than 6 dollars. I questioned the price. Clerk advised me that's the price, not an error. Very surprised. Next I noticed the "trio" Sausage Egg McMuffin is $5.00 and change. So I ordered that instead. Not that I wanted the hash brown or coffee but it was cheaper than the single egg McMuffin. Honestly I would have just preferred to buy a single sausage egg McMuffin for less than the $3.00 I used to pay. Weird marketing.

Waited at the drive thru order booth for forty five minutes and was told that they Could not take my order because they were too busy. After another fifteen minutes I had to beg them to take my order. I would have left but I was on a long road trip and was hungry. Several other people left because they were tired of waiting. The people inside the drive up window were so snarky. Now waiting in line after finally ordering I can hear another car honking at the order booth. McDonald’s do better!

Waited 2 hours on the drive thru no one took our order. Placed order online. Went inside and there were people there not being served and people waiting for orders for 2 hours. Waited 1 hour inside for 2 drinks and staff was rude to everyone! There was 2 people working drive thru, refusing to take orders, 3 in grill area refusing to do anything and a manager playing on her phone not caring what anyone was doing

Every time I go here the drive thru takes 20 plus minutes and the food is normally warm at best. Worst McDonald’s anywhere. Management problems????

Always a bad time at this McDonalds. If you order curbside expect to wait 20+ minutes while the drive thru speeds along. If you go inside you will be ignored. Also don’t expect to be communicated with if they’re out of things. They’ll just omit it from your sandwich without letting you know.

I went into this McDonalds yesterday 7/24/2025 at approximately 11:30am. It was rather busy. There was a Canadian family in front of me ordering and they had a “special request “ the manager came over with another person and demanded to know what it was and when the cashier told him it was they wanted their coffee fresh the manager than walked away yelling I HATE SPECIAL REQUESTS he said this about 3 times. Then I order 1 md dry 1 lg dry and 4 happy meal toys. Cashier was very kind and polite. The manager on the other hand started yelling at the cashier telling him he can’t just sell the toys if we want toys we need to buy the whole meal and was really rude to his employees and customers! That place needs a new manager! So much disrespect there! I feel bad for all the workers there having to deal with him! I will be calling corporate also!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I waited almost 25 minutes for my order at this McDonald’s, which is really disappointing. Fast food should be fast — that’s the whole point. The staff didn’t seem organized, and there was no clear communication about the delay. I understand places can get busy, but 25 minutes for a simple order is too much. Definitely not the experience I expected.
